This hotel is very poorly managed/maintained . You wouldn’t find a single quality item that you would look for when you pay that kind of money per day . 1. I have stayed for 6 days and had to change room 4 times . Every room has some problem. 2. They don’t have proper house keeping team , so you end up calling front desk for every little thing and they forget half of the requests 3. We stopped eating lunch /dinner in their restaurant after day 3 because half the items from last meal or previous night are re-made and served to you 4. You cannot use the utensils (cups, glasses) provided in the room straight away because the same guy cleans your toilets, linen and handles the cups glasses with same hands - no gloves , no hygiene . The list is endless but hope this gives readers enough to make a call

The suite was comfortable. The bathroom alas! Is badly designed. The bathtub isn't enclosed and the whole area gets wet once you bathe under the shower which can be very dangerous with a granite flooring. Dinner was mediocre while breakfast was good.

Went for hotel experience got haunted house experience. This is a haunted house not a hotel. Lobby has image with blood dripping in painting. It's depressing. Proper bill was not provided for restaurant. Room service was charged separately. Painting in room were depressing, painting in gallery were depressing and bathroom was creepy. Good hotel, rooms are a bit cramped up and awfully quiet, and the bathroom tiles are way too weird. The TV channels subscribed are nice and will serve people of all ages. Overall theme of art in the hotel is kinda uncommon. Stars and artefacts that resemble woodoo art at times, a little spooky but good at the same time. The lemon fragrance all over the hotel is a bit too much for someone's liking.

Everything was top standard, nothing too much trouble. I especially loved the decor which was throughout, clean and well maintained. Special requests like cake for anniversary and candle light dinner was also implemented fantastically The receptionist was welcoming and it was comfortable that they had a valet parking facility which made our stay memorable.

We booked a suite for a day but the one given smelled like dust and looked untouched for many days, so we requested another room and booked it. We lived there for 4 days and service was fine. Beds was comfortable and all things were provided in the bathroom and rooms. Food in the restaurant was fine. Overall the place is good to stay in.

It was a pleasant stay where I have visited and stayed almost 22 days 2 years back (before the corona starts) and now for my business trip. The nice part got the same room 407 and had same memories. I really like the lemon tree ambience, Morning buffet breakfast and the cool stay.

This is a overrated property. The biggest issue with this property is 2pm check in time. Breakfast and Lunch/Dinner buffet not worth is. Seating space is less with respective to guest. Recently I stayed there for 1Night. Actually I reached there early at 9Am. I requested them for early check in....they asked me to wait....after waiting for 2Hr I again requested them for the same...then they informed me if I pay 499+tax then they can allot me a room. I just simply asked them, if this option is there then why they waited me for 2Hr. I geel the customer service in lemon tree is very bad.

Very nice hotel located in Hinjewadi phase 1. Loved the ambience, they have unique concept where everywhere quotes were written on baby tshirt, and art all places There USP is uniqueness throughout all chains. Color combination of the hotel. There breakfast is really good. You get a good view from room. Executive room is also really nice and specious with bath tub.

Hotel is really good but cost is very high as compared to service they provide. I stayed there for 7 days and whole day some construction noise used to come till night 8 pm. Morning buffet is good but other meals are very over priced. Staff are helpful and front desk is also good. I visited in rainy season and water logging problem is there near both entry and exit gate.

A very decent hotel, centrally located very close to Blue Ridge township and IT park. Service is prompt. A special shout-out to the sweet receptionist, Miss. Anushree, who is very courteous and helpful. The in-house restaurant Citrus is also worth mentioning. However, we were promised a different business room with two sofas and what we got was another type altogether. So that was a disappointment. But overall a very pleasant experience!

This is the second property by Lemon Tree that I stayed in so far. It is an older hotel but the room was recently painted and the sofa and bed mattress are new. I was unpleasantly surprised on the day of check in to find the bed sheets were not clean (it was obvious by the hairs of varying lengths on the sheet and even between two pillows). I frequently stay in hotels all over the world at varying price ranges and I honestly can't remember this happening anywhere. The cupboards were also not usable because they had a lot of dust in them. So.much in fact that I was tempted to believe they were recently brought in from a dusty workshop and were never wiped (use at.your own risk). Despite the initial hiccup the reception was helpful and they sent me someone with a fresh set of bed sheets which is why I give 4 instead of 3 stars. The hotel's main advantages is: 1) It is very quiet at night (unless of course you are unfortunate enough to be on a floor with noisy people which was my experience during only one night of my four night stay. It was two Indian families with children and they were talking, running, crying in the loudest or voices in the hall at 01:30 am as f they were in their own home. This is generally a problem in India as people have little to no consideration to others needing sleep but I can't fault the hotel for it). 2) The breakfast buffet is excellent. This is really the saving grace. All food items were delicious and nutritious with many health vegetarian options and the breakfast staff was very professional.

The Lemon Tree Hotel located in Hinjewadi looks great from the outside however, I was disappointed with the room interiors. One could easily see paint marks in the room, stains on the bathroom WC, and broken tiles in the bathroom. From what I heard the hotel recently renovated the whole thing however their washroom still feels from the 90s. Their breakfast menu range isn't wide like Hilton or Taj but makes up for it in terms of quality and courteous staff. While speaking to one of the night shift staff he told me that there was only one person in charge of housekeeping for the whole hotel. All that aside, a special shout-out to the whole hotel staff for being so welcoming and courteous. Review: Can't complain much For 3K a night for 2 including breakfast but obviously if I would have to spend anything over 6K then one should give it a second thought.

Corporates please avoid booking this hotel as my wife had a very bitter experience. The hotel is fraud as they charged for the next day of the checkout as the cancellation charge. The rooms are bad and staff is also not that helpful and they have the audacity to charge 8000 bucks for a days. The plan was to stay for five days but because of the creepy vibes she had to move to courtyard the second day. If you need evidence or more details please feel free to write to me. Not at all worth it.
