Manyata business Park is truly impressive in terms of size and maintenance. It is undoubtedly one of the largest and well-kept IT parks in the city. Unlike other crowded IT parks, this one stands out with its cleanliness and organization. Manyata provides free transport for employees inside the campus. Additionally, the presence of numerous parks within the premises, complete with playing areas, shops, banks, and a cafeteria, contributes to a vibrant atmosphere and enhances the overall experience. Moreover manyata boasts beautiful greenery and provides ample spaces to sit and relax. The availability of swings and walking tracks adds a touch of leisure to the working environment, creating a pleasant and refreshing ambiance.

Awesome place.. one of the greatest it park that I worked so far. Seperate flyover for In and out to avoid traffic. Also, wide roads inside. Below are the key points. 1. Feel rich. 2. Lot of option for food. You will get everything there. 3. Kids can enjoy the view(buildings, stalls, driving view) 4. Feel different while driving as we have in and out flyover and it takes you to the underground and bring back to the ground level. 5. Pleasent nature.

This my most loved space. Because I joined as graduate hirer in IBM . I did my training part along 3 years job there it self . This most comfortable environment. You can go for walk and biking 🚴‍♀️. You can sit with friends in ground and spend a lot of time together in the great environment. After office hours also we can spend lot of time . Weekends will fun 🤩. I have so many moments in this place . When it’s rainy and in the sunset times it’s most loved 🥰.

It's very huge TechPark with Nokia, IBM, cognizant, concentrix, 24/7, etc still under bit of construction with roads but once u enter the view is soothing.. Fastfood restaurants, cafes, canteens, ATMs, banks(HDFC), proper emergency management services, wheelchair services,proper dedicated parking for each building on groundfloor with guard, dog squad proper surveillance with security, ambulance are also available inside the premises.. Greenery all over.. multiple seating arrangements in defferent places with proper shed.. proper lightening makes the view more exciting in the evening.. There are timely fire evacuation drills also to make it sure the employees are aware of exits and meeting points, equipped with open air gym, temperature checks with ir guns at every entery Sanitizer stands almost every contact point, following details for social distancing, marshalls for its execution and thermal checks on building enteries makes it feel really secure even in this pandemic, guards in uniform on every corner of the road to assist because of construction.. ID cards are mandatory to enter with some exceptions for delivery agents. It's a good working environment and evening outing is just too fine because of the less noise of traffic and green aid to eyes.. so after work it'll relax youu cool.. If u r working in this areaa you must be relating... Only the issue comes in rainy days, the water blocks the way and it took more than a week last tym to clear the clog with the help of firefighters..

Love the campus! It's huge, but so huge that you need to walk so much! Working in Manyata Tech Park will keep you fit and keep your Vitamin D3 levels in check! :D Nonetheless, there are shuttles to commute inside the campus between buildings, but they're mostly full, so you'll need to wait in queue for at least 10 minutes before you get yours during the peak hours. It's a great place to work if you have comfortable commute options.

This manyata tech park located near nagavara outer ring road which has enormous companies like nokia IBM etc This tech park maintained very well with security check in the entry. With no I'd can't entry the tech park.

Travelling from south Bangalore is challenging with public transport. It is one of the best tech park in Bangalore. Well managed & maintained with some of the best brand names situated here. During pandemic time, since 2020 construction work is going on hopefully later will bring more glory.

I just travelled in front the gate of Manyata Embassy.. I saw the gate and some security people and some other people are going inside and some others are coming outside.. Whether Maanyata Or Google want to my reach or availability inside manyata I am ready to go.. Do the needful please.

A 11 month old hotel with modern aesthetics. It is a welcome change from the Neo hotels which are congested and have weird designs. Rooms are spacious, ergonomic and chic. The staff is quite helpful and prompt. Breakfast spread is more than decent. The food at the bar was bit of a let down.

Techpark wise its good but they should maintain the roads with some trees and some eco friendly things because its too long to walk towards companies from the main road and as its too hot outside the sun burn will be there for sure. I guess for making their employees fit, they made this walking idea 😁

One of the best IT Companies hub(Tech Parks) in Bangalore, India. Very nice place, well decorated and maintained with utmost care. Many IT Companies are located inside the campus. Need proper pass or email or Company ID card to enter the premise. A must visit IT hub if you get a chance.

Always crowded.very hard to get inside. The road conditions is a pain now. They wasted a whole route to open a new building. However once you get inside it's very well maintained. It's a beautiful park and Also the biggest in Bangalore. And Home to few celebrities

This is best tech park which I have ever seen in Bangalore... Only main reasons to love this place is the way they maintained the greenery in the tech pack... In summer it's really helpful to get reenergise with the coolness of the trees shadow... They have give right important for the entire infrastructure without damaging the greenery... Went here for taking vaccination. Everything was perfectly organised, Secured area. Good parking space. All employees were really friendly and helpful. I got my both vaccination done from Cognizant technology office space. There is a lot of free hangout places inbetween every buildings. Nice place to chill-out. They have smoking areas as well.

It has easy access to airport by having a lane cut and diverted to inside tech park from the main flyover, which helps in avoiding long traffic during peak times. Bus, Cabs routes easily accessible. Since it is embassy who is running this place they have a large team to keep the tech park to international standards. I would say job well done in most of the cases. I always love to visit this place. Although, earlier i was working here in one of the MNC and now this is not my working place. I still prefer to visit this place especually on Friday night. A busy business Park that houses a lot of big companies. On a working day it is like a beehive packed with people. The local staff won't guide you properly and most of the times you'd struggle to find the lift that will take you to your destination. Seating arrangements are satisfactory and there aren't many food options except a centralised food court.

Well it's an IT hub, the campus is huge and some kind of construction will be going on throughout the year. There is a ground inside where IT guys play cricket once in a while. The residential are behind the tech park is just great! You won't feel like tech park at all. Gets congested in the evenings especially at 4.30 onwards and Friday evenings you better carry a snack before leaving office. They are constructing a flyover which will end inside the tech park and no wonder if u can see it closing in to the office door soon..

One of the clean and well maintained IT park in Bangalore. Since it's full of greenery it's a good place for morning walk if you are around this place. But not allowed inside the main area if you are not working in any of the companies. Cafeteria cane still be accessible by outside public. Plenty of food and beverage stalls in cafeteria which makes it a nice place to eat, chit chat and kill time with friends.

My IBM / Kyndryl office is here. Nicely maintained IT park. I just recommend a free battery operated transport within the park to help pedestrians to move here and there or come to ORR, as it is very big.

Nice and centrally located IT park in Banglore. With the newly build flyover from Manyata the earlier traffic problems for joining to ring road has vastly reduced. Have lot of food courts and Banks with other amenities. Overall a good place to have company..

They are restructuring the whole campus. Work in progress. I could see more green ,more new bus stop, sitting chairs on footpath etc. Even i saw a courtyard not sure for what. It's good. Flyover almost yetbto complete which will connect inside out to main road. Even in front of Nokia thay build one flyover just to cross street. Nice.

This business park will give you a real feelings of a corporate engineer. You will feel bit more high specially on your 1st day that Yes, you have also done something good in your life 😀. This place is really large in terms of area. I visited IBM, it has lots of buildings. Each building is clean and spacious. Security guards behaviour is also good. IBM covers the mejority of area. Other companies located in the park is Nokia, Cognizant, IKEA etc In a common cafetaria, lots of food options are available. Pizza to Biryani everything would be available.

Huge, very well maintained and managed, neat and clean IT park which despite having tall buildings has enough space to breathe unlike many other IT parks in the city and doesn't look like a typical concrete jungle. It houses many big brands like IBM, CTS, star hotels and food courts with again big brands like McDonald's, KFC Domino's and Subway to name a few. Its proximity to the airport is also a big plus.

Awesome stay mainly for the corporates. And heaven for the one who work in Manyata as for commute don't need to think. Rooms are spacious, daily cleaning. All the staff are good. They have kitchen where you will get daily healthy and hygienic breakfast. And in the night if requested get the homily cooked veg meal. Only thing which can be improved is they can serve snacks/tea/coffee in the evening offcourse it can be charged.

Good environment but the restrooms inside could have been better compared to other tech parks.
