The hospital is just fine. We got C Section delivery of my sister. Food is good, but the service isn't good. **NURSES/SISTERS APPOINTED ARE LESS IN NUMBER which is the main problem. There was water problem, so the water wasnt available in taps. Rooms are very tiny, infact we were not allotted a private room at first because of them being less in number, later we were given tiny private room. Considering the price , i would say there are better options.

Worst experience in a hospital, they don't provide any facilities and proper support, even they provided the dirty clothes for wear. It feels like you are in government hospital. But doctors are very good I prefer to go in cloudnine hospital as both have same rates and you will get good service and consultation

Doctors and Nursing Staff are one of the best however Admin facilities are below average in the hospital. If you know what you end up paying here and what facilities you will be getting, you would rather want to go to another hospital. I’d recommend to find another hospital or clinic if you need urgent attention on any matter. Its just the facilities which are worst here I must say.

Worst hospital I have ever visited in Chandigarh, if your child need urgent medical support don't go there no patient entry system they will take u to the doctor where doctor was quiet good but supporting will shows you they are so busy and you have to wait till they feel free for further stage and they will not give you the prescription until you pay the amount which there monopoly . So I left the hospital without taking their full examination and after 3-4 hrs they start calling where we are because we have to pay so paid the amount just to waste my time and putted my child in more risk bcz she needa urgent medical support and we moved to other hospital. So be carefull about Chaitanya hospital personally I will never recommend to anyone there to visit🙏🙏

Beware and save your money. The bill estimate that they share before discharge and the actual bill has huge difference in amount. They will charge you for irrelevant tests like behera test even if your baby is not able to take the test due to health conditions. They will not give you room until your final day of discharge, which is given just for namesake. The doctors are very good but the hospital Finance department just there to mint money. Better go for government hospitals which offer better facilities at much less prices and there is transparency of prices.

I had a wonderful experience in Chaitanya Hospital. The best part is their well experienced & well skilled staff especially sister Ms Kaynat who has cared my baby like her family members. I always prefer this hospital for child as Doctors is so much enhanced & well experienced in their field. They also treat child patient very softly. Every day nursing staff comes & take our feedback from us regarding the facility & nurses behavior nd support. Me & my wife were too much happy that this hospital has cared alot. Chaitanya Hospital- First of all pls do not respond to my post asking for our details as we have been over this with you at least 10 times including today. This post is focused on shocking and unacceptable behaviour of Dr Neeraj Kumar. We had a horrible experience with Dr Seema Sharma at Chaitanya around her wrong reporting in my son’s file and blind attempt to admit him for no reason in addition to her lack of basic manners. We complained about this to their Manager. There was no response. After a month, we visited Dr Neeraj and tried to give him feedback as we thought he should be aware. He totally shunned us saying he did not want to know and we should just talk to the ‘Customer Manager’. When we told him to give some other time to meet him, he ignored us like we were just ghosts. We are utterly shocked and disappointed with this total lack of empathy. We are Chartered Accountants, educated and well mannered enough to talk decently. But we felt very helpless as the hospital paid no heed to what our problems/experience were. Even a small businessman takes ‘customer’ feedback seriously.

Hi, Recently, I had bad experiences in some cases in Chaitanya Hospital sector 44 chd. We supposed to discharge 2nd day in first half after delivery and Dr told to nurse staff given medication on time and they should discharge before 12 tomorrow because patient have cashless policy. When next day Doc came and asked to nurse about medication but nurse staff they don’t care about given medication on timely and after nurses forced to given medication on previous day canola drip, my wife told to nurses she is feeling pain while medication on canola drip pls change it but nurses forced to her take medication on this canola, my wife crying and shouted and I came there and told them change the other hand, after that they had changed canola drip and gave the medication. Dr Samita is very good doctor and good to take care of all patient but nurses staff don't care about DR medication procedure and they do when DR Samita told them twice. As per Dr Samita, We supposed to discharge on first half but due to delaying by nurses, my wife discharged on evening near 6pm. And my baby BERA test was not completed due to delayness of nurses and they put on follow up on next visit. Due to some circumstances we should go after 10 days for follow up baby BERA test and we had already paid, its included on baby package. After 10 days, they again charge doctor consultant fees for BERA test and I told to nurse its already paid and this was delayed by you on discharge time. Nurse told me, you should come on follow up day and you came late, this time you should pay the DOC fees. We came back home without checking. I know this is only listening test of baby. During my first baby, everything was perfectly good but the second baby, I had some bad experiences. Basically, As per my understanding, they do good take care of who has pay all amount to hospital and who has having medical policy, they don’t care about much. May b I’m wrong for only this concern. But first time I had paid all amount to hospital and everything was perfectly good and second time I have cashless policy and having bad experience. Hospital is extremely perfect and all Doctors but some staff nurses (not everyone) should respect and follow the Doctor medication procedures as per timely.

Doctors are BEST but I had terrible experience with life cell team which sits inside Chaitanya hospital. I opted to preserve my Baby’s Umbilical Cord with life cell and they promised certain vouchers which I didnt get. My request to owner of Chaitanya to remove them immediately as they are spoiling your reputation.

I had an wonderful experience with motherhood chaitanya hospital. I took my 3 days old son here in serious condition which got fully recovered by this hospital. All the doctors and each staff ( cleaning, management, security etc.) are very helpfull and polite in nature. I recommend this hospital to everyone for child care. Doctors give positive confidence to Parents for recovery of their child so that parents never feel afraid about child illness. Delivering my baby here was a great experience. The staff and doctors were amazing and very helpful. I loved the services. Different units work very cohesively and we always had someone to help and answer our questions whenever needed. I would like to mention especially the nursing staff. As a young mother I did not have to worry about anything. I would recommend Motherhood Chaitanya hospital to all the expecting parents.

If you meet the doctor they will send to the Intern and they will speak on phone and instruct the intern. they will make you to wait. your life will get disgusted there itself. there should be a business ethic before doing something.they ask if you have discussed about the package.I can’t understand I’m taking a five-star hotel suite room for taking a package or I’m going for a honeymoon to take a package .. this package word ……

We have delivered our baby here last month. Doctors are experts here and patient care is very good. But corporate staff provide incorrect total cost at the time of admission and at the time of billing and they never accept that. Also make sure before admission you should confirm if the room is available. We suffered two days. One day in labour room and one day in baby ward with a c-section delivery. And they charge for room. Other staff like feeding nurses and kitchen staff is very good.

Worst experience of Motherhood Chaitanya Hospital. I went there to take my son on suggestion one of my friend. *"Firstly my son Diagnosed by Dr. Walia after that we got to now my son treatment is going on under a Female Dr. And on Final day we got to know treatment is going on under Dr. Vivek, who was on leave and they have joined on last day of discharge"*. Inside the ICU one we met with our sir on my request only or once my sone was crying to meet us at that time only we entered and discuss with nurses mostly they told us about health, only 2 time we met with ICU Dr. During ICU treatment no one call us for explain my Son Health and what test they have done and what reports came. We were not aware about it , only nurses explain that's your baby's bit recover. Most Horrible thing my son treatment was going on under Dr. Vivek who is going on on leave. When they shifted my son in private room that day one one Dr. Visited in room even last day on my call after 12:00 PM fist time Dr. Vivek reach to and they told us your baby is fine we will discharge him. Intresting thing withou visit they have added visit charges in bill. Horrible thing without Dr. Vivek presence on Documents they have Diagnosed my son under Dr. Vivek. My son Diagnosed by Nurses. Once I discussed with Management they were on defend our Hospital. As per my experience it's only Business Centre instead Hospital. Big Mistake to choose ..... Never suggest to any for this Business Centre.

Dr Geetika Thakur the more I praise less it will be for her. She is so loving caring.She attends with lots of concern and care as my experience with her whenever visited hospital. The Hospital in itself is a saviour. Let me start with the doctors and the other staff members who made this journey easy and breathable. So I delivered my baby on 13 July 2022 in this hospital with the help of Dr. Babita and Dr. Arun Dutt and it was not that traumatic experience as I thought. They were too way supportive during the delivery. Other staff members who were the stars during my difficult and memorable time were Ms. Amarjeet Kaur who was so so supportive during my labour time, Ms. Jaspreet Kaur who took care of me like her own relative. Ms. Rekha Dutta who taught me how to feed and she was like a mother figure during that time and one of r family's favourite Ms. Shivani who really took care of r baby like she is of her own family. Also, the food which I received during my stay after delivery was super yummy, healthy and hygienic 10/10 for this.

Help ful and cooperative staff , Doctors are really qualified and nice. Dr Monika , dealing in child neurology is really good , listens with patience and give full justified time to her patients , the nurses attached to her are also good . Dr Monika's experience is well reflected in her treatment.

Reviewing after 3 consecutive visits - 1. Had gone for baby’s checkup and was advised blood tests for the baby 2. The entire blood test team is severely under trained and works with a third party- Medicos. So it is not the hospital’s liability in case the test reports are delayed or incorrect. 3.The couple with their baby just before us came out crying as the nurses were so untrained, it took them 25 mins to take a blood sample and they told us while going not to get tests done. We didn’t listen, we should have 4. We went in and the same set of 2 nurses were so untrained that it took them 30 mins to take a blood sample because they we’re arguing with each other as to whether it should be left or the right hand. They eventually tried both and stuck the needle everywhere on the baby’s arm/hand but not the right vein. We came out crying looking at the sight 5. Getting test reports is a nightmare. We called up the hospital today as the report was due. Answered by some very abnormal human - Nitin Ghavari. What an incredibly dumb and insensitive person. He says “ Medicos lab is closed” and he cant get the report until tomorrow. I mean how much more mediocrity can I expect. Did Nitin join from a govt hospital where I suppose this may be normal. What do I do now if my baby has fever and the reports wont be shared the hospital as Mr Nitin says Medicos, an outsourced lab is closed ?

Nurses to doctors excellent. Reception and kitchen area very cooperative. But corporate staff not good. Complaint done but no action was taken. Doctor have completed his part at 10 but no billing has been done by corporate staff till now as no time schedule is declared by authorities. At end it is harassment for child and for parents too. Note - My problem has been solved as nursing supervisor mam Bhinder Kaur personally came and contacted me and solved the problem. So at end I am fully satisfied by the hospital.

I took my first pregnancy consultancy from Doctor Poonam Garg. I had heard about her so i book the appointment but it turned into a uncomfortable meeting. She was not friendly. I was afraid while asking anything. In pregnancy you need a friendly doctor to clear your doubts specially when this is your first pregnancy. So experience was not up to mark.

A good hospital with well qualified staff. Staff is very cooperative.

There is a yellow pole not tall enough in your car parking area protecting the black Mitsubishi which clearly says that the owner of the SUV is concerned about the gloss and shine of the car, likewise the person visiting the parking area would expect same care for the car but the pole is peeling-off the paint from the car of the visitors and there is no curb preventing from coming close to the pole. In my opinion to refrain the car hitting the pole , either the pole should be raised high to be visible or can be removed as this is also a part of your facility to adapt care policies. Kindly acknowledge this concern of public interest with a resolution rather empathy.

Only thing that disappointed me was the behaviour of nurses named Lalita and Diksha who had been very rude and non cooperative especially when our newborn was admitted due to jaundice .these both nurses showed all arrogance and non cooperation whenever we asked for the help . The doctor and nursing staff , attending us was good. Post delivery services after exiting from hospital are very very poor. We were not attended properly, as our 2 days old baby acquired jaundice . We were asked to get admitted, but no room was provided. We felt disowned by the hospital. It was a bad experience, we had to get our baby treated in another hospital. Very sad state of affairs.

Avoid this hospital at all costs! The administration is clueless and disorganized. They can't even keep track of patient schedule appointments properly. It's a disaster waiting to happen. If i paid 1050 for pre scheduled appointment, and waiting for 2 hours. I think in Chandigarh there are other best options available like Govt 32, 16, 12 and PGI etc.

Docter nd staff really good. But main problem no emergency area in the hospital. All time kids suffering and waiting on sofas. Last time 3 to 4 hours my kid suffer for vomting nd fever nd doctor says pls sit on the sofa nd waiting to feeling well baby

My 2 month old baby underwent hernia surgery in this hospital. Which was done by Dr. Ashish Dharmik. He is very polite person. The surgery went very well. We are satisfied with the surgery. The staff here is also very good. Rooms and bathrooms are also clean.

The services of the hospital is deteriorating ridiculously. I called in the morning around 07:45 twice no body answered and I called again at 0815 thankfully the call was answered and the guy I believe was in night shift and wasn’t interested at all to help I asked him about first doctor availability he mentioned 9 o clock Dr. Suman will come and 10 o clock Dr Vivek I told him to book appointment for Dr Suman to which he mentioned he can’t take appointments she’s occupied whole day I can come as walk in wait to which I gave him nicely that I have 100 of places to go and I can’t wait with the baby who’s not well. Suddenly he mentioned I can book your appointment for 09:30 I was at the hospital on time and till 10:15 dr was not even in the room and every one was waiting. And the room where nebulizer was being put the staff is way too rude and there is a lot miscommunication between doctor and nurses and your front desk. Some will has to keep a close look on operations. I would never come back here again and same will be recommended to all my friends and family.

Pathetic It's Been 22 Hours We are here for my Wife's Delivery.Deleviery is do 11 Hrs back. But still We have not got any Room But only Rude behavior and Excuses one or the other.
