This
hospital
has
famous
Dr
Malvika
Sabharwal
(Padmashree
Awardee)
in
gynecology
department.
But
except
Dr
Malvika
Sabharwal
and
Dr.
Huma
nothing
is
good
in
the
gynecology
department
here.
We
consulted
this
hospital
for
pregnancy
due
to
Dr
Mala
at
Jeevanmala
Hospital,
Rohtak
Road.
But
the
main
drawback
of
Dr.
mala
is
that
she
is
super
busy
and
other
doctors
(except
Dr.
Huma)
and
nurses
in
her
team
are
not
that
caring
and
polite
especially
Dr.
Shivani
is
very
ill
and
short
tempered,
bad
mannered
and
abusive.
So
if
you
go
there
because
of
Dr.
Mala....she
is
not
always
available
for
consultation.
Dr.
Mala
is
super
busy
and
her
team
of
nurses
and
other
doctors
in
hospital
attempt
to
improvise
and
promote
the
reputation
of
other
doctors
in
the
name
of
Dr.
Mala.
Dr.
Mala
will
look
patient
for
1-2
consultations
initially
thereafter
patients
are
pressed
one
way
or
other
to
consult
other
doctors
of
her
team.
Appointment
will
not
be
given
for
consultation
with
Dr
Mala
on
excuses
like
she
is
outstation,
not
available.
Follow
up
calls
and
care
are
never
given
by
her
team
of
nurses.
Moreover,
nurses
never
explain
medicine
and
advice
prescribed
by
the
doctor.
Dr.
Mala
will
explain
everything
while
other
doctors
except
Dr
Huma
of
her
team
will
never
explain
anything
to
the
patient.
If
you
ask
them
mistakenly,
they
will
shout
at
you
especially
Dr.
Shivani.
Also
they
will
try
to
bind
patients
for
delivery
at
Jeevanmala
as
they
will
make
you
deposit
Rs
3000
as
refundable
security
in
the
name
of
the
maternity
Card.
They
do
not
update
Maternity
cards
and
if
you
ask
them,
they
will
shout.
They
promise
to
refund
3000
once
delivery
happens
anywhere.
But
if
delivery
is
not
done
at
Jeevanmala
and
after
delivery
if
you
approach
them
for
a
refund,
before
refund,
they
will
ask
multiple
questions
and
reasons
for
not
continuing
delivery
and
treatment
at
Jeevanmala.
Disappointed
with
Jeevanmala
Hospital,
I
went
to
another
Doctor
Smt.
Poonam
Khera
at
BLK-Max
in
6th
month.
She
is
another
gem,
devoted,
soft
spoken,
skilled,
caring,
no
hurry
and
she
takes
care
of
her
patients
very
well.
The
maternity
Card
was
prepared
free
of
cost
and
updated
after
each
consultation
without
asking.
Normal
delivery
happened
at
BLK-Max
under
supervision
of
Dr.
Poonam
Khera.
She
is
just
great
and
awesome.
We
are
obliged
and
grateful
to
Smt
Poonam
Khera.
She
is
the
best
Gynecologist
in
Delhi-NCR.
Do
not
visit
Jeevanmala
hospital
for
the
gynecology
consultation
in
the
name
of
Dr.
Mala.
