Had a good experience in silver section. Staff were very helpful in explaining the product. Good collection of silver items. Update: Has a review of the bill in leisure after purchase. The salesperson didn't point out the hallmark charges also we got around 7-8 products looking back it is like the salesperson rushed around the pointing the making charges. Most products were 80 touch silver but billed at 92.5 purity. This was mentioned but still the price paid is not satisfactory considering the purity of silver. If you are planning to buy 92.5 purity silver do not visit this store, though the collection are good the making charges and wastage are very high. In conclusion this store has a good collection of silver items but keep in mind you either pay a lot for 92.5 silver or pay a reasonably high amount and get 80 purity silver.

Very worst customer support.. I have paid a chit for 1 year I missed my passbook unfortunately ..when I spoke to the customer executive they refused to redeem my chit .. bcos I missed passbook I need to pay rs 100 even if I m ready to pay it took 1 week to get the passbook only after I can able to redeem my scheme.. they made up some rule to deliver only after 7 days for missing passbook.. I don’t know y these people r convincing us to put a chit and now refusing to repay on time of requirement.. even in bank v r getting immediate passbook.. they are not even ready to hear me at all ..

Only positive is good quality and customer service, but they are showing attitude when asked to reduce making charges and wastages, they are asking to request 4 officials for a travel bag after purchasing for 2 lakhs.. We throwed away the small purse in road just before the store.. Never going again..

This is my first time investment in gold scheme in TMJ. I personally feel that their schemes are far better than my previous GRT schemes. I opened mine only after having a look on their designs and gold weight.The best part is antique jewels are also covered in super gold scheme with 100% no VA. It is an average experience. Excellent and helpful staffs, restroom, lactation room on the top floor. Good hospitality. Highest making charge and wastage 13% you have to pay extra 13 percentage. Gold ornaments also damaged within a month and they repaired with free of cost. Very minimum collection of chains, rings, bracelets. They have added the wastage for ring and bracelet same as 13%, asked how it will be same for both, then they reduced 30rupees(big discount) even we paid part by gold scheme. There is no fixed price, they putting prices based on the persons. If you have a bargain skill you can get some lower percentage of wastage. Making charge and wastage not added on the bill.

I am very disappointed. I paid chit scheme during one year and came to buying my jewelry. Ring size no more than 15. One ring is in my size and I didn't like it. I have no other options to redeem my scheme. Also bought it i never liked. Wastage also very high for extra payment to the ring. 15% is too high. Totally disappointed.
