I had a great Experience with Dr. Amit Gupta in this clinic. the way he talk and treats the patients is very excellent. My Grandmother had recovered now. she had high potassium level and low sodium level cause of that her Heart level had reached to very low .she is quite well now and had recovered. I decided to visit Dr Amit after reviewing positive and good Google Feedback. I booked an appointment for the next day for 07:30 PM. At the same time, the receptionist mention me to visit early if I can as Dr Amit is available anytime from 06:30 PM. I visited Dr Amit sharp at 06:30 PM as my wife is feeling continuous pain near to her heart since afternoon but Dr Amit is not available in the clinic. So I asked the receptionist to call the doctor and share me the exact timing. He said Dr Amit will be here by 07:30 PM or latest by 07:45 PM if he get stuck in traffic. So, we decided to wait. We again ask the receptionist at 07:30 PM to share us the status and he confirmed that Dr Amit has left from the hospital will be here by 07:45 PM. But guess what, he is not in his clinic till 07:58 PM and we left the clinic without consultation. I get a call from receptionist at 08:14 PM that he is in his chamber and you can consult him but we already left from his clinic. Few suggestion for Dr Amit and his team: - 1. Your evening timing mentioned on the Google is 06:00 PM to 08:30 PM. I understand that you have to give preference to your emergency case as it is matter of life but you should ask your patients to call your team before visiting so they do not wait for you and waste their time. 2. You should ask your team to collect the fees once you are in chamber not before as they ask me to pay before and have to leave clinic without consultation. However, his team refund me the fees via PayTM on the next day. 3. One of the team member was in continuous touch with me and called me around 06:35 (after entering the clinic) that Dr Amit will be available after 07:30 PM but I reached their already. I am not sure but I received the call after entering the clinic so I guess some other team member must have called that the patient has arrived and then I received the call for update.

Superb doctor. He recommended Allopathic and Ayurvedic treatment as well. Very minimal medicine he prefers and behaviour also very nice.

My wife having uncontrolled blood pressure with too much fluctuation. I have consulted more than 20 cardiologists but couldn't get relief. Dr Amit studied the all relevent report & previous treatment and listen the problem patiently. Within 15 day Dr Amit started treatment BP of my wife is came under control.
