The Mindspace is located at Hyderabad Information Technology Engineering Consultancy City also called as HITEC city. An Affluent neighbourhood in the whole city. It is a bustling and highly lit place in the city with numerous MNC's like IBM, Qualcomm, Deloitte, Cognizant and Ascendas IT Park. Since covid-19, this place is less crowded as IT Employees are required to work from home. The walk over bridge connects from Metro to all the companies. (Under constuction👷🚜 2021) Three Gates (A, B, C) for entrance with Gate A as the main Entrance which is on the Raidurg Synchrony Metro side. Hotel Westin and some cafés are near the B gate. Various iconic places like Ikea, Inorbit Mall, Hotel ITC Kohinoor, Durgam Cheruvu are located at a stone's throw away. It is highly secured with good maintenance and sign boards. A must visit. Very peaceful place, excellent infrastructure, good maintenance of cleanliness and greenery, while going to office in morning(if time is there) and returning from office in the evening time I always want to sit there and spend atleast 15 minutes

Mindspace has good environment and the better atmosphere than other it park and the sustainable design of overall buildings and the new eco-friendly building design and universal design and near to metro station and location in heart of the city . Good landscape gives people to have good time in the campus and Skywalk is dynamic which make easy to see all the buildings a day access the office building easy and safe . And the round -a-bouts in the road intersection inside are truly magical and eye capturing. There so much more . Iam just tried to type 😄😅.

I feel this IT park is neglected and lacks maintainance. The roads here are a mess these days. I work at building number 20 in this IT park. Employees have parking facilities in their respective working buildings. The place becomes crowded and a traffic jungle during the office timings. It almost takes 10 to 15 minutes to come out of this traffic jungle during peak hours (between 8 to 9 pm). There are no shuttle facilities in to the IT park. People who use public transport have to walk about 1 km to reach their work locations from the main road(main gate).

The location is all about it industries and new era for the youngsters this place everytime crowded and always people walk around in this place for jobs and for the new life that they want to start. One of the best ecological places! Perfect setting panned for an IT park. Apart from the buildings and companies, the maintainance of footpaths, the walkways, the wide range of so many trees 🌴, roads and the cleanliness here is commendable. The park is a great place to have a nice evening/ early morning walk of 3kms from end to end.

I have been working there for the last three years in one of the MNC'S. The architecture is really awesome and roads were well built. Nice footpaths for the pedestrians. If we have food courts inside the tech park with moderate prices it will be excellent. Overall I am very satisfied with the building architecture, environment and nearby metro station which is Rayadurg who can easily travel to anywhere in the city premises.

Just another corporate concrete jungle, located around some prime places of the city (IKEA, biodiversity park, T Hub just to name a few). Constitutes of many corporate offices which are usually recognised by the building numbers once entered. As it's an SEZ, area is under surveillance. The only con I could say is there are no local eateries in the nearby premises once we enter the IT park, one has to rely on office canteens or home food.

The sky-walk bridges and the atmosphere is looking great. The greenery and the roads are neat and clean, it's like a foreign country 😅 for guys like me. Recommended for photoshoot
