Restroom cleaning is very poor. Confusing entrances and no or very less markings.. Though the security and menial staff present a smile, the reception staff is not friendly. They behave as if we went there for begging. Food court (caterers )is below average in options. But I can assure that it will not trouble your stomach. The price is also decent. I don't understand why 6-7 security guards are at the gate to jot down 4 digit vehicle No's. Last but not the least, steps, walkway, huge iron doors etc are not friendly for differently abled.

This is a major IT park in kozhikkode located at Ramanatukara wayand byepass, very near to the Calicut Cyberpark. The buildings and premises are excellent and are beautifully maintained. The area seems to be always clean, calm and quiet and has all the factors required for an IT park. Many mid and small level IT and ITES companies are operating from here. This is a entry restricted area where the access is allowed only to the employees of the firms operating from the park. The park has a well maintained cafeteria at the ground floor within the campus. It has ample parking space for the employees.

Beautiful and well maintained Campus and Building... Finding a parking could be challenge.. Even if you find, navigating to it would be through often carelessly parked 2 wheelers. Good canteen, good food.

I am working here, nice ambience, surrounded by greenery, well maintained garden..ambient parking space. Only one negative is the time restricted food court, we will get food at only specific time interval, there is enough space to expand and enough customers, yet it runs as restricted mode. These type of food court we usually won't see in IT parks

A very calm and quite place which is ideal for offices of corporates with ample parking space and amenities. Well maintained roads and clean premises is a highlight of this place. This is a good place to work. there are facilities to play carrom side table tennis in the ground floor. There is also a food court in the ground floor which is frankly not very good

Well Maintained IT hub and Business Park. I work in a office inside this campus. They are providing very pleasant working atmosphere. In my knowledge I have known that around 87 IT companies and businesses are located inside UL Cyberpark. They have provided all important facilities which should've to, including vast parking separately for 2 & 4 wheelers with Wheel chair access. Ensured security and privacy for the firms. You can't enter the park without permission from authorities :)
