Palmshore Ashok Nagar Me and friends planned for having buffet today, so enquired some of my friends about best buffet in the city Many of them suggested about palmshore Ashok Nagar. Searched in Google also they have good reviews and one of the best restaurant in Chennai So enquired about the buffet , it was like 699+ tax, so we booked and came. It was lil crowded and many were there for buffet From starting Welcome drink to desserts. It was a good start, many of the items were there. Both veg and non veg was available. Buffet was running on the 2nd floor, lift was there. Very good ambience , staff behaviour was very good, service is excellent. Diffrent type of kebabs was there , basa wish in banan leaf folded, biriyani was there , butter nan was there, elaneer Payasam, palmshore special falooda, cakes , fatoush salad, hawain salad 🥗 Over all it was worth for money i paid, mind and stomach was full Thankyou 💯 For good food and good service

Visited this place on 3rd Nov We specially planned and visited here to experience the Mandi style biryani and eating. But unfortunately it was not available, so chose to have conventional dinein itself. Ordered Mutton Biryani for 3, Grill, Chicken Sizzler and Mocktails. Taste: Taste is good specially Chicken sizzler and Mutton biryani. Rest were average. Pricing is above average and bit expensive. You get lot of unusual menu items here to try and explore. With respect to Desserts, Bakalava tastes awesome. But the Mint Lime we ordered was disgusting to the core. We asked replacement, but received the same with some added sugar which is not acceptable. Car and bike parking is available and accesissimo close to Ashok Nagar Metro station. Zomato and Swiggy are accepted to avail exclusive discounts

Rating this place lower due to a below average take away experience. Had a delay of 30mins to get a simple order - plain rice packed. You are also asked to follow them on whatsapp which feels very awkward and out of place when you deny thier request. Food here is good, although expensive - they have a good variety of non vegetarian dishes. There is plenty of seating including the traditional mat layout and tables.

Last time we ordered chicken Mandi, it was very tasty but this time it was a disappointment for us. Mandi rice didn't have that seasoning and taste - 2/5 Basa fish was good -4/5 Lemon soda - 4/5 And their Sulaimani tea is the best - 5/5 I would recommend them to provide a tasty mandi because it tasted more like a steamed rice

Try for a different taste, then Palmshore restaurant is a best option. All are Arabian style taste and varieties. Say the Mutton Ribs Mandi rice( like briyani), shared by two persons, Arabian Mandi rice with grilled mutton ribs cost of Rs.1050/- is really amazing taste. Many options on tea, deserts etc is available. Ambience, quality and hygiene is best. First floor is for walk in customer and ground floor is for corporate or bulk customer's. Also a party hall of 200+ is available here.

Went along with colleague. Place maintained neat and clean.Food taste is average. AC not working properly and start to sweat as soon as we entered into the hotel.Chennai summer temp. is better than inside temperature. Food served too late after ordering. If any one want to give treat this is the right place.Surely u r bill will come less because they will serve food very late 😉.

Much recommended restaurant. All the foods we ordered tasted good. We wanted to try Mandi briyani, unfortunately it was not available as we went during closing time. The desserts were the highlight, very much liked kunafa they served.

Good place with good food. Service was good. Corn soup was very avg as it was super blant, veg and non veg starters we ordered were good. Biriyani's quantity could be improved. Overall I'd say, increasing quantity would justify their prices as they're lil on the higher end.

Food is yumm. Service is also good and fast. Sanam took care of us while we had lunch there. Non veg and juices are so good and tasty and felt really healthy.

The taste of the food was so good but the service was very bad. They should improve their services. Their pepper squid was very horrible, I do not recommend it. Their Mandi biriyani ambience was super cool. Their desserts were simply super. Must try all the varieties of desserts. Their tender coconut pudding and berry magic are must try.

This place has my heart 💝 but some services are getting , effected due to time restrictions. But otherwise it's the best. Arabian delights are finger Licking good

After trying many restaurants in chennai and spending too much on their food, I used to feel guilty for spending too much there because of their pathetic food. But Palmshore has won my heart. I felt that even though i have spent so much, I felt it was totally worth it. People should not worry about cost if they want a quality food, this I decided before going there, and palmshore did not let me down. After living near this restaurant for all these years, I felt dumb that I haven't tried this restaurant for so long. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and relatives. Wonderful team of people who are working there, who were kind enough and helped us whenever we needed. Feeling bad for not mentioning their names here as i didnt note them. Hope this place stays the same.

The ambience is pleasant . The food is nice , and the service of the staffs is so good especially a staff named senthil is very gentle and kind . I would love to come back again .

Food was pathetic Partially cooked Barbeque chicken Found hair in the biriyani Air conditioning at its worst Make an order and wait for eternity to be served Abnormal music adding to your aggression It felt like a fish market with other customers chattering, why do you club a big table reservation with smaller tables nearby? Came here for a Sunday lunch, me being a strong vegetarian was very reluctant to come, but had to give in to my wife's cravings. Pretty decent settings, and quickly got a nice comfy table. As usual, a North Eastern, guy came up to take our orders. I had the usual starters of Paneer Tikka & a veg corn soup, to be on the safe side (nobody can go wrong with these!) Wife tried tried some BBq chicken & Mutton Biriyani. I stuck with a few roties & Veg Kadai sabji. Also had a few Kuboos! The portions were fairly good, but I had more of chunks of onions & capsicum than veges in my subji! My wife seemed content with her servings, and finished off her plate without any fuss. Overall, a good spot!

Had buffet on Wednesday. Spread is pretty good enough. But no mutton items. Had good time eating food. Kids friendly. Kids had veg pulao, prawn fry, cauliflower fry, mutton soup.. all tasted good.. fish fry was different.. egg curry tasted really good. Had elaneer payasam tastes was not bad. Falooda tasted good. Jamun was very hot.. very good to eat. Bread halwa awesome... Live kitchen with pasta. Overall must try once..

Good ambience, play area available for kids. Shawarma and Biriyani are a must try. Senthil helped us with ordering and service was good.

Good place for middle Eastern food. Well maintained with a huge menu to select and multiple choices for size and quantity. Complimentary sulaimani tea for most orders available. Tried pepper barbecue mandi medium which is quite heavy even for two. Special desserts available including kunafa, bakalva etc. Nice hall with buffet available with a wide variety of quality items.

Good food and service. We took vegetarian buffet for our company day celebration. Buffet price per head was RS 250 for around 100 members.

Don't expect Hyderabad level mandi taste. Rice taste was okay-ish. Mutton was very tender.

Got a chicken piece from prawns biriyani Awsome. Nice experience. A must visit.

Too costly for fish items , but alk are others normal rate, taste is good, but the achi was not working property and was sit in with sweat, if you go do not take the corner tables, No varieties if deserts, even from menu lot of items are not available

One of the best middle eastern cuisine served at this place. Mandi is a must try dish here. Chicken dishes tasted too good. Iffah dejaj is a must try dish here. The chicken was marinated well. Spices and aroma levels were perfect for Mandi. The ambiance is too good. Service was a bit slow. Price is reasonable for the quantity they serve. They have valet parking. Overall a good place to have dinner with friends and family. Make sure to visit during weekdays so that you can enjoy the food.

We had chicken tikka roll, mutton ribs manthi, Chicken Barbaque platter and Kunafa. Taste can be better for the cost of the food. Waiting time is more and the service is good. Parking is available. The ambience is good. Party hall is also available.

Been there for team lunch, ordered lots of veg and non veg food. Veg one were sub par except a few . I was happy with non veg ones. Mandi with Ran was the show stealer, moist mutton was heavenly. Fish finger was perfect and the attu kal soup was great. Taking 2 star away for veg food disappointment and price being on higher end.

Very recently on Diwali Night,walked in for dinner at Palmshore. It had 50% occupancy at 8pm n by 9pm it was full with Bigger tables like 10plus seater n Group seating all occupied. Now this what I ordered Chicken barbeque Mandi Medium, Chicken shwarma, mohito n sweet Dish Kunaafa. Mandi Medium is filling even 2 people can't finish it till the end. Starter Shwarma was delicious prepared in softest roti was yummy cut into pieces n served. Kunaafa was absolutely must have sweet dish,so delicious prepared. I recommend Palmshore as all my dish were absolutely very well prepared as my tummy was full n iam happy in the end.

Overall good ambiance and descent good. afgani chicken BBQ was not tender nor creamy it was very dry and hard except that we had a descent food

Food are good with good atmosphere, affordable pricing. Especially desserts are awesome. Passion Mango is a blast 🔥 Must try. Soups are a bit mediocre. Starters are well cooked and main course are nice. 8k for 9 people.
