I had done a purchase in Oct 2021 from Bata Lulu Mall against 100% cashback scheme which can be redeemed in 30 days. When I visited the store yesterday to avail the scheme the store manager informed me that I can only redeem with the voucher message from BATA which I have not received. He started debating with me & even went thru my messages to check if I am lying. I had my purchase bill & scheme pic in my Mobile which I showed him & he went speechless. After a hot debate he said you purchase what ever you want & he will give the scheme......I told him I am not begging you for any discount....I am asking you the discount you had committed to me on my last purchase & I walked out of the store. I had raised a compliant with Bata customer care & they have accepted that I am eligible for the voucher & will revert in 72 hours. I want the store manager to know that customers are not beggars standing in front of you asking discounts. You need to change your attitude. I wanted to give ZERO rating for this store....but without giving atleast 1 star I can't post my review.....

Very Bad Customer Relationship. fraudulent Behaviour For Staffs and Manger. purchased 3 Pair Shoes the Last week. And One pair his ColourFade. the Sales man told Please use and after 2 Days Will Receive new pair at Replacing the Same model. After 2 days we went to shop that time the sales man week-off. Manager Is told Not Given New Shoe.. It’s Cheating And Not Accept For Sales Ethics. Those Who are going to Buy Bata Pls think twice.

They have good selection l. But sales persons are distracted and not really interested in helping customers. We ask for a size and they go to back room forever and don't even bother returning and telling us if it's not available. Ended talikng to 3-4 sales to try few things. Very surprised with this attitude as all sales persons I saw there were young and all their competitors were jumping to get a customer

Great shopping centre with all facilities from parying riom to beby feeing. Food court. Lulu hypermarket offer badget food.

Bata shop is the best but their staffs are worst. Staff (especially the lady staff, she was acted as very smart 😏......) took one bag , that was full of dust........ Please clean properly, u will get free time...I think there is no rush but why those staffs were careless......m g road, palarivattom these shops are best

Vastly improved range of footwear. But prices have also increased. Bata used to be reasonable prices. Now it's normal market rates.

Totally disappointed. I bought a sandal from here last week. Today I used it for the first time. Within half an hour of its use, the buckle of its rear strap got damaged. I had to walk barefooted after this. Extremely unhappy to see the deteriorating quality of Bata footwear.

Completely disappointed with the customer service and collection. There was only 2 staffs to attend the 15-20 customers at the busy times. And I wasn't able to find 11 size sandals of many models and the staff explained the stock was not available.Wonder if it is a showroom or not 🙂

Bata is the best place for buying footwear. There are plenty of footwears here. Bata always have good collection. Their footwears lasts long. Their designs are also good. Once you buy from bata you will always buy from Bata. Must purchase some footwear from Bata and experience it. You'll definitely love it 💯.

Good customer service. I bought a pair of loafers which got damaged and got it replaced in no time. The service executives are really friendly and helpful. Great job team. 👏 👏 👏 👏

Night a shoe that finally fits me. Staff was very helpful and there are quite good collections here.

Service sucks . Such a pathetically trained staffs , not even bothered to talk. But one lady with nose pin was busy talking to someone in phone chitchatting . Came out same time . Train your people first Bata . Such a shame .

Very bad customer service,The lady salesperson available there seemed disinterested and extremely rude.When asked for a size she made a face and then gave the shoe saying "wear".No please no thank you, nothing( point...this was all in Malayalam.).On identifying that the shoe had a defect and on requesting a new piece ,she again denied saying it's not available only single piece etc etc.When we walked off without buying the shoe..she called us back and told let me check and finally she managed to get "one " more.I am sure she needs some lesson on customer management and curtiousness and valuing a customer's time. I wish I had been to some other store instead of wasting my time and spoiling my mood trying to shop here.They do have good collection but if you can put up with lazy staff then can definitely give it a try.
