Quality service was provided for us by ribbles holidays.everything was done perfectly on time. The accomodation they booked for us was good ones. Especially lake canopy resort and houseboat facilities. Both of the place was verry neat and tidy. Tasty food was served as per our likes. Staffs were verry professional and punctual.

My husband and I could not have been happier with our experience working with this travel agency. Our agent Mr. Salil was so thoughtful and patient in answering all of our (many!) questions prior to the trip. He never made us feel badly despite the fact that we requested several itinerary adjustments as we got a better and better sense over time of what we wanted to plan, and he offered excellent suggestions that really reflected his deep knowledge of the country and what would make for an ideal experience. By the time we finalized the itinerary, we really felt that we'd explored all of our ideas and questions and that had come up with a plan suited exactly to our specific preferences and interests. The trip itself wound up exceeding our expectations. We felt safe and well cared for, and were quite impressed by how smoothly everything went given that we were on the move quite often. We had the same driver for much of the visit - he was friendly, flexible, and got us safely to each destination in a very comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. Our driver checked in on us at various points throughout the trip to ensure that we were comfortable, happy, and had everything we needed. And we did! We would recommend this travel company to any other traveler in a heartbeat - they will take care of all of the details and allow you to focus on enjoying all of the mind-boggling, beautiful sights that await you in Malaysia!

I had a good experience with Ripples holidays on my Bali trip, which was on May2016. Since it was my first overseas journey as well as a first flight journey I did not have a picture about check-in and immigration clearance. those procedures are explained me very clearly without any doubt. Hotels, food, vehicles are very excellent and tour guide was very co-operative.Also the Hotels, Food, local trip were very fantastic. Ripples holidays given a rough idea about the country, culture, shopping mall, different types of Restaurant, beach and other leisure activities in the Bali. I felt that was a value add from Ripples holidays, So that I could utilize those in the evening days with effortless. In total, all the arrangements are very good, My 5 day journey was very enjoyable.

Had a great experience with this tour operator. I have booked their taxi service for Munnar and Alleppy trip for 3 days. The trip was amazing, Mr. Salil was so cooperative and followed up on everything throughout the trip very professionally. They provided me the best rate while compare with others. Driver Mr. Sivan was very friendly, his driving was very safe and he handled everything in the best possible way. It was one of our best family trip. I had also booked their Houseboat service in Alleppy. We had a very satisfying day tour organised by them. The 5 hours boat ride was extremely good, they have taken us through the interior part of backwaters. The ride was awesome and the food was excellent, overall I had a very good experience and would suggest this to anyone who would like to explore Alppuzha.

Unforgetable trip

We were a group of ladies visiting Cochin from Kuwait and we needed a transportation. I contacted Mr Salil and he provided us with a tempo traveller enough for 12 people with AC. The car was very clean and new and the AC was working very well and the driver "Mr Baiju" was speaking a fluent English and he was very gentle and polite and a respectful person. The car and the driver were with us the whole time we were there and the price was very reasonable. Actually it made our stay there very easy. Mr Salil was also very cooperative and honest, very prompt in his responses and easy to communicate with. If I go back to Cochin again I will definitely contact Mr Salil again from Ribbles Holidays.

This is the 2nd time that we’re using Mr Salil’s services for our holidays. The first time was four years ago(pre-covid), and this time we contacted him about a month prior to our trip. We then created an itinerary together and he made all the hotel and internal flight bookings for us. We had the pleasure of engaging Ribbles Team to plan our 6 Days Kerela tour - Munnar to Thekkady to Aleppey. Salil was very much involved and suggested us few properties which were the highlight of the vacation. Our travel partner in form of Taxi Driver was also was very responsive and alert. Only the last stretch was a bit strenuous, and one could have taken the house boat from Kumarakom, instead of Aleppey. I would recommend Ribbles for hassle free holidays.

We had a very good experience with Ribbles Holidays. We had a 6 days trip to kerala and kanyakumari Mr. Salil arranged the transportation and hotels the hotels vere very good however the driver could have been more informative, otherwise it was a very good trip during this new normal situation.

Awesome honeymoon destination

Its a wonderful experience. Although it was a one day trip to cherrai every thing was done meticulously by Salil. I have given a short notice about my plan. The les 3 elephant resort was awsome and really mesmerizing effect on my life. Its very close to nature and calm place. Really this made my life rejuvanated. Iam really excited to write this review about Ribbles holidays. We started our trip to Vietnam on 9th September for a span of 6 days and 7 nights. We started off with a city tour. We visited temples, mausoleum, prison etc which reflected the ancient culture and history of Vietnam freedom fighters and about French colonialism. In the next 4 days we visited the 2 most beautiful places in Vietnam. 1. Ninh Binh: It is a wonderful place to visit. You go through narrow river sorrounded by a stunning landscape of lush green paddy fields and striking limestone outcrops in main sights including Hoa Lu ancient capital, Tam coc, Bai Dinh pagoda. The view you get in this trip is just out of the world. 2. Halong bay: It is the most beautiful part of the trip. The cruise trip was amazing. And Halong bay is one among the seven new world wonders. Feels like you are in heaven. All the escorts, transportation and timings were well above the expectation and the quality provided in each and every minute things and facts by the travel agency was just top notch. I really thank Mr. Salil for helping us make this a remarkable experience. 👍

One of the worst trips we ever had to Phuket. Please don't choose these guys.. all the reviews written is either paid or fake. I travelled thru them to Phuket 3 years back. Back then these guys were using a different name ripples holidays. We missed our connection flight from Bangkok to Phuket only because of their poor planning. There was no one to pick us from airport after reaching Phuket. We had to manage our own connection flight and pickup from airport. After reaching hotel we realized they charged us rate of a 5 star hotel and gave us a cheap low class one. The hotel roof was leaking.. we made complaint directly to hotel and also to mr.salil of ripples(now know as ribbles) and we got no proper response. I won't choose this guy's again in my life. That pathetic services. I am sure their reputation forced then to change their name to ribbles.

Me and my wife Veena on an holiday trip visited Bali island arranged through Ribbles. We were really thrilled by the accommodation,bf and all the trips arranged exclusively for us in a convenient vehicle with a nice and friendly guide. We wish we could have an umbrella with us as the sun was too hot and bright those days.Otherwise all the arrangements were good and satisfactory.One suggestion is that money conversion and the food expenses could be mentioned prior to travel. When I was planning a houseboat ride with my family, everyone around us provided us with a lot of suggestions, recommendations, and advice about do’s and don’ts. That’s when I called Salil from Ribbles and he cleared up all my confusions in just in a few minutes and booked an amazing houseboat for us. We had a wonderful experience in a beautiful houseboat with amazing food and hospitality. The owner of the boat met us personally before the start of the ride and made sure everything was good, including our preferences for lunch. This was a first and short trip with Ribbles and I am absolutely positive that we will planning for another longer trip soon with Ribbles and Salil.
