Unorganized, staff are arrogant and ill-informed.. Staff was busy gossiping and on asking for details on products they were clueless .store manager is requested to check the CCTV about their activities. More then being helping to parents they were pain themselves.

Hamleys offers great collection of toys and accessories for kids of all ages. This particular store is on the 4th floor ( food court level) and is spread over a large area. There are ample staff to guide you and answer your queries. The store has a huge collection and is nicely arranged. The quality / build if the products are also good. Most of the products are made in china though. In terms if price, for certain items it seemed reasonable, however for others (e.g. soft toys), it is on the higher side. Overall, a good place to shop for gifts for kids.

The store has very limited number of items and the sales persons are so irresponsible. I asked them to show a toy how it works and then he jumped from there. They even don't know how the toys works or which toys are suitable for 5-8 years. Billing section guy is also so arrogant and supports salesman. I don't have time,so i bought a truck worth 3k here itself.Need lot of improvements.

It's nice, went here looking for school bags. The characters, design and build quality is good however they didn't have the correct size stock in hand. So i had to place purchase online. If these people can integrate online and offline pickup it would get 5 star rating from me. Staff were helpful.

Hamleys is a children's paradise!!!! They even get to play with them. Located on floor are Hamleys' employees either demonstrating or playing with TOYS!! The store is pricey and yes some of these toys a available on online websites cheaper but the sheer enjoyment of seeing kids get excited cause they've never seen or played with some of these things was worth the visit. The whole place was exciting and we recommend a stop here to break up the boring stuff that we drag our kids too. However if your kid tends to get over stimulated or can't handle not getting everything they want then I would think twice...

Hamley 300 years old brand and unique in puzzle, board games. But this brand is very expensive and even you can find hot wheels products as well. Request you to visit once to get better idea, hope you like all but you take step ahead to buy

Hamleys is located in Sharat Captial City Mall on the 4th level and it is a very large space. There are a very huge variety of toys like soft toys, Figures,Board games,dolls,RC cars and more.. The prices are very high compared to the market but if you like Hamleys you're the place to be if you have any requirement of toys for any occasion this is the place to be.

The legacy of the toy maker which has over 150 years is in shambles. There is no proper customer service and the toy quality has dropped. Most of the products are stolen and the cases are empty. Expected better results from the store since it was bought by Reliance group. Hope the store come back to its original shape.

We went to the Hamleys play area for kids. It was nicely set up for small kids. They enjoyed it a lot. Staff was although a bit of non flexible they should consider parents requests and handle the kids in a more friendly manner. For twins there is no provision as they restricted only one parent should be there to handle kids which was difficult, else it was a good time for kids.

Good place to explore available toys! They have a good collection. Staff sometimes seems disinterested.

Hamleys have opened their new store in Sarath city capital mall.. The quality of the toys are really good and they have a wide range in books as well .. The entire store is very colourful with cars, bikes, soft toys and lot more... All the racks are in the of bus and they have a small seating area where they can sit and read the books and play with toys ... They have a mirror maze inside the store itself.. kids get attracted towards it 😍 Rating :4🌟

Low quality overpriced products. Both Bubble Gun and Fishing game stopped working after warranty period of 6 months. When I visited the store they said they can't repair the toys. They gave the number of an external vendor, even he said he can't repair the same. Don't waste your money on these products.

They are simply looting customers taking 500 for the membership fee .. they promised to give 20% discount on bday month and when we visited the store today they bluntly denied any discount ... When further questioned they gave an excuse discount is only for 1-2 brands of toys not all.. pathetic business strategy... Never visiting the store again

Big name with such a cheat full product yet they are no way approachable until you get back to their store. What if someone is visiting from a way too far distance. Being big brand means an appropriate and professional service provider at first place which they lack. Very disappointed…!

Bought a military truck that costed me 600 rupees which didn’t last a single day. The sound stopped after 30mins..the wheels jammed and the truck was not going forward. Very cheap quality plastic. The product said made in India and China made products are better quality. Didn’t expect hamleys to sell such cheap quality stuff. Very disappointed with the product.
