My first and hopefully last review unless something really impacting mass. Reading through entire chain of negative (improvement opportunities) comments and owner's commitment but seems on ground it is an eye wash as hospital doesn't want to improve. If you fell down from bicycle and required to get few stitches then be ready to pay 15-20k if you follow their line of treatment. Had experience of being cheated by this Shop (not hospital) yesterday when i saw doctors were trying to sell treatment. I denied some as those were mere attempt to raise billing but still end up paying 3 different bills of 6800/- (pharmacy for dressing and stitching stuff, consultation and procedure) in half an hour service. Point here is not money, but malpractice by hospital and turning this medicines in commission and sales business. For stiches, nursing staff is required, not surgeon. Titnes injection is required, not CT scan and most important patient's care is required, not his money. Urge for hospital authority to maintain the dignity of this noble profession and treat for what is needed, charge for what is required to maintain services so that all sections of our society can avail services.

I will rate it 3 star I have deducted 2 star for lack of promptness and junior doctors are not that experienced. Though u can count on senior doctors. Rooms too I will rate 3 star food is light n good for patients stomach light n less spicy 👍 . Hospital need more few years to learn better through experience.

Strongly not recommending anybody to visit Shanti gopal hospital . I called up for appointment of dr. Sanjay Garg at 7:10 pm. The call was picked up by Ms.Sonali . She commited that the Dr. would be available only till 7:30 ,you may please come and visit. We reached before time and were asked that dr. won't be able to attend the patient despite the fact there were 10 mins still left . How mean and irresponsible is the hospital staff . Management and general public must know about the issues OPD patient face with appointments at Shanti Gopal Hospital .And this is not the first instance . Have faced a similar issue with ENT dept. as well. Not to forget it was a critical patient that they denied . Strongly not recommending shanti gopal hospital . A total inhumane behavior from there side.

I went there for ultrasound... Extremely rude staff. They will make you go from one counter to another and after all the tiredness you will be made to wait unnecessary. It is of absolutely no use to visit this hospital for any kind of tests. There are way better labs in thr city wherein you will get the prompt service.the staff treats you as of they are doing a favour on you for conducting a particular test. Very disappointed.. pathetic ...

The worst hospital u been ever. contact details handler is pathetic and fool. Can take your life if you are not well aware about it. Hell for patient and can be devastating for family too. DR do not know how to operate and they just work on assumption. Inexperience DR and hospital staff. Had a small operation of my family member but instead they took life and never accepted it. When question asked about it they had no ans and instead making excuses. Please do not visit for operations.

OPD billing staff's behavior is very rude. The way of talking of staff will make you wanna leave the hospital as soon as possible. When i was in the OPD billing queue , the billing counter guy fought with two customer in front of me. He was actually cursing in the hospital in front of many customers and children on the floor. He was then refusing to take the instructions given by the "coordinator " of the hospital. I don't know how this hospital hires such savage staff members.

Worst hospital services in NCR, doctors is like God but they pollute this profession, Dr Sandeep Jha is most Greedy Doctor in entire delhi NCR region, I went to hospital in yesterday evening for my daughter eye check, doctor charged the fees and again asked to come along with my daughter in Morning.Again for dilution of eye charged fees and doctor was expecting one more time fees , I gave the dilution fees and was never informed that again i need to give fees. Even I waited along with my kid for 3 hours but doctor was not ready to see her and finally came back home, no mercy for the small kid as well . First time observing doctor has no mercy even for small kid as well

I had very good experience with this hospital untill I consulted Dr Jagmohan Saini for my daughter. Doctor’s consultation was complete waste of our time, money and energy. Doctors hardly had time for the patients and was busy in finishing the lined up patients. I was looking for a good doctor whom I can trust and consult on regular basis as I stay nearby. I consulted him twice in last 2 weeks but he had neither time for consultation nor concern for patients. Now I will look for another good doctor whom I consult on regular basis. However this hospital is very good and I have had many good experience while consulting for myself and my mother. I recommend this hospital but no Dr Jagmohan Saini Thanks SUJIT SINGH

I went to Dr. Govind Baranwal for a consultation after having some side effects due to a medicine prescribed from another doctor from Shanti Gopal itself .He did not even bother to carry out and entire checkup and prescribed me a couple of injections. Afterwards, I went to the ER for the medicine injected wherein I fainted 2 times. Even after that episode, the ER doctor did not carry out a thorough checkup. Due to his negligence, my condition became worse and I went into septic shock. I was then taken to the ICU wherein another doctor treated me (Don't know his name). He was the only doctor who conducted the treatment with due diligence. Furthermore, the nursing staff in the ICU was pathetic and extremely rude. I was lucky enough that my case went to that doctor in the ICU. Other than that, do not recommend this hospital strongly.

I did my full body blood tests and went to Dr. Sanjay Vinayak at Shanti Gopal Hospital for consultation. The guy never wanted to look at my reports properly. I had to tell him the parameters that were increased since last year.I would never recommend anyone to this doctor who is not interested in looking at increased parameters like bilirubin, Eosinophils, HsCRP, homocysteine, etc. He wasn’t interested instead just scrolled through my reports and wrote an unnecessary medicine only when I stressed on my concern areas. He was more interested in looking at the reels on his phone. I have been visiting this hospital for some time but now it has become pathetic. Do we pay you so that your doctor doesn’t look at reports and is least interested to in spending just 1 min with you??

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional medical care provided by your team of doctors. I recently had to visit your hospital for a medical procedure, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism, expertise, and compassion exhibited by the doctors. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who ensured that I was comfortable and well-informed about the procedure. The doctors took the time to explain the entire process and answer all my questions, which greatly eased my anxiety and gave me confidence in their abilities. During the procedure, the doctors were attentive and reassuring, constantly checking on me and explaining each step of the process. They showed great care and expertise in their work, and I felt completely confident in their abilities. After the procedure, the doctors took the time to follow up with me and ensure that I was recovering well. Their commitment to their patients' well-being and their attention to detail are truly remarkable. I want to commend your hospital for having such excellent doctors on staff. They are a true asset to your institution and a testament to the high standards of medical care that you provide. I would highly recommend your hospital and your team of doctors to anyone seeking exceptional medical care. Thank you again for your outstanding service.

Very rude customer care staff. No sense of time. No respect for patient's time. For pathology they give a time of 9:30 AM and when you reach at 9:30 they say tests can be done after 10 AM only.

OPD reception doesn't know how to handle patients. They are very slow hospital should keep some professional who can deal with these many patients. One doctor have 10-15 patients which is causing patients to wait for more than 2 hours. Pathetic services. Only the doctors are fine.

Hospital is good, but they do unnecessary testing ,just to make money. One very important thing...they have not taught their staff how to behave wd the patient (hato anunty, sarko anunty, utho aunty & that too rudely) this is the language...they use in ICU.(they don't allow the patient to rest in ICU, these staff keep on poking ) They don't know they have to cal a lady MADAM not aunty. We are respectable people from the society and they behave as if we are roadside AUNTIES. Pls ask ur HRD department to give some workshop/ training to these people.

One of the worst hospital I have ever come across. They are not concerned about patient even if he/she is in critical condition. Not even 1 percent taking care of patients. Wait time is too long. For a simple test you will have to wait for 2 hours minimum. Staff behaviour is also rude.

I went to Dr. Sanjay Garg for stomach pain on Friday. Reached well in time paid the fee and waited for one hour for my consultation. Dr. Sanjay then Prescribed tests which costed me 7000 so I had to spend a total of 8000 rs 1000 consultation fee + 7000 on tests. In addition to the money. I went for ultrasound snd endoscopy on saturday at 9:00 AM and was in the hospital till 4:00 PM which is 7 hours. So the patient should have all the time in the world and should wait patiently in pain without proper seating arrangements. Sometimes standing for seversl hours even when they are sufferung with unbearable pain. The only fault of the patient is that they want get cured. As had spent a grueling 7 hours on saturday in hospital in which I had to stand for around 4 hours. I went home and slept and could not get up until 9 pm as I was exhausted and was suffering from pain the previous night hence had no rest. I checked with hospital OPD staff about the timing for next day. They said you can come to show the reports which just takes 5 minutes any time between 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Sunday I went to the hospital and arrived before 2:00 PM. Again checked with staff who said pay the fee. I told I have just come to show reports and I have paid the fee on friday only. They said let us check with doctor. ( Dr. Sanjay was consulting with his last patient at that time) I got my BP checked in the meantime, which was normal. Now to my suprise Dr. Sanjay refused to see my reports which he had advised just 2 days back. I had already taken a leave on friday hence could not take another leave the next working week and my office is in South Delhi so leaving at 7 from office doesn't allow me to reach the hospital by the time Dr. Sanjay leaves. I was left with an option of keep on suffering another week. I called Dr. Sanjay on his mobile at 2:10 PM but he was very RUDE AND ARROGANT and said that patients think doctor doesn't have any work at home even I had come on time. He keeps us waiting for several hours but he cannot provide 5 minutes to look at reports even when I had reached 15 minutes before the end time of his consultation hours. Dr. Sanjay very rudely said "JO KARNA HO WO KAR LO" I told him I will never vist a person like him as we also have home and we just wait patiently because we have come to the GOD on earth but I think he is not GOD or a True doctor. He is defying his oath He is A MAN AFTER MONEY WHO FIRST PRESCRIBES EXPENSIVE TESTS AND THEN DOESN'T GIVE 5 MUNUTES TO SEE THE REPORTS EVEN WHEN WE REACH ON TIME JUST BECAUSE: - DR. SANJAY WILL GET MONEY IF I COME AFTER 3 DAYS. SO HE IS JUST LOOKING AT THOSE 1000 rupees and not patients pain

Overall experience is good… staff is supportive …. Doctors and nurses are so nyc to patients. Only feedback I want to give is that hospital should be cooperative with the families of the patient and should consider to change their protocols with visitors who come to see the patients. In my case , guard was so rude with the visitors who come to see the patient.

Very bad experience. We took the patient in emergency where they started examining and admission and all the paper work to prepare the file (By the way i told them we have a panel of Niva Bupa Health Policy) and after 2 hours they says no rooms available. And ask us either to take the patient in some other hospital or we can admit in semi private and in the morning they will shift in any of the rooms available at first priority. Next day Morning till 12:30 pm there was no update and when i called in emergency they are saying the same thing. I feel how wrong there system is. They just have made to fool the normal people so that they can make their profits out of it. Please Don’t Go Their and Report it as much as possible

I went to emergency ward for my daughter. She was having fever for last three nights. I am a CGHS beneficiary. The emergency staff asked me to take OPD of doctor for 500 Rs. They told me that in emergency normal CGHS charges would not apply. So they charge me 500 Rs. When I saw the doctor, he was a compounder, not a doctor. So they charge from a CGHS beneficiary for a compounder. further, when i asked them if i shall be given emergency certificate so that i could reimburse the expenses under cghs. they denied. they told that in emergency only admitted patients are given emergency certificate. They only want money and dont care about their patients.

I wouldn't recommend this hospital. The reason being simple, the staff here is literally illiterate, rude, even worse than a govt hospital. The incident happened with their Staff Mr. Raj Kumar in their Radiology department where he misbehaved and doesn't have the courtesy to even apologize. I was about to log an FIR but against him, but Mr. Sanjeev shanti Gopal floor manager asked to not lodge on humanitarian ground. The hospital should take strict action against him for misbehaving with patient and if not, they going to lose their reputation keeping these goons in their staffing.

My feedback is for Dr Arun Sisodia who is an emergency doctor, who looks more like a componder than a doctor by appearance and his actions,it is few days back when my younger sister brought my father in emergency for complain of abdomen pain and the doctor was refused to see him because he was so drunk and also he was looking to my sister with dirty eyes and ask for her personal phone number this is very wrong,it should not happen doctor should behave like a doctor and I have also heard that Dr Arun is not a registered doctor, plz don't play with people's lives by hiring such doctor.Thank you

My surgery was done by best hands with Dr. Sanjay garg . He made me feel very comfortable before I had the colonoscopy . I felt relaxed & assured everything was going to be alright. This place is full of Fraudsters. I would not call it as hospital this is purely a Fraudspital. My mom was admitted for two days due to simple viral fever. They did not focus towards the treatment of the patient rather they looked only focused towards doing unnecessary tests all the time and that too without our consent {just by their own wish}, and like most of the dacoits so called hospital rules- you can not buy medicine form elsewhere. Above all, the doctor coming to OPD had no knowledge about anything and looked like he has done some BBA or BA honours from khemchand Tarachand college and would not know even the full form of MBBS. only used to write tests, tests, and tests. and the result let me tell u.. all tests reports were Normal. finally at last day when i took discharge, at morning 5am a nurse came to take blood sample for another test, i scolded her very badly, she ran away and i denied of any test there on. The BBA doctor came for round in the morning, i asked to discharge the patient to hia expression was horrible. he got so offended to the requested and it looked like i asked his one kidney to buy my new iPhone.. lol. they also made incorrect bill and charged for the tests which never happened, i had to shout at them, and with all that struggle for 2-3, hra they corrected the bill. Long story short.. if u feel sick go to well known hospital or stay home rather than choosing shanti gopal as hospital. its not a hospital again.. its a FRAUDSPITAL

Visited first time and the experience was worst. The emergency billing department is very careless and rude. I was on fasting for my endoscopy and the emergency billing counter staff were taking it so lightly, there was a huge line and the staff member was laughing and talking to his other members. They were attending everyone at only one counter. They are just sitting here and taking everything lightly. Such a pathetic staff. They themselves want people to deteriorate their health by fasting and waiting in a huge line. Worst hospital and gold digger!!!!!!

Worst experience for my 88 years old mom hospitalised for three days. Staff at lower level are cooperative but doctors on duty were arrogant and rude and floor manager Manoj layal was at a level unimaginable who didn’t allow me to drop my maid for twenty minutes and warned me not to leave my mom for a minute when I desired for the breakfast starving for more than half day and finally I decided to get my mom relieved against their wish. Jewel in the crown was that when I asked to relieve my patient against their wish called me in the morning at 10.00 am and my patient was relieved at 03.00 pm Horrible, pathetic really can’t explain it in words

⚠️Warning Never ever visit this hospital if you really love the one in the need of treatment . Had three bad and painful experiences in emergency ward. First time my Mosa g was taken there in emergency ward because of the severe chest pain . They didn't treat him well . Created panic within us and created lots of drama when we asked them to discharge him . They took around more than 7 hours to discharge them . The doctor present there even raised allegation against the daughter in law of my Mosa g that she wanted to kill him when she asked them to discharge him so as Mosa g could be shifted to some good hospital . Second time I went there with my mother at night having severe chest pain. The doctor Tarun present there told me that she had some alterior valves changes . Not only this he was very rude as well . Staff present there was also pathetic completely devoid of any training . As I didn't feel good there took my mother to other hospital where the doctor told that she was just having anxiety issue and laughed when I told the doc there about what I was told by Shanti Gopal Doctor about valves changes. He said her heart is completely fine. Third bad experience I had today when my bhabhi had severe stomach pain . I took her to emergency in night around 8:00 PM. My bhabhi was crying out of pain but the doctor Tarun present there scolded her for over reacting many times . Even after giving 4 pain killer injections there she didn't had any relief . But the doctor was chilling in his cabin . When my bhabhi got fainted and fell on the ground and I called the doctor he came out of his cabin making faces like he is saying " kya drama kar rahi hai" . Meanwhile a senior citizen patient lying on the bed near my bhabhi bed also fell down from his bed as he was not being properly attended by anyone . Ultimately we took her to Fortis Noida and now she is fine there . She is in safe hands now. Writing all this at such time as I don't want that anyone loose their loved ones because of the unprofessional and Pathetic doctors and emergency care ward of Shanti Gopal Hospital. Never ever visit there. If you want your loved one to be alive than never ever think of taking them to Shanti Gopal Hospital. Writing all this under immense tension with just single motive and that is to warn you all . May God Bless everyone.

I consulted Dr. Puneeta Garg Gynaecologist yesterday. I can say she prescribed me pretty well but I was disappointed by her BEHAVIOUR. She was rude & said some mean things to me. She self assumed I am one of the people who misuse CGHS. I think she is the one who blames people without conscious thinking. When she realised I have not agreed to this She even commented me personally. She just wanted to show her superiority at that time. I don’t understand why she thinks she has right to comment to me for my personal things. I think she is capable enough of writing pretty good prescriptions but she has LITTLE sense of knowing and understanding people. She has zero empathy for her patients. She is a combative person who is aggressive and eager to fight or argue.

I am delighted to share my views on Shanti Gopal Hospital. They deal with numerous patients in a systematic manner. Highly qualified and experienced Dr. are available here 24/7, and staff behaviour is really impressive, It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I've never seen such helpful staff in any other hospital. Highly recommended.

One of the best hospitals in the city. All Doctors have a great record of performing some of the very complicated surgeries. Their compassion towards their patient is also commendable. I would highly recommend this hospital for all kinds of health issues.

Incredible experience as the staff was so cooperative the billing was done patiently and the doctors were caring as well. It was because of some specific peeps that we are in good condition now. I will recommend if anyone is in an emergency or having any certain issues kindly visit Shanti Gopal Hospital.

I was admit in this hospital because of dengue problem. Doctor and nurses were good. But Some how after I got the discharge confirmation their billing and other administrative team has delay my discharge so that they would charge for more money for next day. This is pathetic service.

I had a wonderful medical experience at this hospital. Sometimes I had to wait more than usual due to crowds. But I had a great experience in terms of medical facilities which are available 24*7. The hospital has its own diagnostic lab for medical tests. The hospital has good and educated staff and they also take care of proper cleaning and security. Best hospital in Ghaziabad.

I visited the Shanti Gopal Hospital for a routine check-up and I was very impressed by the quality of service and care I received. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The hospital was clean, well-equipped, and organized. The doctor who examined me was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He also gave me some helpful advice on how to improve my health and lifestyle. I did not have to wait long for my appointment and the billing process was smooth and transparent. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical attention or consultation.

a week ago Visited first time and the experience was worst. Worst hospital and gold digger!!!

Shanti gopal hospital is a thief. Emergency charges are very high and not acceptable. There are multiple charges which have no basis. 1250 rs for the doc visit and 1/2 hour of emergency. Cannuala fix charges are of 250 differ from mrp.

Had to take my son to this hospital after a long long time. The doctor we visited was good and addressed the issue. However had issues with the supporting staff. The staff has to be more polite, logical and client friendly in terms of communication and behavior. The walking coordinator today's the radiology section are narrow and chances of collision and contact is very high. The sitting area was crowded and no one was following the covid regulations or any one from the hospital was bothered on this. HR and management to focus on staff behaviour trainings and client interactions. Hope things will improve for the good.

I visited the Dr Sanjay Garg (gastroenterologist), went there for stomach cramps but he misdiagnosed and told me that I have an anxiety disorder and mental issues ( he was very keen to prove me wrong) which is why I am feeling all this. I only went there because of the emergency otherwise I would have gone to my previous doctor. I had an endoscopy later with my previous doctor and I got diagnosed with bacterial infection. Please save your money and never visit him. HE IS IN THE WRONG PROFESSION, SHOULD HAVE CHOSEN PSYCHOLOGY INSTEAD OF GASTROENTEROLOGY.

Took patient to emergency with bleeding nose but the doctor was busy chatting and listening to stories in his cabin. Waited for 10mins but doctor didn't came to attend the patient even after 3 reminders. Nursing staff was busy arranging and stapling stationery and none of them attended the patient. Finally took the patient away to other hospital. PATHETIC.

Very supporting floor manager, Mr. Ashish and Mr. Krishna supported very well. Night shift nursing staff needs improvement, administration people like utility and maintenance needs improvement. Must change food vendor, not at all good. Doctor support was excellent, ICU staff was competent. Billing team is struggling for resources and must have additional resource to speed up discharge process.

I went to see a cardiologist. Doctor has not been allotted a room instead he sits on a counter and patient sits at a distance of two meters with staff sitting in between. This is very poor service .doctor however is good.

This Hospital is pathetic. No hygiene and no care for patients. Got my daughter admitted, I had to do her sponging, gargling and they even told me that I should buy thermometer so I can can check my daughter's temp myself. Staffs and nurses have to be called. Why is the hospital running when the patients attendant has to do all the work? Also guys don't handover your med to the nurses as you will keep getting lists for medicines even if they are not using it. It's a setting between nurses n chemist. They don't allow medicines from outside. Get admitted at your own risk. The moment patient is admitted a guy comes to ask cash or insurance. Pathetic and low class staffs..

Heartfelt Thanks to the entire team of Shanti Gopal Hospital (Dr. Sanjay Garg, Dr. SS Pachisia and the entire team of ICU doctors, nursing staff, housekeeping, admin and every single person), for their invaluable service and dedicated efforts for the treatment of my kin. Wonderful service and care.

Worst hospital in the area. I'm deeply disappointed with the care my niece is receiving at this hospital. The overall experience has been distressing. Firstly, the intercom system in the room is non-functional, making it nearly impossible to communicate with the nursing staff promptly. Secondly, the level of hygiene is far below the expected standards for a healthcare facility. Worst of all, we had to endure an hour-long struggle just to obtain a simple blanket.Additionally, the unprofessionalism displayed by the floor manager and nursing staff has been truly disheartening. Their lack of responsiveness and proper communication has added to the distress of our situation. It's deeply concerning to witness such shortcomings in professionalism in a place where patients' well-being should be the top priority. I strongly urge not to visit this hospital.
