It
has
been
the
worst
experience
for
me
and
my
family.
A
mental
torture
from
the
time
the
booking
amount
of
Rs
21000
(feel
that
we
were
asked
to
deposit
higher
amount
as
other
car
dealers
of
Car
companies
like
Chevrolet
asked
only
2k
from
my
cousins
who
were
also
buying
car
from
another
dealer)
was
deposited
in
to
the
dealer's
account.
Most
of
the
days
we
heard
nothing
from
the
dealer,
no
update
whether
the
car
was
ordered
or
not.
I
was
sometimes
wondering
whether
we
were
the
service
provider
and
they
the
customer.
The
dealer
would
come
up
with
so
many
changes,
one
day
he
told
us
to
buy
blue
car
saying
that
white
color
is
not
available
which
was
our
initial
order,
then
another
day
after
more
than
a
month
he
said
they
don't
have
white
color
in
their
factory
(I
am
shocked
to
know
that
Tata
Motors
doesn't
manufacture
white
color
cars,
as
per
what
the
dealer
told
us).
After
everything
was
finalized
he
said
we
will
have
to
start
paying
the
insurance
amount
for
the
next
4
years
(as
the
loan
period
was
for
5
years),
another
shocker
to
my
family.
When
we
said
we
didn't
want
to
start
paying
the
insurance
for
the
next
subsequent
years
along
with
the
EMI
amount
he
said
this
is
the
rule
of
the
Finance
company
(Tata
Finance).
What
I
fail
to
understand
is
why
aren't
the
customers
given
an
option
to
renew
the
insurance
when
it
is
time
to
renew
as
per
their
convenience
as
purchasing
a
car
itself
is
a
big
expense
for
a
middle
class
family
like
mine
in
India.Why
do
we
have
to
start
paying
the
insurance
amount
right
from
the
first
EMI
amount.
This
is
utterly
non-sense
rule
imposed
on
my
family
trying
to
take
advantage
of
their
innocence.
I
inquired
other
friends
and
colleagues
who
said
they
had
the
liberty
to
renew
the
car
insurance
whenever
the
insurance
was
coming
to
expiry.
Why
me
and
my
family
were
lied
by
this
Agency.
The
dealer
had
said
to
us
the
car
would
be
delivered
in
1
month's
time
and
it
is
now
more
than
2
month's
time.We
want
the
pre-order
money
to
be
returned
to
us
ASAP
along
with
interest
for
1
month
as
we
were
promised
the
car
would
be
delivered
in
1
month's
time,
since
it
is
not
delivered
we
want
the
interest
amount
also.
Pathetic,
not
customer
friendly,
full
of
lies,
do
not
deliver
on
time,
nightmare
experience,
mental
torture
to
my
family,
they
do
not
update
you
on
anything
but
you
have
to
chase
them.
I
can't
find
more
adjectives
to
describe
my
horrible
experience
with
this
agency.
