Fantabulous experience of lunch buffet today. The staff is literally remarkable !! The staff provide you a very faithful service and with very friendly behaviour. Even if you found something bad or unlikely in the food , the ask you four your choice to change the method of cooking of food. I didn't like the taste of Palak paneer and i was talking to my friend that this is not the traditional taste , its quite different , one member of the staff came and asked me that is there any problems sir ? If you don't like the food than say it , we can change the taste according to your choice !! So this kind of service they give even in the buffet. Each and every food item was very good but i didn't like the taste of the paneer and veg subji. Otherwise desert and everything was soo good. Especially the "RABDI" was fantastic, its must try !!!

Very good dining experience. Awesome buffet dinner. Chef Rajesh Chaudhary was too nice & polite, enjoyed talking to him. He also arranged for complimentary pan icecream for us. Wide spread.

Visited this place during high rush timing (3 days before Trump visit to India) and found that hotel was full of VIP guests but shocked by seeing only restaurant officials in Timpani! Ambience is excellent but worst experience for buffet dinner. Long list of items is mentioned everywhere but very few are there. Worst teste for veg and non veg both. Spicy items are extremely spicy and sweets are extremely sweet. In all the non veg items (not even single item left) we found capcicum as a decoration. Lol! I have tried buffet dinner at allmost 5 star restaurants but this is only the place where cold meat is served. Few seemed stale food which were smelling badly. Never select this place for dinner.

Must visit this place once. I went to the timpani during my stay at the hotel and ambiance and food variety are very good. Quality of food can be enhanced in comparison to other 5 star hotels. Dessert were many and worth tasting. Love to visit again.

My experience at Timpani, the multi-cuisine buffet restaurant at Radisson Blue Ahmedabad, left much to be desired. Despite the luxurious ambiance, the overall impression was marred by disappointing aspects. We chose Timpani for a corporate dinner, expecting a delightful culinary journey. Unfortunately, the food fell short of expectations. The flavors lacked depth, and the overall quality left much to be desired. The saving grace was the accommodating staff who, upon our request, prepared a satisfactory Paneer Butter Masala. However, this lone positive note was overshadowed by the shortcomings in other areas. Service, a crucial element in any dining experience, also left a lot to be desired. The staff's responsiveness and attentiveness were lacking, impacting the overall enjoyment of the evening. Considering the substantial expenditure of around 1300+ taxes per person, the value for money was conspicuously absent. While the ambiance at Timpani was commendable, providing a sophisticated and pleasant setting, it failed to compensate for the overall subpar experience. The beautiful surroundings alone cannot justify the steep price tag and lackluster culinary offerings. Regrettably, this experience has left me with no intention of returning for dinner at Timpani. Furthermore, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to others seeking a satisfying dining experience. For the price paid, one expects a harmonious blend of exceptional service and delectable cuisine, a combination sorely lacking during my visit to Timpani at Radisson Blue Ahmedabad.

Food was average not worth the price and Service was not good at all. I ordered for schezwan paneer pizza and they brought schezwan paneer starter and later told now it will take too much time to do it again and told they can’t bring pizza as starter is already prepared.

We like the Tom yam soup(no veg) and mali tikka kabab ( it would’ve been better if they made the sauce with more garlic and some herbs) and coming to chicken burgers- chicken paddy doesn’t sound good at all and so bland flavors. Mint chutney they served before the meal it taste so bad. Lastly like to inform you guys that brownie which I ordered other day it was like a rock. It would’ve nice if they made it soft rather rock hard😑

Worst Worst Buffet Dinner Experience. I visited it on Last Sunday. Not a single dish is having taste. Chicken was stale and cold. Biryani was nowhere close to biryani, paneer was missing from paneer pasanda. Only after requesting to manager they brought the paneer. Food was worthless. Staff was polite but it doesnt matter if the food is bad. ...... Request to the team please don't spoil your quality by giving such service.

Looking at reviews I went in with the appropriate expectations only to be disappointed. Here's a take from someone who intensively travels across the country and swears by the breakfast buffet. Take it as Constructive Feedback: Strength points- 1) Very well located 2)Entry/Exits, screening, reception desk, concierge, all well appointed 3) Buffet room has good ambience 4)Staff is courteous. Weak points- Lets directly jump into the spread 1)Salad section only had couple of cut fruits. Usual norm with a brand like this also offers mung chana sprouts, tomatoes cucumber, olives, lettuce etc with multiple dressing options to be able to have it as a salad or make-your-own breakfast sandwich. 2) that brings me to breads. White and brown, really? Where are the butter croissants, cheese croissants, sourdough slices cut to order, baguettes cut to order, focaccia, multi grain slices? I think it is unacceptable. Also, the toaster wasn't working well. 3) Was finally glad to see parathas, paneer paratha quarter was okay-ish, was too flat, not fresh and fluffy. Aloo paratha was inedible. The potato stuffing was too stale. Just too stale to eat. Again, food has to be freshly cooked, can't throw in stuffing from previous day. 4) Sandwich dhokla for local dish wasn't fresh either although they did bring in hot ones but they were clearly re-heated. And I'm sure you could do better than this for a local dish. How do I know? I've been having cooking and having dhoklas for over 3 decades now and can just tell if its fresh or not. 5) South Indian food where the sambhar wouldn't be qualified anywhere in India, let alone south. Idli didn't have salt. With a decorated idli that I made for myself with sesame oil and gunpowder, having taken one bite, sit on my table, I brought it to the server's notice, he informed me that idlis are supposed to be eaten with sambhar so they won't have salt in it. That excuse was a first, in my experience for having idlis in over at least 500 different establishments across India. Anyways, I realised there was no point and I let it go. 6) Live counter served dosa and uttapam and I decided to opt for dosa, at least that couldn't go wrong. The batter had gone little sour and had a clear hint of sugar. You can't even get a dosa batter right? I'm amazed. Didn't notice the vada anywhere. 7) Continental desserts were barely present with super miniature sizes and had overdose of sugar and oil in them. Again, usually available dishes weren't present. I'm not going into the details, please look up your counterparts in other cities and make a fair judgement for yourself. 8) Beverages notice said made to order. No filter coffee. No french press. No instant coffee. Seriously? Only machine coffee available, really?? I mean really? To sum it up, I understand hospitality industry has been hit by covid and that was visible with inexperienced servers who were trying to do their best and specific before-hand phone calls to enquire about the available dishes on buffet spread that didn't answer my question. No complaints about them. Everyone is just trying to get by. I also understand if you have to cut down on costs but serving food that is below standards at that price is also unjust to your guests who have been equally affected. this could be no excuse. If at all, you need to take extra care of your guests, who show up to spend their valuable money. As things are at Timpani right now, I'm afraid to say it could pass it off as a local place but definitely not a place for pan India traveller. Definitely not at that price tag.

We had an amazing experience at Radison blu, timpani hotel. We visited the restaurant on my birthday when I turned 32. The hostess Martina was really fabulous in providing the service to the family. We all really enjoyed together and had fun.

Went to Timpani for Hindu New Year lunch, hoping to eat buffet but to our surprise there was no buffet for lunch only for dinner, there was no sort of indication that the buffet was not available for lunch and neither were we informed about the same by any of the restaurant staff, but still we sat down as we had become extremely hungry. The restaurant was not busy at all just a few tables and also they were short on staff as there were only 3 restaurant staff members handling the whole restaurant. After looking at the menu we ordered Chicken Angara tikka, cheese garlic bread and Mutton dum biryani. Once we had finished ordering the food we were informed that we would have to wait 20-25 minutes for our food. Astonishingly it took them a little bit more than that to bring our first course and it was not Chicken Angara tikka that we got but Chicken Malai tikka instead along with cheese garlic bread but instead we got Cheese Chilly Toast. We sent the Chicken Malai tikka back but not the Cheese Chilly Toast as we had grown hungry and already eaten 2 out of 4 pieces of toast and it felt wrong to sent that back. We waited another 10 minutes for the right dish to come to our table. We gave a very average review about the Angara tikka to the restaurant staff as they were not spicy as their name suggests but really very sad and mild, to which one the chefs (Chef in charge I assume) came out with a concerned look and asked about the Angara tikka and we told him the same thing that they were no where near to what they are named after and surprisingly the quite opposite, to which the chef gave a very lame reply as they normally make them mild and not spicy as people don't eat very spicy. ok, good but all you need to do is ask the customer what level of spicy they would like to have when the customer is placing the order not only after the customer has sent you a bad review about your food and you give an excuse that you normally make it mild, so sad. Lastly we got our Mutton Biryani which came while the chef was talking to us and the server just came and served us without asking if we were done with the starters or not, just felt a bit rushed as if he had to be somewhere and we were the ones making him late. The other two restaurant staff Miss Sharmishta and Miss Bhadouri (Sorry if I spelled their names incorrectly)were really very good and professional and tried their best to make our day. All in all our New Year lunch and mood was absolutely ruined, what a great start to the new year. In brief I would just like to say that it was nowhere the experience that we were expecting from a 5-star restaurant and we feel if we had gone to a normal restaurant the food would have come faster and would have definitely been better than what we had. It is not about the money or getting discounts but the experience and quality that matters. My family are frequent customers of The Great Kebab Factory and Timpani restaurants, but after today that is not going to be the case I feel.

Loved our dinner and the service was impeccable. Special mention for Ayushi who made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. She served us before the restaurant was even open to ensure we were able to go to the airport having had our dinner

When you enter a place under the brand name Radison Blu, you expect luxury. However, Timpani, doesn't meet the expectations much. The place is small and the tables are put pretty close to each other. The food, though good, does not justify the price it comes at. Lastly, the service, it can be better if they appointed an extra staff member as the place seemed understaffed once the tables started filling in. All in all, I wouldn't recommend and I'd say that you could find much better culinary experiences in the same amount that you'd spend here.

Food wasn't up to 5 star standards. I have been there a couple of times before but this time, it wasn't good at all. Not a single item from buffet spread was tasting good and they serve cold dishes from the line center! Ordered a dosa and it was as cold as a salad!

Quality of food is great. The only thing of concern for me was less options available for starters, salads and main course. Taste was good and good no of options for desserts too.
