Seethapalem
beach
It
is
one
of
the
most
serene
beaches
i
have
seen
in
the
vizag
area.
Coming
from
andamans,
i
can
tell
you,
the
area
reminds
me
of
andamans,
chidyatapu.
If
you
haven't,
don't
worry,
make
sure
you
visit
this
beach.
From
vizag
city
it's
50km,
make
sure
you
go
via
the
steel
plant
area.
I
added
this
pitstop
on
the
way
back
from
the
sarugudu
waterfall.
From
sarugudu
it
is
100km
to
this
beach.
Most
eateries,
local
ones
the
better
ones
are
shut
on
sunday.
The
commercial
ones
you
may
find
are
open
selling
briyani
and
fried
rice.
Frankly,
i
stay
away
from
both
of
them.
So,
yes
i
was
hungry
until
I
reached
the
city
back.
The
road
is
being
constructed
and
the
final
10-15km
is
in
a
bad
shape.
The
area
is
crowded
and
has
very
minimal
parking.
We
found
only
one
ice
cream
vendor,
no
shops
with
juice/
water
or
even
coconut
water.
The
area
is
more
of
a
party
hub,
where
you
will
find
people
playing
loud
music
and
trash
piled
up
everywhere.
There
is
one
km
walk
from
the
parking
area
to
the
beach
front.
The
sea
enters
inside
from
a
mouth
and
goes
to
a
village.
On
either
side
of
the
mouth
you
have
a
beach.
It
is
advisable
to
enter
the
mouth
only
during
low
tide.
There
is
a
police
post
at
the
mouth
itself.
There
are
three
main
hills
there,
all
can
be
walked
to
the
top.
Enter
the
water
with
caution.
There
are
few
huts
made
at
various
areas
of
the
beach.
There
is
no
shower
or
washroom
facility.
In
the
day,despite
winters
it
can
get
very
hot.
The
top
part
of
the
main
hill
has
a
snake
plant,
a
huge
bush
of
them.
From
the
top
of
the
hill,
you
can
see
a
clear
view
of
the
light
house
(pudimadaka).
Avoid
trying
to
pull
your
2/4
wheeler
on
loose
sand,
it
is
not
worth
it.
Do
not
collect
shells
,
they
are
someone's
home.
I
am
rating
this
location
for
its
view
only.
For
its
cleanliness
there
can
be
a
rating
given
only
below
zero.
Try
not
to
walk
in
chappal
on
the
hill,
loose
soil
or
pebble
can
result
in
slipping.
There
are
few
caves,you
can
ask
locals
around.
Try
to
attempt
reaching
these
caves
in
low
tide(
i.e.
when
water
is
receding
or
already
recded)
