Tufanganj Government Polytechnic, established in 2014, is a government polytechnic located in Tufanganj, Cooch Behar district, West Bengal. This polytechnic is affiliated to the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education, and recognised by AICTE, New Delhi. This polytechnic offers diploma courses in Mechanical, and Survey Engineering with an intake of 60 per each. It is equipped with a Machine Shop, Fitting Shop , Fluid Power Laboratory along with a Computer Laboratory. The very first batch of this institute has passed in 2017.

It is a best polytechnic college for tufanganj students. It's a big college. High quality electronics machine and mecanical things. Best professors are teaches students. Everyone behavior are good. No bad nature in this institution. I wish this college are going on very big. Like it and love it . Very strict roles here for follow every student. No doubt that this college are clean and maintening the government roles.

Tufanganj govt polytechnic is situated at a distance of 23 km from coochbehar town and 3 km from tufanganj town. It is started in 2014 with two department namely survey engineering and mechanical engineering. In 2018 civil engineering is also added.It is affilated by AICTE. This college is famous for survey trade .

I join the institute in this year and I am totally happy with friends Teachers and others ... I just love this college... The institute is near by rode , so it's easy to find .. Love this college...💗

Best polytechnic in West Bengal,but Less teachers are less than needed.

Tufanganj Government Polytechnic has developed substantially in a very short span. If I am not making a big mistake then the Institute is gonna be one of the fruitful one to impart a special Identity among others. A feasible future is possible here with the aid of qualified education and the help of the Teachers/Lecturers,all you need to do to work at your extreme. As a Novice you may have few mistakes in learning, Don't fear, You will hear ''Bhul na korle sikhbi ki kore(How will you learn without mistaking)''. Thats the spirit that Tufanganj Government Polytechnic shows. Audio- Visual teaching adds a special yet another level to it! It has an Indoor stadium and hostels as well!
