I recently visited RB Diagnostic Center for some tests through my company (Mahindra) , and I had a fantastic experience. The accuracy and reliability of their test were impressive, giving me confidence in their services. The staff at the center were friendly (corporate desk lady and every supporting staff) , knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable throughout the process. I appreciated the minimal waiting times and the efficiency with which they handled my appointment. The center was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment for patients. They offered a wide range of tests, which was convenient as I could get all the necessary tests done in one place.Overall, I highly recommend RB Diagnostic Center for their exceptional service and professionalism.

It's a warm, humbled, helpful as well sanitized, neat & clean Diagnostic Centre.... where the employees are at an utmost level of their professionalism & decency as well as ethical.... Simplicity & serenity is bestest existence which they cary along with the customer and provides a service which is full of appease by delivering a static working cultural. Well managed and coordinated. No problems faced. Only comment was there is no provision for breakfast. I was asked to go out and have my breakfast, this was not possible for me. Hence, I didn't go for PP Sugar test. Advised if a provision of breakfast kit be kept under corporate packages.

I went for an ECG and Xray for my father at 4.30 pm on a Saturday after calling and confirming that technicians were available. There were no patients apart from us. While billing, we were told that the tests would happen immediately. But the person generating the bill insisted on scanning the prescription, which took time. Another attendant proceeded with the billing for someone who came in after us. This patient who came after us was taken for her x ray ahead of us and while my father was kept waiting. Only after insisting many times, did they at least proceed with my father's ECG. After the ECG he again was made to wait while the very complicated case who went in before us was taking long. This leads me to conclude that they are understaffed when it comes to technicians and their receptionists are unprofessional who do not adhere to their own "first-come-first-serve" rule. For a simple Xray that in the end took only 2 mins and an ECG they took an hour with literally two patients. They just had to follow the order of billing. When I complained, there was not a single word of apology. The staff is smug and complacent. Their premises are fancy. I wish more effort was made to hire competent individuals who respect people and their time. Moreover, I had paid for a CBC test which they did not bother to remind us about. They did not collect the sample. It was already paid for but because of their fault and negligence I have to now pay an extra home collection charge. Update: The centre called and assured me that this was a one-time incident and they refunded the home collection charge. I am relieved that they took the review into consideration.

Me and my husband have done all the tests as mentioned in our corporate package from this diagnostic centre today. We are really happy with staff behaviour, cleanliness level here and there managing process.
