Never
experienced
such
a
poor
banking
experience
ever
before.
I
had
availed
a
home
loan
from
Federal
bank
kuttampuzha
branch
for
our
house
re
construction,
My
parents
are
retired
from
their
job
and
I
am
the
only
earning
member
of
the
family
and
I
will
be
repaying
the
loan
amount.
At
the
time
of
signing
documents
We
had
requested
the
Bank
Manager
Mr
Jose
to
make
me
a
Main
Applicant/co
borrower
on
the
loan
application.
But
he
made
the
documents
in
such
a
way
that
my
parents
were
the
Primary
Applicant
and
I
was
just
a
guarantee,
we
asked
him
to
change
that
and
he
says
it
is
not
possible.
Now
I
am
paying
for
the
loan
amount
14000
every
month
with
out
fail
till
date.
I
had
checked
with
other
banks
and
all
of
them
agreed
to
take
over
the
loan
and
make
me
a
primary
applicant
Eg
:
Sbi,
South
indian
bank
Etc
I
went
to
Federal
Bank
kuttampuzha
branch
and
requested
the
details
of
the
documents
that
I
had
submitted
while
submitting
application,
But
the
manager
was
not
willing
to
provide
the
details.
Manager
Mr
Jose
engaged
me
with
his
un
professional
arguments
and
I
could
not
transfer
this
loan
to
another
bank.
He
would
never
cooperate
with
a
customer
and
would
not
provide
required
details
of
the
documents.
Even
you
put
in
an
application
for
yearly
provisional
statement
you
have
to
come
after
2
days,
says
Mr
Jose.
Due
to
this
experience
I
have
decided
not
to
step
in
a
federal
bank.
My
father
has
closed
his
20
years
old
account
due
to
managers
unfair
treatment.
I
still
have
to
pay
the
loan
amount
for
next
8
years
and
suffer
PATHETIC
banking
experience
!!

i
had
given
negative
review
above,
but
with
the
recent
changes
under
Mr
Miju
as
manager
i
had
gone
to
the
bank
and
he
was
friendly,
helpful,
prompt
and
addressed
all
my
concern
s
above,
this
is
how
quality
people
change
things.
