It is awesome and full of security and always remains clean and tidy. Now they have also introduced cycles on weekdays which helps alot. As always there will be a shuttle bus facility inside. We can even play, exercise, eat out whenever felt bored by work. In evening when lights are turned on it looks very beautiful and awesome.✨✨✨

Maintained well, but traveling inside the techpark is a pain. They have few buses which go around, but are dead slow. Fun fact (not actually).. buildings stand tall today on land which used to be a lake., Similar to multiple lakes which have been covered up all around Bangalore 😅 Even since the last few years, they are filling up parts near the Rachenahalli lake, with loads of construction debris and mud from elsewhere (image), where eventually buildings will come up. There is water logging all around whenever it rains (image - can still see watter puddles even after filling for years), and the techpark gets flooded even with the huge drainage systems in place. Was supposed to be a lake afterall.

One of the best and huge IT park. Very clean and tidy and maintained very well with securities inside. Many outlets are also available inside like Mc Donald, Dominos, Subway and more. It looks more beautiful at evening time when all the lights on.

It was good place to work. I went to third wave such a good experience. Here food court was there. Such a nice place to have fun with coworkers. However, Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent. Overall, a positive experience with room for improvement in the internet service. Free WiFi access and parking facilities

Good place in Northern side of Bangalore near Nagavara Lake with quite a few companies. Just on the Outer Ring Road (ORR). There's a footover bridge that can be used to go inside tech park (only for employees with a valid access card). There are a lot of PGs and a few cafes on the other side of the road but not many options for someone looking for North Indian food.

Where the world comes to work here that is the slogan. But worst road has provided to the people here not sure when are they going to repair the roads. But too many under construction works are going in the footpaths, pedestrians walking on the road next to vehicles if anything happens who is responsible

Well maintained. Has quite a few places to eat out with friends. The place is huge and you can get lost in there if you are new. The traffic to and from the place is horrendous. Houses some of the best it companies in India.

Huge, very well maintained and managed, neat and clean IT park which despite having tall buildings has enough space to breathe unlike many other IT parks in the city and doesn't look like a typical concrete jungle. It houses many big brands like IBM, CTS, star hotels and food courts with again big brands like McDonald's, KFC Domino's and Subway to name a few. Its proximity to the airport is also a big plus.

Manyata Tech Park is a large technology park located in the northern part of Bangalore. It is one of the largest and most well-known technology parks in the country, home to a number of multinational corporations, startups, and IT companies. The tech park is located in a convenient location and excellent infrastructure, with easy access to public transportation and ample parking facilities. The park is also noted for its modern and well-designed buildings, which offer comfortable and efficient working spaces for employees. In the evening or in the early morning any one can take a walk on this beautiful road and it will make the mind peaceful and calm. The trees , lights and architecture and maintenance are appreciated. Must visit to experience the real rich of Bengaluru.

A great place to work in. A beautiful business park nestled in an otherwise busy and congested Nagawara. The clean road, the ample walking area, the beautiful night lights make it a perfect place to get some calm in between your work storm. It has two food courts and a gazebo with plenty of food options. A butterfly park and numerous green walkways make it a weekend destination for people in the neighborhood. It has badminton and football courts that you can book a slot in for a reasonable rate. During the monsoon seasons beware of flooding. Many offices are cut off from access and huge traffic diversions take place which is a huge hassle. Businesses are not given much freedom in utilizing the common areas and parks for private events which to me seems like an opportunity lost. A lot of initiatives by the management ensure that the park is active. They organize regular pop up markets and fairs for office workers. Preschools and creches in the vicinity are added bonuses for working parents. Security is ample in the day and night ensuring a safe environment. Overall a great place to work in, away from the hustle of Whitefield.

If you don't belong to one of the company in there, you would struggle for drinking water, toilet, what are block names since no sign board, even many companies don't label their own company name outside, it's all secret, always under constructing side path... Have a visit to find more.
