I
had
wonderful
experience
at
MAHAR.
I
had
a
workplace
injury
in
2020
in
Canada
and
been
suffering
from
back
pain
and
radiating
pain
to
my
left
leg
for
2
years.
Tried
different
types
of
pain
killers,
and
attended
2
weeks
of
physiotherapy
session
and
that
was
not
effective
.
I
was
taking
Gabapentin
high
dose
prescribed
by
my
family
doctor.
Also,
I
had
undergone
an
epidural
steroid
injection
as
advised
by
neurosurgeon,
family
physician
and
pain
management
specialist.
Unfortunately,
on
the
same
day
of
injection,
my
right
leg
started
hurting
and
gradually
started
limping
and
weakness
on
my
right
leg.
I
couldn't
walk
without
assistance.
I
was
admitted
in
a
hospital
for
a
week
and
underwent
detailed
body
check
up
including
Lumbar
puncture
to
rule
out
any
other
reason
for
the
weakness
and
limping.
They
couldn't
find
any
other
reason.
Also,
there
was
not
even
a
satisfactory
treatment
plan
to
improve
my
condition
rather
taking
tablet
Gabapentin
for
nerve
pain
and
some
stretching
exercise
(
which
aggravate
pain).
Finally
me
and
my
husband
decided
to
go
to
India
for
ayurveda
treatment.
In
June
2022
I
consulted
with
Dr
Sreejesh
and
advised
me
for
21
days
of
treatment.
I
could
completely
stop
taking
pain
killer
after
the
21days
of
treatment.
Also,
I
had
been
off
from
work
since
2020
June
and
now
(June
2023),
I
am
in
the
process
of
gradual
return
to
work.
It
is
all
because
of
the
treatment
I
received
from
MAHAR.
So,
I
am
very
thankful
to
Dr.
Sreejesh
,
Maya
and
Aghila
for
your
wonderful
team
work
and
dedication
to
your
work.
Also,
I
am
very
thankful
to
all
the
staff
at
MAHAR
for
your
hospitality.
