THANK YOU FAZIL M AND GREEN ISLAND RIVER TOURISM Highly recommended tour. The boat ride to witness the amazing mangroves and estuary where Kadalundi River and Arabian Sea meets was splendid. Fazil M, from Green Island River Tourism was a wonderful host and guide, who explained about the variety of mangroves. Green Island Tourism boats are operated manually to maintain clean and peaceful ecology. Trains passing on the bridge over the backwaters are like beautiful scenes out of movies. We were a group of 2 kids, 1 adult and 2 senior citizens, all were well taken care. We all were given life jackets too, so safety was taken care. We went there during off-season when all the birds had left the sanctuary, still it was worth a visit. Those who wish to see birds must plan their trip accordingly.

Amazing boat ride @ Kadalundi Green River Tourism. Mr. Saheer and his team were very courteous and informative. They have made our boat tour a memorable one. Going through mangroves and watching birds is awesome. The ride was in back waters @ Kadalundi.

We absolutely loved our boat tour through the mangroves and nature reserve with Green Island River Tourism!! Our guide was lovely and we saw otters and eagles despite the fact it was off season. Great experience, thank you !

We went to Kadalundi bird sanctuary with Sadeeq Anna on his manual boat. It was a very nice experience in Mangroves, Sadeeq anna was super helpful and kept guiding us on flora and fauna and also helped us click few breath taking pictures.

Amazing place and view, good vibe, silent, if it's raining then there is a different kind of vibe we really enjoyed, back waters hitting the sea is an beautiful view and yes the boating is super cool only opt for evening boating Because the High Tide will help to get in to the mangroves 👍

Shaheer, of Green Island Tourism, helped us plan our trip and ensured an absolutely amazing experience which included a boat trip around kadalundi, including into the backwaters. We had a specific set of requests for customisation of our trip and he ensured the same. The concierge service was also excellent. An altogether brilliant experience if you are in Kozhikode !

Had a great enjoyable experience. As a wheelchair bound person I was impressed with the kind concern and care by Fazil and team.The serene boat ride to the islands, bird watching and amazing mangroves were a treat.The tour guide took the initiative in explaining the plants, birds and fishes. He enthusiastically took photos for us, enquired about our comfort and welfare. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys scenic outings. A neat and calm boat tour into the backwaters and mangrove. And you can see many birds only in seasons. Kids and families will enjoy the place and boat rides.

To start with kadalundi bird sanctuary is a very nice place to visit. I went in may and could see only some birds so it's better to go during season when you can see more birds which is sep to mar. The ride through the mangrove trees was thrilling. It was a rare experience. I took a one hour boat trip with green Island team. Siddique was our boat man. He was cordial and gave us good info. Since I had to plan this trip in a hurry I was messaging faiz (team incharge) in the night and he without any hesitation replied to my messages which was simply awesome. I really appreciate his coordination of things and quick responses. I will definitely be visiting again for the 2 hour trip during season and will definitely go again with green Island. team

It was really a great experience especially because of the warm welcome by the host Saheer Faiz. We went on a sunday and the arrangement was really easy for us because we contacted them the day before. Its always better to go as early as 7 or 8 in the morning when there is high tide. After 12 noon tide may recede back to ocean and the scope of the ride is limited. There is small shop near by where we can buy some snacks to munch on during the ride. The boat operator and the host is really resourceful who will guide with their knowledge on mangrove varieties and brief history of the place. Over all it was worth spending our 3 hours there. Totally loved it 😍

Worth every Penny. The food and service is too good. If you are searching for a place to relax and make yourself calm, this is the best choice. To Green Island River Tourism Kadalundi; It will be more better if you provide 'complimentary' sweets (Payasam) and evening tea . Thank you for your kind service.

Loved every second of the ride. The crew was very supportive and well informed about the location. Excellent hospitality. Do try to visit during the high- tide. Will definitely try the two hour trip next time we visit. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the ride here .. it was really nice and serene experience , you need to visit the mangrove forest during high tide . Here u get to see many different kinds of birds , the flora & fauna will really refresh you . I suggest to go for 1 hour ride in the Eco boat .. and there r no near by eateries here , so better to have food before coming here .
