Bad customer experience. Billed product and added perfume mentioning it's coming along with the product. Did not mention the price when asked. Does not give reply if asked any offers are available.If checked about online products, they mentioned as low price items and they are not available here. "Only certain models are available" is what a customer would like to hear or accept. Sorry to say but they are rude! and I feel scammed. Not going to the store again. And there is no such 3+1 offer. There is only per product discount. There are selling more products by saying 3+1 offer or 5+2 offers.. Over all zivame stores are selling products by telling the same. Fraud store.

Worst and worst shop , keep on changing delivery date , Pl don’t buy on this shop , waste and poor quality and poor service

The store helper fooled me yesterday to buy more than required products. Yesterday I went to the store and the helper told me that there was buy 2 get 1 offer. I picked the products as per that. Later, while I was trying she told me that there is buy 3 get 2 offer and when we asked her about 1st offer she told that it is not there. In the end while billing, she told that there is buy 3 get 1. The offer just keeps on changing, when I clearly asked her to check the system. The biggest flaw is that there is no display regarding the offers and the customers wouldn't know unless the helper tells them the offer which is easy to fool. Soon after I paid the bill, another customer walked in and she told the customer that there is buy 4 get 1 offer. She clearly tricked us into buying more products and kept changing offers based on the customers. PATHETIC!! If the customer service has seen this comment then please take action.

The manager at the store thinks that people easy to fool. I have chosen two products to buy but that lady given me wrong info abt the offers said that we hve buy 2 get 1 offer. I got doubt ABT it and when I questioned her back she told no there is no such other offers. When i opened the app to check about the offer then she told that we have other offers as well. It's a dissapointing. They don't even have proper collection.

My first time experience with Zivame - When i walked into the store, i honestly wasn't sure what to pick or how to choose among the wide options. Very comfortable shopping here as the staff was very helpful. There was a buy 2 get 1 free offer and who doesn't love that!!! We got two soft nighties and a bra. This was the first time I shopped in-store otherwise I'm normally an online Zivame customer.
