One of the best in Pune...!!! The service here is excellent. Though everyone is wearing a mask, you still can see the smile in the way each one interacts with you. The service is fast. I had their breakfast and lunch buffet, the options, the quality of each item is the best! The presentation of the buffet, the freshness of each item is mouth watering. The dining area is spacious, with a very spacious and glamorous. The view is even more spectacular, with beautiful natural sunlight coming in. Even their washrooms/restrooms/CR is spotless and well kept. Can't wait for my next visit.

Visited this place for event.. as soon as you enter the premises, you meet the polite and courteous staff... Precious ballrooms for events.. neat and clean well maintained. Food quality is also super good compared to other star hotels. Serving staff is very polite and courteous.

Just cos of owners are strong, the GM feels their staff can be arrogant to everyone. Pls be down to earth we are in India... land of hospitality. Just cos of brand don't misbehave. Thank you

Good food and extremely fantastic service. You will find Indian menu but its for westerners. I tried almost everything from the buffet that I could relate to, but no success. Every thing was just right but spice and the heat was missing. For experiencing top-notch service you should have Ritz-Carlton at the top of your list.

The great travel advise and free information provided by the travel counter and they organized our Agra Tour I m very happy with them, very nice and driver arranged by them. Food was very good and the Best part of this place is its roof top garden and restaurant which is very beautiful place specially at the night. The staff was very helpful and co-operative. Most luxurious stay so far. Grand hotel. Delicious food! To elaborate, I had attended my friend's wedding here. I was impressed with the grandeur as soon as I entered the hotel. Sanitization and cleanliness was upto the mark and the hotel was shining top to bottom. Even The basic rooms were so luxurious, complete with a walk in wardrobe, OLED TV and all sorts of premium toiletries. Every meal was filled with variety and flavour, especially the breakfast that would cheer you up for the rest of the day. Thank you, Ritz Carlton for making this wedding a memorable one.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a remarkable restaurant that took my culinary experience to new heights. Nestled amidst hectic city life, this hidden gem boasted an open-to-sky dining table that transformed an ordinary meal into an extraordinary feast. The enchanting combination of delectable cuisine and the perfect weather made for an unforgettable evening. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was captivated by the inviting ambiance. The open-air seating area was beautifully adorned with lush greenery, creating a tranquil and refreshing atmosphere. The centerpiece was undoubtedly the open-to-sky table, strategically placed to offer an unobstructed view of the sky above and the city skyline. The weather played a pivotal role in enhancing the entire experience. On the evening of my visit, the sky was painted with constellations .The soft glow of twilight enveloped the space, creating an enchanting and romantic ambiance. It was a picture-perfect setting for a special occasion or an intimate dinner. But it wasn't just the ambiance that stole the show. The menu offered a tantalizing array of culinary delights, each crafted with precision and passion. From the first bite to the last, the flavors danced on my palate, showcasing the chef's mastery of the culinary arts. The dishes were beautifully presented, further enhancing the visual feast before me. The attentive staff added to the overall experience. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. Their knowledge of the menu and their willingness to accommodate special requests added a personal touch to the dining experience.

The best hotel I've seen in pune! The hall they have is just superb and very well decorated! About the lobby, it is just British feel! The rooms, They actually have those vintage British feels in all the rooms. Even the things inside the room like switch board, coffee machine, utensils, etc are vintage based! They've maintain the decor and the ambience of the place very well!

Breathtaking property.. great location and also great views. The hospitality was good, as can be expected from a Ritz. Very elaborate menus, especially for Breakfast and the buffet at Three Kitchens. Unfortunately the pool was closed, I believe due to the Covid situation.

The Ritz Carlton has a sense of opulence and grandeur that you experience as soon as soon as you go in. We tried their Lunch buffet at the Three Kitchens Restaurant. Itโ€™s an interesting concept wherein there are 4 separate rooms where guests can be seated. Each of these rooms serve themed cuisine food. One is Indian, the other oriental, one European and Continental and one is decorated to deserts. Itโ€™s fun to navigate across rooms and try different cuisines. There is also a room dedicated to salads and cold cuts. There is also a well stocked Bar. Food was just about okay. Some dishes were divine and some just about average. Lack of consistency in the food taste meant that you left with an average impression of the food. The deserts though were phenomenal. The waffles there were absolutely stunning!! There was a great variety on the menu for food and deserts which meant there was something to keep everyone happy. Itโ€™ll be wise to pick your table near the cuisine you are most comfortable with and enjoy eating to avoid just walking up and down. They also have a private dining area which one can book to celebrate special occasions or for that extra privacy. Prior reservation is recommended to ensure you get a table. Staff is very courteous and efficient. Some of the trainee staff couldnโ€™t answer the food queries posed. All in all a good experience. Give it a try!

Complete luxury experience! We had gifted 1 day post wedding stay to my brother in law. The experience and review shared by him was very positive! As a special treatment they got their wedding cake and room was also decorated.....which was surprise as we had not requested it! Food also very good. Overall very pleasant experience.

We went to eat their in their buffet restaurant. The spread is amazing with different types of cuisines, salads and desserts. Especially the snacks like melon chat was lip smacking.Vegetabkes in the main course could have been better but overall it was still an amazing experience and worth trying again, although cost is definitely on the higher side.

This hotel is been my personal favourite for itโ€™s service, the food and the ambiance. The only negative is location (though the rooms face towards either business hub or golf course) so not a bad view for travellers. Food options (restaurants) are good, unfortunately 5 out of 6 times the in-house club was closed. Have been there for long stays, dinner and an event. Amazing experience! Must visit..

Their Buffet is amazing! They serve an amazingly delicious spread which makes you fall in love with food again. A variety of Salad, Asian Cuisine, India Cuisine and Continental Cuisine. I wished I had two tummies so I could eat it all. The deserts were great too! And to gulp it all down one good cup of coffee. Amazing experience. Must Visit.

I don't think any of these 4-5 star hotels deserve more rating than this as they charge humongous amounts but deliver very little. -Yes, the location is okay, property is not too old but everything else was ordinary about this hotel. -Food as well as the spread were just okay in their ground floor restaurant. You can find many restaurants nearby who do a better job than this one. Will not be visiting again.

We had a team dinner at three kitchens at Ritz-Carlton. They greeted us nicely as we entered. The lobby felt royal. Food was okay and had lots of options. However the major letdown that I personally felt was their service. Although it was a buffet the waitress was quite arrogant in her behaviour while serving. To me it seemed like they were biased when serving foreigners. Also I had to ask for a spoon and water every time and wait for like 5 minutes.

We decided to stay here with my wife and celebrate our anniversary. There is nothing to complain, everything was amazing, and I have to say, that it could not be better. Our room was super comfy with nice view to the golf yard, very comfortable bed and amazing bathroom with rain shower. Morning breakfast is fantastic, all stuff members were super friendly and very helpful. Massages are phenomenal in very nicely decorated rooms. The hotel itself is expensive, but you will get what you pay for. Highly recommended from my side to stay here :) Definitely the best hotel which I have ever been.

It my familyโ€™s and my favourite hotel in all India (maybe in the whole world) of the same calibre. The staff is so friendly and the quality meets the expectations. Is a luxurious yet a peaceful chill environment. I highly recommend and thank everyone of the staff for serving us in each visit.

This review does not have to do with the property but for the service received when trying to clarify my booking. I called the reservations and customer support line and was told 3 times that a manager would get back to me to help clarify my booking (whether 3 adults could comfortable stay in a double queen room - as would be typical at other Ritz properties). The manager has not called me back. For a Marriott property and that too the Ritz (where Iโ€™ve stayed before on trips elsewhere), I expect far more in terms of service. Iโ€™ve gone ahead an cancelled my booking and instead plan to stay at a Hyatt property.

I recently got a chance to visit here. The food quality was tasty. I enjoyed veg cuisine. It was a buffet as we were attending one program. The starters, main course and dessert were all nice. I liked kofta curry for the first time in my life! It's a spacious hotel. The ambience and lights are all good!

I went for my anniversary celebration and it was worth it...if you want to go top floor then don't go with kids, it's not allowed. Food quality is good. They gave us surprise cake for our anniversary which was really unexpected.

Went to three kitchens for the Christmas eve dinner with my family. The grandeur of the hotel and the amazing Christmas decor set the mood for the evening. As we checked out the buffet spread we were super excited to taste all the Christmas specialities as well as enjoy the live music and the Christmas vibes. To our utter disappointment the live jazz music started only around 9pm that too outdoors giving us no feel of Christmas. Mind you when I booked the table I had asked for a recommendation accordingly but was advised against it and that the table near the buffet was the best choice. Adding to our disappointment was the poor and slow service in terms of clearing the table or even sending the food as ordered to our table. Again the restaurant wasn't even so busy that we could understand the situation and expect a delay which as per my previous experience at 5 stars was just not upto the mark. Finally the pasta we ordered was clean forgotten about , table number asked multiple times yet we were left with a poor experience. Food was good and the Christmas spread and mulled wine decent enough as expected of any 5 star on an occasion like this. However it was all cold quickly and refilling of items that were over was not done promptly so we ended up eating cold food or none at all from the menu that we couldn't find refilled. Absolutely not worth the money and brand name. Would not recommend nor would visit again!

One of the best hotel club lounges I have ever been to. Service was class apart. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience for the guests. Special shout-outs to Prescilla, Toffik and Abhishek for amazing service at the club lounge. The staff gave us a really special welcome cake for our mini honeymoon staycation. Spa was super relaxing.

Great example of a Ritz carlton hotel. Decor spot on and atmosphere great. However, the service just missing the mark. Some areas are over top too many questions about if you are ok. Especially at breakfast. Other areas like turn down service, is missing the usual chocolates on the pillows and the local weather report cards like in some other Ritz carlton hotels.

Excellent hotel, super decor very good and spacious room, it has 3 restaurants one Japanese itโ€™s very good and authentic must try is a roof top restaurant Asmana super Indian food and outdoor drink place is very good. About breakfast I would like Managment to keep on eye as I had a very bad experience, I ordered coffee in which milk was spoiled so was highly disappointed, second thing I saw lots small flies on top of some fruits, how this kind of negligible Managment can be of such standard hotel ?

This hotel embodies the name Ritz Carlton. The rooms are immaculate and the service is outstanding. Breakfast is a blend of local and western culture selections. Will absolutely stay here again

Went for buffet brunch with friends. Although the food is good, some of the items in the spread are exquisite, only if you like that kind of cuisine. If having Indian, try their succulent Raan. The dimsums with thin rice based coating are good too. Salad and dessert spread is amazing. Their paani puri is good. Fish fry - ask them for making it well done, then itโ€™s good. Rest is usual that you can expect from 3 styles of cuisine together. Try and take a well lit corner in the restaurant towards the lobby or dessert counter. Did not have the liquor package - otherwise their wines are good. Have tried it earlier. They make cocktails also as per the menu for drinks. Otherwise mocktails. Use Marriott account to accumulate points on spend.

Had booked the premier suite room for 2 nights. The cooling in the room 1601 is a disaster as the capacity of the Aircon is too less. They shifted me to another room after a day but even that was the same. The hotel front desk managers had to say as the rooms have glass windows so cause of the sun the air conditioner is unable to cool the room so u have to wait for the night to get the cooling ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ. My entire huge amount of money was a waste and there was no meaning of fighting with them useless. 0 out o 10 to the suite rooms Spa Had booked a massage male therapist who was assigned for me He Was trying to hard to act professional but. ....... It was like I had booked a chauffer of a luxurious car and what I got was a local taxi driver. ๐Ÿ˜Š he was basically a gym trainer I think who the hotel spa guys have been using as Stepney. But they shd not do it at my cost. It was non ethical I don't accept all this manipulations from Ritz Carlton group of hotels. Won't ever visit this property.

One of the best hospitality and services by each staff of The Ritz- Carlton. Great food and amazing taste - I would be appropriate to say classic taste as compared to many other 5 & 5+ star properties. Would love to visit them again whenever gets a chance. Keep up the great work team.

A wonderful experience at this hotel. Of course it is a 5 star hotel so the standards of judgement are high. Still in my limited experience of these high end properties, this had a very opulent aesthetic, beautiful art, classy lounge, a good culinary experience and a wonderful service. The food I had at the room service and at the rooftop Aasmana restaurant was pretty good. Enjoyed the relaxing and luxurious stay.

The ambience and the level of service were superb. We had a club- level room on the 15th floor, with a golf course view. The bed and the pillows were soft and o-so comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, the dressing roomโ€™s wood paneling was so gorgeous. We had breakfast and cocktail hour at Three Kitchens every day- amazing food and very attentive service. Manisha insisted on bringing everything to me at my table. The outdoors are very pretty too!!!

Luxury speaks for itself ! Memorable birthday staycation at The Ritz Carlton. Topnotch service from the Ritz staff. Genuinely Cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable staff As you enter the first thing that catches your eyes is the huge chandelier that takes you to another era. As we waited at the lobby area for check-in i could not stop myself from grabbing a book to read and capturing every nook and corner of the decor. Smooth transition from lobby to room and dinning. Room was decorated with balloons ๐ŸŽˆ, teepee tent โ›บ and a birthday cake for my son. Beautiful view of the golf course, best view from my room. Scavenger hunt along with chef crafted pizza making were some of the planned activities. The hotel is near the pune Golf course on Airport road and close to Phoenix mall for some shopping. Three Kitchens (Indian, Asian and Western). Sunday brunch at its best, don't forget to get a reservation. Ritz Carlton Tea lounge ๐Ÿต for an experience of having chai during the British Raj. ALTA VIDA at the pool area was shut due to covid restrictions but you can still take a walk and sit at the gazebo. . UKIYO - Japanese restaurant for a taste of sushi. Recommend dishes Crisp Shitake Salad, Prawn tempura, Matchamisu for desert and nama chocolate ๐Ÿซ if you are a fan of dark chocolate. Yakuza ๐Ÿธfor a drink (mafia drink). We had such a good time that my kids did not want to leave.

I had been to dine at their multi-cuisine restaurant with my Husband. Made a prior reservation for dinner, informing them about my dietary allergies (gluten and lactose intolerance). From the moment we arrived, we felt warm and positive. The hotelโ€™s ambience is breathtaking. The food was delicious, and literally made our souls delighted. We were served gluten free bread, asparagus soup, and juicy grilled chicken! Thank you chef Narendra for these delectable treats! Thank you to the entire staff, including Nikhil, who attended to our table that evening with a positive, warm attitude! I did not stay at this hotel and cannot comment on the rooms but the lunch buffet is absolutely fantastic. Lots of variety and fresh food, probably the best I've had in Pune. I enjoyed almost every item I ate and found it to be of high quality, which is typically rare in buffet.

The Ritz Carlton Pune is simply one of the top hotels in the country, and is worthy of a spot in one of the top destinations in the world. The welcome greeting on arrival from their staff was warm and friendly. They were quick in finding a room for me, and they were super cordial. This place is spotless, clean, stunning! Brand spanking new and maintained to the highest standards imaginable. The towels and linens are soft, cozy, and truly luscious - no longer can you find such quality elsewhere. Takes me back to the Ritz properties in DC, and HalfmoonBay. Looking forward to dinner at their rooftop bar, am sure it will be spectacular! This is truly a sanctuary.

The hotel is absolutely the best in quality and standard. The dining experience right from breakfast to drinks in the lounge was fabulous. But what sets the hotel apart is the service. They have one of the best teams in the hospitality industry in the world. It looks like every member of the staff enjoys doing what they are doing right from housekeeping, front office staff, F&B staff, etc. It was a memorable experience. Myna and Rakhee went out of their way to make the stay even more memorable for our entire family. Amazing experience.

The location of the hotel took away most of the charm but once you are inside the hotel premises, it is all luxury. All new interiors and really tall lobby ceiling with huge chandeliers gives the real hotel feeling. The rooms are good with antique style tap fittings. Service is prompt and you.ll find someone assisting you always whenever needed, let it be in lobby, restaurant or anywhere else.

  • 5/5 Abhinav S. 1 year ago on Google
I was there first time for a work dinner. Interiors are stunning. Food was great and so was the service. I haven't stayed here, was there just for a couple of hours. So this is based on whatever that's worth. Good to have this sort of experience in Pune. Don't forget there's just crazy traffic on the road it's on, specially during rush hour. So plan accordingly for your appointments.
