Well, the city is evolving and how ! It’s a beautiful place with a beautiful view, and now we have a beautiful promenade which is fantastic.. I remember a few years back we didn’t have this and wed have to go behind campal indoor stadium to enjoy the sunset view and honestly it was not that easy.. but now there’s a whole new way with nice seatings and broad lane to walk on and enjoy the sunset with family and friends..to go on a jog with your doggos, to simply walk with your headphones on.. yes, that’s fun! Very happy to see this built in town!

Take Eving walk ..

A trip to Goa has to include Donna Paula. For me It has been a while thought, but the place does seem to hav its taste of Goan heritage and beauty. Weekends and holidays are generally busy days and the toursits are in plentiful. The walk down the promenade is just lovely and the sed just seems so peaceful. Lots of little stalls sell all sorts of local goodies. The view from the hill is mesmerizing and the two whitewashed statues perched on the rocks keep you company. There are different versions to the purpose and origin of the figures. Most popular is it is named "Image of India" and depicts the figures of Mother India and Young India, one looking to the East and the other to the West.

Very calm place to take a walk. There are dustbins in many places to keep it clean. Sometimes, there might be a brown dog with a belt to accompany you with your walks in the morning.

A nice place for a walk, overlooking the Mandovi River

This Promenade is along the beautiful Mandovi River. It is surrounded by trees and path is paved. You can see new sculptures coming up and becoming attractions and selfie points. People stop their vehicle on the road and get down to have view of river, casinos, boats and sceneries. I enjoyed my few minutes having walk over here. The side road is main road of Panjim which heads to Miramar beach and is always full of vehicles. This seems in contrast with what is there on the other side of Promenade....!
