Amazing hotel with breathtaking views. I enjoyed Spa while my kids were also enjoying in the Kids area. Roof top restaurant adds beauty to the already beautiful view specially in the evening. Just one thing which I wish could have been better was the food. Breakfast and dinner food was good but not so tempting. This is just a suggestion for improvement. Looking forward to visit again!!

The property is well managed and the staff is humble and efficient . Hospitality begins with first impressions . The parking lot needs better management . The steep road needs repair and maintenance . You cannot afford to have a poor entry road . Markings , side stoppers with turn mirrors are a must . Cars have to be parked with zero obstructions for quick exits . Since I am a level 7 reviewer I will request you to get back on this . I loved the place though . Food was good .

Brilliant property with amazing views of Kasuali hills. Food is great! The only con here is the slope to get upto the property though property provides trained drivers to get your car up and they have their own taxi to get you up to the property.

Food, services, rooms are quite good. But they charge extra for other amenities, which is weird. They lack other amenities. The swimming pool is small and weirdly placed, Pool table has a 250 charge on it. And nothing else.

edit 3/5 now 4/5* since the manager called me and tried to make things right. Ramada is a wannabe luxury hotel, they cut corners wherever they can. 1. Beds uncomfortable, pillows pathetic. 2. Service is BAD they don't do anytime on time 3. Food - medicore. 4. Location and view fron the room is good

When hotel accept wedding or corporate bookings they will shut common facilities like pool, deck area. Booking & reception staff don’t even bother to inform you upfront. They will also give you false information like bakery is not fully operational because they just want to manage their wedding or corporate guests. Rooms are so ordinary that I will never recommend Ramada Kasauli to anyone. People can experience better services by opting other hotels in half of the price.

Had a very nice and satisfactory experience..... Ambience is also Awesome.....Hotel staff is very supportive and well behaved....It's only 15 minutes away from Mall Road....If you want Peaceful and comforting stay, it's a perfect place to choose....

The hotel is located at a beautiful location and has spacious rooms. But the service is absolutely poor and pathetic. We booked 3 rooms, asked for an extra bedding in a room, and were told that it’ll be sent to the room. We called 4 times till almost midnight and still no extra bed was sent to the room. The pool time starts at 7 am and yet the pool was not cleaned until 9:30 am. We were repeatedly told that the maintenance guys will arrive and clean the pool yet no one came to clean the pool even after we waited for almost an hour. They didn’t give breakfast on the rooftop restaurant and instead offered to send it to the rooms, which was pretty illogical. Overall, rooms and location are good but the main highlight of our stay was the poor service.

It is a beautiful and serene place! The views are relaxing, the food is amazing and the rooms are cozy and well-maintained. Ideal location during rains and winter. They should just have some indoor games for children's entertainment too, they only have a swimming pool at this point.

First of all they do not serve food on Rooftop Restaurant Then When We were having Buffet Breakfast My Wife Had A Bite Of French Toast there was green sign mentioned that it has no egg but later on after one bite she realised that something is wrong then when we confirmed with the staff they told that it has egg as we are pure vegetarians Din't Expect This From So Called RAMADA Chain People Come Here For Good Hospitality & Food their Mistake Made Horrible Nightmare To Us Very Very Irresponsible Behaviour By Them Careless Staff Zero Rating Every Good Gesture Just Became Zero by This Mistake This Is very very big thing for us

I like the location & washroom but I have paid for valley view room, i was given B wing and its view was obstructed by building. Balcony was not private at all. Regarding room service i have read not so good reviews and it was true. I have called 3-4 times people to come but they didn't showed up at all. Breakfast was also okish. Please understand people want more from chain like ramada and especially when they are paying 10k for a room. I have paid half the amount in 'The hotel chabal kasauli' and got a very comfortable stay be it room, bed , washroom, balcony, view, food, rooftop cafe literally everything.

Worst experience, staying in a international brand hotel. I went there in month of November, due to cold weather at night, i ask them for room heating to turn on. But they totally ignored my request multiple times. I ordered food in room, the quality of food is good, but quantity is very less for even 2 people. Totally dissatisfied going there and wasted money. Instead I love stay at nearby hotel wood creek and if you want good food, go with hotel kasauli windsor

Good hotel. Nice views. Only downside is that it is located uphill which makes difficult to reach but they have provided drivers at gate which will take your car to hotel. In all nice experience. Buffet was very good and lavish.

The wine and cheese was wonderful. The breakfast was good. The coffee was really good. The bed was great. The staff were all Very courteous and attentive. Reservations were easy. Confirmation was timely. Location worked for us. In room cooler was a plus.

Today we got a chance to visit the restaurant for our evening snack. The place is very well maintained and the restaurant is done very tastefully. The food served was great and the staff was very hospitable. The chef banargee was kind enough to make sure we have a great foody evening. Highly recommend this place Keep the good work going 👍

Best property to stay everything is so perfect here gesture of staff and overall hospitality is great best in quality of food you will find everything here under a single roof best place to stay with family cleanliness and sanitation are also 10 on 10. Location: The location of the property is good. They have a beautiful rooftop restaurant with spectacular scenic view. Food: The food spread is not that lavish but taste is good. Service: They need to work on the quality of the service. The service is terrible and slow. Both room service and buffet hospitality needs to be worked upon. Property: rooms are good. They also have a small pool, swings and mini play area for toddler (basic).

We had a group stay for 2 nights from 3 to 5 September 2022. It was a nice stay. Very courteous staff and senior staff was very cooperative. Good quality was ultimate. Rooms were also neat and clean and spacious. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable but no arrangements for driver stay which is troublesome. Also corridor carpets need to be changed. We stayed at ramada for a day and it was good. The staff was polite and well mannered no complaints there.They had arranged a little complimentary cake on request also. But the visual representation of rooms is inaccurate , they had shown the room as spacious and large but in reality they were not. Also there is no upgradation of rooms if you want to get a bigger one , you don’t have any option to do that. No suites and deluxe option. They have mentioned two swimming pools but the little one is for babies . So technically there’s only one pool that too of small size.

We visited here yesterday with my family and we had a wonderful time. Staff was very courteous specially Diksha at front desk. She has a smiley face all the time. Food was delicious but little expensive.... We will like to visit again with our friends and family....
