Prices are somewhat higher but quality compensate for that. Staff is very helpful and display of products is very good. They accept payment through electronic mode also.

Don’t waste your precious time in decathlon Amritsar . Do not go there . They won’t allow Table tennis trials whereas all the other branches has the facility to try the sports. Staff here is also rude. It was a bit surprise when one of the staff told us the trials are not allowed in decathlon. Is it so?

Very Bad service, got rusty with in one year and within warrenty but neither handle replaced not repaired. Denied as guaranteed at the time of purchase. So not recommended to purchase. The environment is the same as the other outlets of decathlon.All types of sports products are available here. There is a self billing desk here like I saw in the Zirakpur outlet.The quality of the products are very nice.The parking space is also very huge as the store is located in VR Mall . Hiking and tracking equipment are available here . With all the accessories of different sports like swimming, Boxing, Basketball, Cricket,Tenis , volleyball and all other outdoor and indoor activities.

Worst place and extremely terrible service. I have never seen such unprofessional customer service. Products were displayed at wrong price and staff guided us wrong aswell. When went to counter for check out they increased the price and told us the price is RS 1699 even though advertised price was RS1299. We still agreed to pay the price full but they still charged us wrong price and asked us to pay, then they were not able to reverse the money and asked us to pay again and refund will come after 30 days. Terrible terrible service. Please do not visit this store. Store manager and staff is immature and unprofessional. Store manager does not know what he is doing. He needs to be trained in the right way. Disgusting experience

Decathlon is a best place for sport enthusiasts. I have visited the place many times and the shopping experience is always amazing. The whole staff is also very helpful.

Place is good. It has the variety and quality of articles is also good. Only thing I did not like is waiting line while billing. It took me appx 10 mins for payment of the items (it was a Sunday, don't know about other days).

The store of the Decathlon is nyc .But the workers using the rough language during the replacement of their product as well as the products are too rubish and damaged in just months .So I recommended to use sega shoes inspite of the using Decathlon shoes .

Always a good experience. This time it was better. The staff was very polite and was immediately available to help. Though their sports shoes are not the best option for the given price range, their sports wear and other accessories are worth the money. They have different sections like hiking, tennis, badminton, yoga, gym, horse riding, cricket etc. This gives you the liberty to walk around and cater to the specific needs.
