Breathtakingly awesome and dangerously beautiful. The chain of 52 temples, with stairways running amidst the rocky mountains lead to the main temple vicinity. The place becomes hauntingly beautiful during monsoon with greenery all around and waterfall gushing down from the mountains beside. Such perfectly named "muktagiri": pearl amidst the mountains. For a minute note, the place is open to the mainstream specifically for worshipping and rituals. Tourists can only glance through.

There are a total of 42 temples containing different statutes of 24 Digambaras. Also between those temples is a magnificent waterfall (which unfortunately had its gates closed when we went there, but the experience was exasperating!!) You won't need any kind of footwear inside (also they won't allow) because all the temples are connected with tiles, making us easier to walk without being afraid of pricking ones foot. There are arrangments of lodging and food for travellers. During the festivities, the atmosphere is quite soulful. If you want to have something to eat there, you have to tell them 1 hr prior for the preparation. Overall great experience!

A really beautiful place. There are a lot of steps 🌁 to reach the topπŸ—». Probably to regulate the oxygen😀🌬️ level of bhakt/sadhak/seeker. A stream🌊 flows across the path while traveling top, the sound it creates is so soothing πŸŒ€ and replenishingπŸ€— that it feels to just listen the melody of the stream. The breeze at top makes on amuse at the marvelous Beauty of this place. Words fail to describe the experience on attains at this place. A seeker/explorer/trekker must once visit this beautiful place.

It is Jain religious place which falls in M.P. but it is just 7kms. from paratwada. The 52 small temples constructed on the high slopes connected by stairs with the magnificent waterfall providing background to the entire landscape is the major attraction during Monsoon.

There are total 52 Jain temples at this place. This place is situated at the top of hill. Proper walk way is there to reach and worship all the temples at the hill. Very good arrangement for logging and fooding in the Dharamshala. General store, kirana Shop and tea canteen is there in the Dharamshala. Best time to visit is during rainy and winter season. Beautiful waterfall is there at this place. Very dense jungle is there at this hill. Pls be aware of monkey and honeybees.

It is a very beautiful place to visit. It is so calm that one can definitely find peace of mind. It is situated on the hilltop so one must have to trek for an hr to get to the topmost point where there is spring. If you are planning to go Chilkhaldara from Buldhana, Jalgaon and so then you must visit this place. Unmarried couples or groups of boys and girls are not allowed together, though you can go one at a time i.e. all girls together and all boys together.

One of the good temple which is very close to the nature in Maharashtra-MP border. There are more than 10 temples of Jain god and in-between there is a waterfall. People can see waterfall very closely. From top there is a very good view of a mountains and green scenaries. One must visit this temple.

It is a well known jain temple all around India. It has a very vasp history about jain religions. This whole temple is surrounded by big mountains and a big waterfall is passing through the temple. The nearby place is surrounded by a dense forest with lots of high tracks and water flows. Especially in monsoon this place becomes like Haven. When the rain and mist overlap the whole place within. You can never see such a beautiful place in life.

Place is v nice we been going there since childhood ... But this time they did something v bad.... Management is v v week n broken .. on sundays there is no entry from 11 am onwards . We were there since 10:30 infront of gate having breakfast . At 11:5 they refused n faught to not let us in not even kids n ladies. This place is 7-8 km inside from main road n there is no notice board or any instructions about timing as they think people r v free to waste their time n fule.... People from gujrat , Mumbai and all other places from far away travelled all the way here just to get insulted on the gate n sent back ..... Guards are v rude n act like they own the temple.... One big thing some lady asked us if we r Jain , n if u r Jain I can take u in she said now how the hell does it matters if m Jain , hindu , Christan or any other religions this people think that places of lord are their property and temples will run according to their will..... V disappointing not just us but over 50-60 people were insulted in the name of god... Once again humanity is being laid down and people are literally selling their shame away .... Management of this temple should take a note of this and do according arrangements , make sure ur staff behaves well and people should atleast know on main Road enterance about timing of closure ....

A cluster of jain temples located in the beautiful bliss of satpura range MH-MP border. There is also a water fall. Elderly people may not make it to the top since stairs are steep, yet there are few resting points. Try jain food served at the BHOJANALAY, it's nice just try. Well maintained by management but visitor have spoiled a bit by throwing trash!!please keep it clean.

Muktagiri is situated in sountern part of Madhya Pradesh and Satpuda Mountain range. But the nearest Big City is Paratwada which is in Maharashtra state. Three sides of Muktagiri is sorrounded by High mountains. This place is Scenic but peoples made this place dirty by throwing trash garbage around Temples.

Good Jain temple which is truly a divine place since time immemorial. Siddha kshetra where your wishes come true when done with purest heart. Good rooms at economical prices available as well as food inside premises is good. One must plan an overnight stay because temples on hill closes at 11 am.
