    Very very worst delivery. They have taken for my pincode but they themself updated the status as Customer will self collect online. When I called them, that devllivery person is saying they will not deliver to College Privu. They will deliver within Gobi only. I questioned them why did you take order if you are not ready to deliver to my pincode. His response was very bad. I sent an email to customer service, they are also not responding. Sending courier with DTDC is waste of money.

    Very worst delivery. The item was with for past 2days and they are not calling for any verification and very harsh employees as well. Never trust them in any means.

    Worst service.Other courier services including ekart is delivering items to my address. But these people updated tracking as address not found. Even after multiple follow up, they will not respond. They will ask you to come and pick the parcel. They Will not open office till 11 AM. Phone number displayed in the office banner are not in use.

    Gobichettipalayam DTDC office always Worst in service...They will ask you to come and pick the parcel. Even though parcel reached them they will deliver only after 3 days.

    I regularly recieve and send parcels through this hub. Excellent service. Friendly people. Never got any delayed delivery from them. If the sent parcel is stuck up somewhere, they are all ready to help in the follow-up. Best courier service in this town 👍. I recommend.
