Went
to
Timpani
for
Hindu
New
Year
lunch,
hoping
to
eat
buffet
but
to
our
surprise
there
was
no
buffet
for
lunch
only
for
dinner,
there
was
no
sort
of
indication
that
the
buffet
was
not
available
for
lunch
and
neither
were
we
informed
about
the
same
by
any
of
the
restaurant
staff,
but
still
we
sat
down
as
we
had
become
extremely
hungry.
The
restaurant
was
not
busy
at
all
just
a
few
tables
and
also
they
were
short
on
staff
as
there
were
only
3
restaurant
staff
members
handling
the
whole
restaurant.
After
looking
at
the
menu
we
ordered
Chicken
Angara
tikka,
cheese
garlic
bread
and
Mutton
dum
biryani.
Once
we
had
finished
ordering
the
food
we
were
informed
that
we
would
have
to
wait
20-25
minutes
for
our
food.
Astonishingly
it
took
them
a
little
bit
more
than
that
to
bring
our
first
course
and
it
was
not
Chicken
Angara
tikka
that
we
got
but
Chicken
Malai
tikka
instead
along
with
cheese
garlic
bread
but
instead
we
got
Cheese
Chilly
Toast.
We
sent
the
Chicken
Malai
tikka
back
but
not
the
Cheese
Chilly
Toast
as
we
had
grown
hungry
and
already
eaten
2
out
of
4
pieces
of
toast
and
it
felt
wrong
to
sent
that
back.
We
waited
another
10
minutes
for
the
right
dish
to
come
to
our
table.
We
gave
a
very
average
review
about
the
Angara
tikka
to
the
restaurant
staff
as
they
were
not
spicy
as
their
name
suggests
but
really
very
sad
and
mild,
to
which
one
the
chefs
(Chef
in
charge
I
assume)
came
out
with
a
concerned
look
and
asked
about
the
Angara
tikka
and
we
told
him
the
same
thing
that
they
were
no
where
near
to
what
they
are
named
after
and
surprisingly
the
quite
opposite,
to
which
the
chef
gave
a
very
lame
reply
as
they
normally
make
them
mild
and
not
spicy
as
people
don't
eat
very
spicy.
ok,
good
but
all
you
need
to
do
is
ask
the
customer
what
level
of
spicy
they
would
like
to
have
when
the
customer
is
placing
the
order
not
only
after
the
customer
has
sent
you
a
bad
review
about
your
food
and
you
give
an
excuse
that
you
normally
make
it
mild,
so
sad.
Lastly
we
got
our
Mutton
Biryani
which
came
while
the
chef
was
talking
to
us
and
the
server
just
came
and
served
us
without
asking
if
we
were
done
with
the
starters
or
not,
just
felt
a
bit
rushed
as
if
he
had
to
be
somewhere
and
we
were
the
ones
making
him
late.
The
other
two
restaurant
staff
Miss
Sharmishta
and
Miss
Bhadouri
(Sorry
if
I
spelled
their
names
incorrectly)were
really
very
good
and
professional
and
tried
their
best
to
make
our
day.
All
in
all
our
New
Year
lunch
and
mood
was
absolutely
ruined,
what
a
great
start
to
the
new
year.
In
brief
I
would
just
like
to
say
that
it
was
nowhere
the
experience
that
we
were
expecting
from
a
5-star
restaurant
and
we
feel
if
we
had
gone
to
a
normal
restaurant
the
food
would
have
come
faster
and
would
have
definitely
been
better
than
what
we
had.
It
is
not
about
the
money
or
getting
discounts
but
the
experience
and
quality
that
matters.
My
family
are
frequent
customers
of
The
Great
Kebab
Factory
and
Timpani
restaurants,
but
after
today
that
is
not
going
to
be
the
case
I
feel.
