Total professional super quick service. Clean to the core, super friendly staff, both medical & admin. Post treatment service is definitely commendable Response through phone is also super fast & accurate. It may be there, but I am seeing a TV for patient on dentists' work station for first time. Cons - which they can not do anything right now 1. Parking is a bit troublesome, a problem as such for Thiruvalla town itself 2. Had an excellent experience at Dr. Pradeep’s. I had severe toothache a few weeks back and consulted another dentist first who suggested I had to do a root canal. I then visited Dr. Pradeep’s for a second opinion and he advised me that a filling would be sufficient and did it on the same day. Now I feel much better and I am thankful I didn’t have to do a root canal. The team at the clinic is super professional and helpful. I have visited Dr Pradeeps clinic for my 3 year old child's dental problem. The team was so supportive and explained all the steps and took 3 sittings to finish RC. By second sitting my child was totally comfortable with the doctor. Doctor could do RC filling by distracting her with stickers, cartoons etc. Great service by Dr Pradeeps clinic.
