Very cooperative and concerned staffs. They actually provided camping equipments (tents, sleeping bags and lanterns) for a group of 116 members... And all equipments were in an amazing condition. Can expect a guaranteed timely help no matter how big or small the group is. Being a Guide... I recommend all my trekmates to hire any camping equipments from this company.
