Electrician was called for a half hour service of drilling for a soap dish in bathroom,curtain rod in bedroom and name plate outside home which in all should take half an hour.Instead he chipped away half of the side wall during drilling for a curtain rod and drilled directly under the valve in bathroom and caused a leak which cost me a plumber and 2 broken tiles.For half hour work,Joboy electrician and plumber cost me 3 hours of bill (yes they billed almost 1000rs even after causing such damage! ) and cost me a tile and valve damage of about 1500 rs.When i called customer service to complain, they transferred 350rs as compensation to someone's else bank account and send me a screenshot.even after informing them that they got the wrong bank account and can gpay me directly, they ignored the request. The service provided is inexcusable and highly recommended to not use this service.

I made a request for repairing my gas stove on 30 May, 2022. A technician was assigned the next day and he came. But till this day, the work is not completed as he said he’ll come back the next day and finish the work. Ten days and the work remains unfinished!

Pathetic experience. I had some plumbing work to be done. The first Plumber assigned gave me a quote of INR 5500/ for material. He was very confident that it’ll be less than the estimated amount. He calls me from the shop and informs that the cost is INR 7450/. That is when I lost trust and told him to come back and give me the list and I’ll procure material directly. After coming back he did not seem to be Interested and asked me to cancel the service. Then a second plumber was assigned. Now this time it was a facility management service company. So first of all I had already shared a detailed home address while booking through ‘Joboy’. Even after this the executive from the aggregator/ 3rd party vendor enquires about all the details. On top of it the plumber also coordinates for the same thing. Simply there should be a SPOC (single point of contact) Now the Rate card on Joboys website states of a hourly rate. But the plumber and the executive mentioned it’ll be INR 1500/ though the work was less than 4 hours. This plumber did not have the clarity to buy a rod for shower for which I had to visit the shop 5 times. The shop keeper was amazed on how can a plumber ask for a 20” rod when the max size available is 15”. Then there was one leakage which was not even a major concern but he wanted to break the entire tiles. So I told him to leave this for now since the leakage was not visible to me. Even after all this foolishness the plumber was pressing to give a good google review mentioning his name. Now this is for the management, Please don’t pressure your team on reviews. Customers will rate if they are happy or dissatisfied. It’s really annoying when someone is insisting for a forced review. Finally when the work was done within less than 4 hours, the plumber highlighted that the service cost is INR 1500/. By this stage I did not have any energy to argue and paid online. The final icing on the cake was he took away few fixing material which I had procured extra for my personal work. And that was the exact reason why he was in a hurry to pack all material and suggested that he will clear everything. Isn’t it logical that extra material which the client has procured should not be taken. Overall worst experience. Please don’t take their service.

Just because of a square feet measurement mistake the carpenter collected around Rs 1000 extra. Later on I came to know about it and escalated the issue with joboy as well as with the carpenter. Both of them agreed the mistake but so far no refund received. Now joboy is not replying my messages and also not attending my calls. Please beware of them. Finally I decided to approach consumer redressal forum.

Horrible service! Recently i had booked a beauty service with Joboy. One so called beautician Renjitha was assigned to me. Highly untrained lady. Doesnt know how to give a proper facial and haircut. It was all done so unprofessionally . I really regret booking this appointment. I have in fact uninstalled this app. Really disappointed!

I didn’t expect this from them. I ordered an electrician btwn 12-3. Finally the guy came. Just 4 anchor bolt , charged me 600. I didn’t like this service personally

Used to be a great service and I used to recommend to many. The technicians who come these days are very inexperienced. This may not be an issue for minor work but for major work, they make mess of things and you end up paying more than necessary for materials. There is no proper option to raise a complaint, their support is number is always busy or is never answered. There is no urgency or will to resolve complaints. Even after so many negative reviews, it is sad that management doesn't seem to be doing anything.

One of their Vendor took money in advance 40k and he runway. No response from him and not even these peoples are responding and the bad part Joboys itself not able track there vendors. No star because these people are cheating with people's. Taking money from customers and running way is not good for your businesses. Here one star because without giving star I can not post this .

We got our washing machine repaired by them a couple of days back. Initially the water flow was less so the technician told the entire sensor has to be changed and we agreed. He charged 5500 for it. The very next day the washing machine stopped working. We called the technician and Joboy support to get it fixed at the earliest to which they told that they will send someone. 3 days have passed now and now neither the technician nor the Joboy support is picking up the phone. Pathetic experience, disappointed, don’t recommend.

Very poor service they are charging 150 for inspection..when the plumber came I needed to buy raw materials and which was not available near by, so I told him to get the items and come tomorrow for that these Guys charging 150 rupees And the guys whom they are sending are very unprofessional and don know to do job..they never take my call after that incident.. they are looting people by sending old and inexperienced plumbers who can’t even walk properly… Don go for tese guys waste of money!!!

Experience is already discussed with joboy team. This is regarding a carpenter for fixing a lock , location Trivandrum. A small work that they done in 6 to 7 mins. A charge between 250 to 400 can be justified. Here they charged Rs800/-. That too to a home they came around 5 people and standing in my courtyard. There is some professionalism to be displayed in any kind of work. Being the provider of this platform, team joboy need to ensure this. Upon request from team joboy I deleted my previous review and rating, but I am keep on hearing complaints about your service. That's why I decided to do my part and provide a rating.

Initially the person who came to fix the pipe, was not genuine and just kept a cloth inside the leak and said it would hold, he even charged me 350, however the support team did offer good support and fixed the situation immediately, they provided another plumber, Antony, who was very genuine and knew the work well, even after offering him money, he told me it was taken care of. All the best to the team and good luck ahead

The options are great, and the crew provides excellent assistance in locating a repairman for electrical equipment in the house.

Worst service provider. Took order for car detailing and even after 9/10 calls from my side they were unable to do it. Don’t ever assign them any work as they will let you down miserably.

Their service is highly expensive. I booked their appointment for fixing the door lock handle screws. They charged me 800 rs for this. After so many negotiations I end up paying 650 rs. I do not recommend their service at all. They charge you unrealistic price and loot you.

I engaged them for TV repair. I have not received the TV even after one month. I am not able to reach anyone at JOBOY nor the agency they assigned the work to, United Technical Service. Completely disappointed!!!!

Hi...This is regarding order ID 230515R527664....Plumbing charge is mentioned as 299/hr(type of work clearly mentioned while ordering). Plumber worked for 2 hrs...But still he charged me ₹1000 saying price will be higher since it's western toilet blockage repair.Please update your sites if the pricing is seperate depending on the work. Also give genuine bills after the work is done so that customers can avoid arguing with your workers.

Customer care is prompt. They provided free repair for the mess created by one of the job arranged earlier.

Used their service only once for the first time & last time. For my wife to do hair smoothening. Long story short - They send a lady who said she is from a prominent saloon. Turns out it she lied. After 1.5hrs the smoothening hair started burning down and lost a good portion of front hair. Joboy offered a compensation&paid half amount after 2 weeks of continious follow-ups& drama. Nothing after that. So that's it. They sends Unverified unprofessional workers, takes no responsibility and cheats Update : Joboy customer support team called and confirmed that they won't give any refunds as they don't have such a policy. Said the fake agent is not ready to pay and Joboy have no responsibility over this.

Below par service - The Joboy electrician who attended the Job was soo slow who did more of talking than fixing the lights and fans. He took around 8-10 hrs to fix 5 lights n 2 fans n blamed that fancy lights take a lot of time. Meanwhile,he also broke the glass of a one of the hanging light (which costs 6k)and blamed it on the poor quality of the item. Joboy team convinced us that, the glass is easily available n can be replaced n will be fixed on time, but when contacted after the job theyre just procrastinating it with lame excuses. House-warming was planned post Onam, thanx to Joboy for all the delay. Well, we then got a good electrician who did the double amount of work in half the time who also mentioned that the lights r good quality ones, thats how we realised the initial Joboy electrician was just a noob even though he kept saying hez been doing it for 10-15 yrs. If that's the case, I m sad to say he hasn't learnt enough from what hez been doing all those years n recommend he needs to do more homework. We had expected that, if hez taking the entire time from 10AM - 6pm, he wud atleast complete the whole thing. But to our dismay, all he did was 2 fans and 5 lights. The day before the job we informed him, we have 10 lights and 4 fans,and bathroom fittings , he had given us a quotation. But finally he charged us around 400 Rs extra for jz doing less than half the work we had ordered (and of cors breaking our lamp.) With this service levels, I am sure, I will avoid joboy for my life.

I just availed service from an electrician via joboy. I made a mistake of asking him to buy the items required. The cost was around 200 but he gave a fake bill of 450 and charged me 600! which I came to know when I received the invoice from joboy. Also charged for 1.5 hours when the job was done in an hour. Sadly no response from joboy support even after reporting this with all the screenshot proofs. The cheating electrician at least had the courtesy of refunding 200 when I confronted him with the details. Edit: Updating the rating as the response from joboy after posting the review was quick. They verified my concern and processed the refund immediately.

Really disappointed with the deep cleaning service.Cleaners do not know much about deep cleaning. Also untrustworthy cleaners as they steal things if left alone ... In short a very bad experience with the joboy cleaning service

Availed the service of a carpenter for assembling shelf & cot. He took 4.5 hours to complete and they charged me a whopping 1750 rs. When I asked carpenter about this, he said he is the one who decides the charges. Joboy nodes whatsoever he says. Same thing has happened. A normal carpenter would have charged max 1200 rs for a full day work. This is the last time I am using their services. (I can share job I'd or whatever if they want).

This company never lets you down! They have the best quality services/professionals onboard, are reasonably priced and ensure that the job is completed on time. Thank you Joboy!
