First of all there is no enough parking outside the hospital, neither hospital have their own parking. They are into baby delivery and mother care while pregnancy. Bad Location for hospital as this is residencial area not sure who give permission to open hospital in their house. Less facilities and hyegeinic, very high price and seems like they are always prefer to do sugerian not normal delivery. Very bad experience, doctors are money minded. Staff are rudes. The incidents is I took emergency number by paying double amount of money. And they said to wait. After half an hour of waiting I asked about my turn and emergency facilities.The receptionist and assistant doctor behaves rudely and telling me to go after waiting half an hour. Receptionist is uneducated and don't know how to talk and behave with patients and visiter. Junior doctor behaves rudely sometimes they forgets that they are the doctors and work in private hospitals. Where main motive is to hospitality first.

My overall experience in this hospital is neutral , guidance and treatment related to pregnancy problem were satisfactory as we got results even before completion of treatment ,One thing which create doubt in our mind is that we got information from other that they forced for cesarian delivery instead of normal and same was happened ,we are blessed with baby girl through cesarian delivery both the mother and baby girl are healthy , my recommendation for the doctors of this hospital is kindly overcome with this feedback because it creates negative marketing for you , Just for few profits you are getting negative feedback which will definitely hamper your overall profit if all these are correct . Overall we are happy because the only thing matter is good health for both mother and baby .

Ugly people who are just sitting to fool the uneducated people around, as educated people wound never visit them again….these kind of clinics should be closed by the administration on immediate basis, their degrees and willingness to run the hospital must be scrutinised..they ask people to get the blood tests done and then not willing to check reports on phone or provide their availability. Vohra couple, you guys may be good but, since your failed to manage this facility in a good way, better close it and work for some other hospital.

Rude staff and fir appointment they will give you 4 numbers to dial which they will not answer till 10AM, and when at 10 AM when you will ask for appointment their answer will be appointment full and you have to take appointment in emergency by paying double fee or some other doct will See the patient at 6PM, doing it just to double charge you 1200rs for their appointment. And 1000 extra for treatment in so called emergency. What a shame. Dr vohra should look into the matter or it can ruine the image of this nursing home.

Fully money minded. Full Tax saving chal rha hai as they don't give you any reciept of appointment or Medicine. They only keep it in their Notebook. You don't have any proof of your purchase from them. Appointment fee is 600rs and VIP pass is of 1200rs and treatment in VIP pass extra 1000rs, it means if someone take VIP pass in name of emergency they have to pay 1000rs more on top of it if nurses or doctor have to do some hardwork. 🤣🤣🤣 what a business plan. They give patient numbers to book appointment but it always remain busy even till 9:30AM so wait for your turn for atleast more then 4 hr once or or their best shot VIP pasa, pay extra for it.

The doctor is good but the staff members working there are absolutely rubbish?

No proper Management. When there is token system still we have to wait for long hours They tell me to come at 10 am and my number comes at 1 pm So unhappy with that 😞

When doc & his staff start lossing the code of medical ethics and just focus on money as a dacoit then it really hurts common people because due to such docs the noble profession is getting tainted... God Bless 🙏

Their receptionist is so rude she doesn't know how to talk the male doctor is good and give effective medicine but it's too expensive and nature is good but I think they must guide their staff how to talk to others.

The doctor is not professional and punctual at all. They give you an appointment and the time and then consult you after 1 and half hour atleast. Also the staff is extremely rude.

One the best Child care hospital I have seen in Recent times in Dehradun..Finest Doctors round the clock especially the duty doctors at night were so humble and caring ,that eventually took over my worries for my daughters..Both my Daughters Samaira and Aayra were exceptionally taken care well by the Doctors,Given the wonderful treatment I am very thankful to them..At last Dr.Vohra finest Gem in paediatric care has to be appreciated for taking care of my ward and Maintaining a very high standard in all medical aspects..Would Definitely Recommend him..

One of the worst staff ever and management is so lagging behind, They don’t know how to do work properly I don’t know why owner put that’s kind of staff. The only reason why hospital is running that Goodwill of Doctor Sunil Vohra. He was very soft spoken person and well educated Doctor got 10/10.

I have two experience here one with wife and another with chid. Doctors are great. Medicine they recommend works fine. Few staff are very polite and professional but some are not. Only complaint i have is the waiting time if we don't go throw emergency. So better prepare yourself before going in.

ONLINE APPOINTMENT SERVICE VERY POOR If hospital have Online appointment, why they are not taking online appointment. (If they are not able to manage online appointment service please stop) If trying call to hospital for any enquiry or booking,Reception phone always Ringing but no one answer the call, if by mistakenly someone attend phone call and speaking very poor language and they don't have correct reply. It's one of the best hospital in Premnagar, facilities are awesome. Dr. Mukta Vohra is god to me and my baby. She is always available whenever needed, even during this pandemic.
