Well this outlet or a airtel outlet I am sure was earlier on a different building close to chiriyamore, now it has shifted here. Anyways so i had a airtel number from a different state that I haven't used for a while but I needed the number so I went to activate the number. The staff didn't misbehaved but they were not very cooperative. The process was simple but it took couple of days and multiple visit. After that I ported that airtel number to vodaphone coz I was not really looking forward with having to do anything with airtel people.

I was there for SIM swapping, since my previous SIM was physically damaged and within few minutes it was replaced after showing my original ID. And it was done for free 🙂! Thanks for the great and quick service🙏🏻😊.

7 PM is way too late, start closing it 6 PM instead… was 7 minutes late but they didn’t entertained my issue, I lost my phone and went there to get a new sim for existing number.

Best Airtel store so far and the location is in sweet spot walkable distance from Barrackpore station. Staff are well behaved and they respect your time and urgency.

Staffs are nice, guided me and solved my issue within minutes.

Service person behaviour is good. No communication or updat about store opening time. In Google it shows 10 am. After reaching in store they says its 10:30 am. No contact no available. 👎👎👎👎👎

Poor experience, my airtel postpaid numberr stopped working five months back. This service center is unable to address the problem. Bill is there for the past five months and I am paying it too. Staff is indifferent.

Most 3rd class service. We do not have broad band service since 20days. No reply from the costumer care. I suggest no one take broadband line from airtel.
