The bank building is good. Service is pathetic. You have to keep following up with them for everything. They seem least bothered about getting high net worth customers or giving prompt service. Think twice about opening an account here

Usually strict timings is there.

This Federal Bank branch is very different from the one I opened an account in just a few years ago. The old branch had employees who knew you by name and were happy to help. The staff nowadays are very impersonal and care two hoots about the issue you are facing. They are also inefficient and careless, leading to further problems. On top of that, the bank has increased service charges manifold, so you end up being penalised for their incompetence. I'm just glad that I have to deal with them only about one in two years.

Staff's are not cooperative with customer.. sorry for saying that I feel bad experience from your staff
