Wish I had the option to give negative rating! Not sure how this place got 4+ rating to begin with. We relied on the Google reviews before booking the place and trusted it blindly only to realize that it was nothing but exaggeration. The bed space was extremely small with AC vents just 2 feet above where you sleep. To top that, there were squeaky sounds coming from inside the AC vents - I can only assume that its sparrows or the worse - rats! And there were millipedes crawling all over the floor , the walls around the beds and the washroom. The sheets were extremely untidy and the space was not clean either. Overall very disappointing experience! When confronted about the same to the hotel staffs, they were totally unresponsive although they did accept what we conveyed. We checked in around 1.30 AM and checked out around 3.00 AM immediately after the horrific experience we had. The hotel has a non-refundable policy hence we could not get even a penny back. Whoever is interested in checking out the “Airport Capsule” experience, do your research before you book this place !

I stayed in Business class room. If possible I would give a *NEGATIVE 5 STAR RATING* This is one of the worst*est* stays I have ever been in. Here the rooms STINK, no proper cleaning inspite of me asking several times. The place is underground so no ventilation at all. The AC vent is spreading foul smelling terrible air. We can constantly hear rats running above the false ceiling. The cleanliness & maintenance is poor. Terrible experience. This is a bug infested stay aswell.

The place is about 4 km from the airport. It is very economical for solo travelers. They maintain the place near and clean. The biggest drawback here is that the place not ventilated. All the rooms and closed and hence it is stinky. If this is taken care, then this place is a go-to whenever you visit Mumbai alone. The staff are very generous and they give you a warm welcome. They speak nicely to you and allow you to wait in the waiting room/reception when you reached early or if you are waiting after checking out.

Business class rooms can be kept a bit more cleaner, geysers don't work, complimentary breakfast is okish. Hotel staff is helpful, you'll have privacy n safety in business class rooms. This is a capsule hotel wherein you get a bed inside capsule with various options and also a business class with complete privacy. The breakfast they provide is of good quality and you wouldn't expect that as the prices are quite affordable. The washrooms are on sharing basis and yet the management keeps them tidy.

The last day, I spotted a bed bug on my pillow, and I knew it was too late to be concerned because I had brought the bed bugs from my hotel stay with my luggage to my home, and we had to thoroughly clean the entire house. The absence of comfy and big rooms is advantageous to younger generations who can adjust to such little beds. The bathrooms are tiny and undersized; there isn't even a decent place to hang towels. Beds and common restrooms are not large enough for a large healthy person, only little and slender men may use the facilities effectively. Bed bugs are a major issue once they enter the home.

The initial capsule allocated to me was found to be unsatisfactory due to visible marks on the top and partially exposed wiring. Upon notifying the staff, a suitable replacement was provided. However, the state of the bathroom was substandard, with noticeable dampness, uncleanliness and unpleasant odor. It is evident that this establishment is not suitable for overnight accommodation, but rather more suited for short-term rest periods for individuals on a limited budget or those in transit. Consequently, I would recommend this location only for brief layovers or as a last resort.

Hello Qubestay, This is my second time staying here for a month and it was a peaceful and awesome stay. This is the only place comes into my mind if I'm coming down to Mumbai. The vibe here is good, the rooms are clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful. The staff at Qubestay are so nice that I felt like i was staying with a family. While staying here i made some good friends. This hotel is designed beautifully and it feels like you are in a ship. I loved the interiors here. I have some special mentions about the staff. Starting from reception - Lamiya mam is very professional and i would say she is perfect person for this job guest relationship service. She does her job very efficiently and smartly and handles all the guests in a nice way. She takes care of all the guest requirements up to date. She is also strict with the staff if work is not on time. I know Mohsin and Rihan from the reception also seems nice guys but didn't had much communication with them. Shamsher - you will always see him going around everywhere in the hotel and solving all the technical problems in the hotel. Shamsher is a smart and does his work very professionally. Irfan/Zubair/Irshad - all these three guys from qubestay are nice and hardworking. They keep the hotel/bathroom and passages very clean always mopping and brooming. Rizwan - He is the new guy here in the management and head manager. I just met him for a week now while writing this and have made a good friend. He is a super nice and friendly guy. Qubestay is beautiful in and out. Interiors, rooms and the staff. Its not only about the place but also about the people who are managing it which make this place more beautiful. Thank you everyone in Qubestay and see you again when i come back to India.

Just 200 meters away & easy walking from Sakinaka metro station. Also the nearest hotel to Mumbai Airport. Very neat, clean & beautiful stay with an affordable price. Staff is also very nice 👍🏻. I went for the first time but next time again I will surely prefer this.....

The stay here was good. It is a very value for money hotel for solo travellers. Walkable distance from Sakinaka Metro Station. Washrooms are okay. Cafeteria is available and you can bring you own food also. Locker facilities are available in the Dorms. Staff are helpful.

Hello visitors & guys....✋🏻 My self Mehul I am visited to Mumbai I don't have any option to stay then I search the dormitory🛌. 🙄Before Chek-in the Qube Stay Arma Residency I thought that if they are uploaded pictures in their offical website is true or not🙄. 😊After Check-in the hotels you didn't belive the hotels🏬 and dormitory🛌 exactly as it is they maintain also well clean,washrooms are clean,beds,cafeteria area for and they providing best quality breakfast👌🏻and (In lunch they have special Thali only for 150rs. Taste is amazing😋) we have also common room for studying or office work we can work easily. It's atmosphere is peaceful and silence🤫 And last and most the staff (In other hotels staff not giving proper service) but in Qube stay staff are polite,hardworking,punctual for there work💪and way of talking is best and also they have always smile on there faces😊. I got friendships also with staff member Ali cafe,rohit, reception attended also politely and all over staff is good behavior👍 I recommend to visit here as per ur budget...amazing experience with Arma Residency...........

Excellent budget hotel with neat and clean rooms. The staff is amazingly cooperative. I had a mistake in booking by selecting wrong by selecting wrong month but still I was provided a room without any discussion. The provide nice food on great prices. I recommend this for a comfortable stay. The photos are from day 2

I stayed in Business Class room for a day. The setup they have created is just like an Aeroplane. The room I got was good. I posted pictures so that you will get an idea. Business Class room has a door & one can feel much safe if you have lots of bags etc. The restrooms were clean too. They gave complimentary breakfast buffet which had Poha, Pav & Curry, Coffee & Tea. Its perfect for the price & worth it. I loved the breakfast & their coffee was fantastic. Before checkout, I had one more coffee at 11 by paying 25 Rs. It's that good. Great location, Without doubt one of the favorite Qube stay I stayed during my time in mumbai! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, (Lamiya and Amit) The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks,which obviously also added up to the experience. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the staff who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Great Concept. We liked the place as it is nearby to Airport. It's affordable. The quality of service was Okay. We didn't try the food there as we reached around 2:30 pm and they said that no food is available. Staff service was Okay. Private Rooms needs to be updated. Other than that Capsule Rooms of Business, Economic and First Class were GREAT. You can surely visit this!

The images shown on the website is completely opposite as compared to the real scenario. We ordered Chinese triple Schezwan fried rice which was blend in taste. I had booked deluxe room and it was a less satisfactory experience

The location may be good but i was surprised with the professional service. The staff is friendly and helpful. The manager at the desk she is very very customer centric. She makes sure that everything is perfect for all guest. Rooms are decent, and at this price I would say it's the best hotel around this area. His guys surely know that good customer service will results in good business. I would also like to add that it's safe and decent place for family as well.

Not just great a experience! 1. Room was smelling because of Dampness in the room. 2. Bed was clean and comfortable. 3. Basic hygiene - Handsoap, Bath Soap, Shampoo were missing. When asked they provided a small coin size soap & Rs.1 shampoo sachet. Thats very bad. 4. No window in the room. 5. Room was quite small yet with attached Bathroom. 6. Complimentry Breakfast includes : 1 food item (Aloo Parantha was available, my time) + 1 beverage (tea/coffee..) - Breakfast has decent taste. 7. Staff was helpful and polite. In a Rs.1,000 room you can't expect more.

Food service is not up to the mark even though you have to pay separate charge for it. Owner behavior is rude. Rooms are having ants issue. Ants were roaming/crawling around the room also ants were there on bed sheets too. Washrooms are clean. Do not expect privacy as lots of people making noise in the night and you find difficult to have your peaceful sleep, and owner do not even bothered to keep them quite or let them know to maintained the silence. Pathetic experience. Do not just copy paste your response to the google reviews...try to actually improve your property.

Happy with the service provided by qubestay staff. Premises is neat and clean . Person attended in reception named Rehan was very polite and helpful.all Staff is good specially Irshad is nice guy and hard working to keep the place hygienic and clean.overall experience is nice.

Cons Loud sound of centralised AC. Electronic number lock for rooms which make it vulnerable so that others can open if they try. Canteen is not so hygenic. Pros Affordable and clean rooms.

Staff and reception people are very friendly & kind.. But that boy Shamsher's behavior is very rude. He talks rudely to every one. He also keeps troubling the boys who are working here.. Keeps shouting at boys without any reason.. I was not feeling well so I asked the staff to bring Khichdi from outside and He was scolding the boy by saying why did you bring food from outside? If someone is unwell.. And someone is helping him...so what is the problem in this?I don't know what type of hotel policy it is. Bad Experience..It has been 5 months since I stayed here. If you can't value old customers, what will you do with new ones?

Stayed here for 3 nights and I must say it has been great one. There was continuous availability of AC on demand . Great hospitality by Lamiya khan madam( manager of the hotel) and his support staff especially Kamal Bhai . visit making our stay a memorable one. Must visit again ❤️❤️❤️

Its worthy for payment they charge. But, few thinks should have been better. We have to keep our Luggage in common area (no separate locker) and bathroom is small.

Is the best place to stay at if you need a place to sleep in. Rest of the stuff can be figured near by since a restaurant and food joints are only 5 mins walk away.

Bedsheets and pillow cover were very dirty, when I asked them to change, they changed my room but it was even more dirtier. After changing 3 rooms, finally I got a less dirty bed and I gave up trying more as was tired. I don't know how some people have given 5star for cleanliness as I couldn't find it anywhere. Only good thing was it was near to my destination.

Stayed for a month and had a great experience here at qubestay. Best option in the area than other similar dorms and hotels. Receptionist greets and assist as you enter and always try to come up with best solution to all your needs. All the staffs are very polite and cooperative, food quality is also great.
