This was my first visit to Petz Club to get our Shihtzhu puppy 'Zara' groomed. The place looks small from the outside but once u enter u find lots of space. They have lot of products available for sale from really good brands for all your pet needs. They also have kennel services for your pets. Coming to the grooming session, we are extremely happy with the service as they have well trained staff who are really good at what they do. We got to see our puppy get groomed and the level of attention they were giving in the grooming shows their expertise. The rates are also much lower than similar places in the city. So would definitely recommend everyone to visit the place for their pet grooming needs.

Find your love for pets satisfied at the PETZ CLUB. I visited them yesterday and saw shaols of fishes, a few puppies, the common birds and an iguana. I had gone there a few months back and had seen exotic cats too. It's pleasant to see that they take good care of the animals. They regular feed and pet, a delight to gaze upon. Costs are sky-high. A labrador pup costs Rs 9500. A Golden retriever oup costs Rs 21000. I can't imagine prices being so hefty but, yet, they get enough customers to survive through the day. While I was there, I saw some construction works going on in the backyard. They were trying to create a more natural setting in the outdoors with all the rustic ingredients. It's a good attempt to blend the animals into their deserved setting.

It's a great store to go to but let's be honest......if you are planning on going here to this store.....dont leave empty handed.....Atleast take one of these lil ones with you.....give them a home......make them a part of your family.......If I could..... I would take with me all these lil ones......including the spider!!!! It's all well and good that the store kept open for us well over the lockup time. Much appreciated. In terms of customer service it was well and fine. In terms of cleanliness...... There were a few concerns......the pups seemed wet and cold when we visited.....it was a concerning matter...... The store smelled like wet dog as a reason. They have a wide variety of breeds up for sale. And a whole lot of goodies to make your pet happy. A proper pet store with a good ambience I must say. The only concerning matter was that fact that during the pandemic the store officials should be a little more concerned about how many people should be inside at any given moment. If there are too many employees at a given moment it could make the customers nervous and even affect the sales. Please ensure proper safety protocol, masks and social distancing norms in the store. And please ensure that the store employees do the same and follow the guidelines. As a customer, during the pandemic, such positive action from the store's management would put my mind at ease during my purchase and investment. These are just a few humble suggestions that I feel would really help your establishment. I appreciate the amount of hardwork that had gone into creating an ambience for pet lovers. Thank you. ☺️

Petz Club is an awesome shop for genuine and high breed pets. Clean and Neat. good service and hospitality. Nice and calm surrounding. good shop for buying good breed of pupps, kitten, fishes , bird, iguanas, sting rays, tortoises, Pets foods and accesories.

I had a bad experience while grooming my puppy.The groomer was not ready to hear what I was saying. Before starting the grooming session usually they make puppies calm and comfortable but in my puppies case he was not at all comfortable with the groomer. Please try to improve your service and be more professional.

A really good place for those looking for pet cats, dogs, birds, fishes and iguanas. Pet Grooming facility is also available. The staffs are really friendly and well knowledged about the different animals available. The place may seem really small from outside but on walking down the stairs, there is an entire new world out there with different pets and all pet related products. Do visit the place if you are looking for new pets for your home or for grooming your pets.

Interesting little place. They sell pets - dogs, cats, birds. They also have a dog hostel in case you have to travel.

And that was a whole lot different experience. Cleanliness is the best thing which makes this petshop quite an exception from all we see now.. they have a wide variety of animals and quality good stuff for animals. Its a must visit place for animal lovers. They have kept the tiny cute beasts neat and tidy too.. Stingray and lobster was something that made me surprised. Haven't seen it in any other pet shops.. A must visit place

Being a pet lover, having the freedom to play and interact with the pets made my day. The beagles stole my heart. I must say I expected more breeds of dogs, but I was content seeing the place and the friendly nature of the staff. Definitely will be going there more.

I took my Lhasa Apso for grooming here , months before we had done a grooming and it was very nice but 2 days ago we went there wuth our pet and the groomers were new. After the grooming we came home and sometimes later we saw his back was bleeding because of the cuts, also have cuts on him stomach area . We are not going to visit this place again. Very dangerous place for pets

Earlier this place was good for grooming pets. I had even recommended them to a friend of mine. But now, the one of the old groomers had left and are replaced with few, other language (other than Malayalam) speaking groomers. They do not do a good job. Once I took the service with the new groomers and raised the complaint. The shop did took my complaint well. I took the service for the second time with the new groomers and this time, dog came with cuts on her skin. Still I wanted to continue with this shop but with one of the old groomer who was still working there. When I called for an appointment, the shop informed me that the other old groomer had also left the shop. I had decided never to go this shop again. If you want your pets to be in good condition after the grooming service, do not go here.

They will convince you and trap u. Before buying ask them for the proper lineage.. They are mixing cross breeds for persian depicting pure.. Don't get fooled

Pets, you need to come and visit this place if you are a pet lover. There are lot of variety pets available in this store. They have kept the premises pretty neat and tidy. You can find variety of food items for your pets here. They do the grooming as well. Aquarium display is currently not there, they are planning to start them again soon. But you can buy fishfood medicine etc from here.

I bought beagle puppy from Petz club last week. Excellent customer service before and after the purchase. What i was looking for, that i got from there. Thanks to Mr.Aneesh who were attending my needs and still responding fast to clear my doubts. Since it's the first time i am purchasing a puppy, that's what i exactly need. I met my expectations and I'm satisfied with their service. I am happily recommending Petz club to all the Pet lovers.

I have been calling pet's club since the past three days to complain about their dog hostel service but since they did not pick up the call or respond back, i'm posting this here. I dropped off my pet at pet's club for two days and as i was informed I had packed his pedegree measured for two days in two bottles and had given it to them. Those two days i had called them multiple times but they did not pick up the call at all. And at one point of time their phone was switched off for a long time. They have promised video call time in the evening but did not even respond to my missed calls. Then when i went to pick my let up, only a quater portion of his pedegree was given to him. That ledegree was for whole two days and forbtwo days my oet was bot even fed bare minimum quantity. The moment he was out of the cage he rushed to their grass area and oassed his urine, which was thick yellow. I doubted if atleast water was being given to him. Then when we reached home, he ran towards his water bowl and finished the whole bowl and kept drinking a lot of water that day. So, like i doubted, he was not given water either. I do not know if feeding pets less water and food is pet's club's way of controlling the pet's washroom needs. Anyway because they did not respond to my calls to clarify that doubt, I'm assuming it is. Highly dissaponted eth their service. I saw the good reviews and thought pets club were a good option. Please do not get cheated by the false reviews.

Many people recommended pets club for grooming and that's why I went with my shiht-zu puppy for grooming, first time itself I told them not to cut hairs on face, but they cut the hairs, and today also I went with my shiht-zu puppy for grooming and told them again not to cut the hairs, but today also they cut the hairs of my shiht-zu. Also they will not allow to view the grooming of our puppy, its the owners responsibility to check the puppy at grooming because they are not even know how to behave to the customers. If we are not allowed to view the grooming then how will we know what all are done in that puppy. It is my 2nd bad experience with the pets club, i will not recommend anyone to go there. They didn't even took atleast 1 hr to groom the puppy, my frnds recommended me becoz of gud service but from now I will not take my puppy to petz club anymore. The service and the grooming boy behaviour is not satisfied with us.

Got our puppy trimmed here, good and pleasant service. Would definitely recommend for pet parents for pet grooming and pedigree.

in this shop I brought one single cockatiel at 4000 . And when I enquired in other shops. they only charging 3500 for pair.so disappointed 😞 .be careful..

The experience was good, staff is very friendly and the grooming was done with care. The rates are a bit expensive when it comes to grooming, but otherwise it was a great experience overall for the pet

I contacted Pet Club to set up the service as they won't provide pet transportation, and I swiftly got their contact details and services. Right now, we're excited to take part in the pet grooming session as well.

If you are planning a vacation or a short stay away from home and is worried about where your pet will be looked after with the utmost care as you do pets club is the place. I highly recommend this place as they were very cooperative and loving towards my pet dog mylo.

Excellent team, while my pet was being groomed, I could see the team busy feeding their pet charges...learnt a bit about feeding birds from Aneesh...thank you for the time spent...I could see my Kanmani was happy with your groomers too...the CCTV is a reassuring feature...
