Worst service fully un-professional behaviour. Even they are super lazy more than government staff. I have given my vehicle for Insurance claims and its more than 20 days no one is taking any responsibility .

Very bad experience. My car's headlight damaged at Vasu Arjun Hyundai service centre during Mechanical work in my car. They denied to give any compensation and also denied to give any remedy of this happens.

There is too much Mismanagement here service is quite ok few mechanics are good but over all process in servicing is too much time taking.

It was pathetic. Step 1: After entering there area (reception), no one is take caring. You need to approach for your car servicing. Step 2: Even if you will come first, you are not sure that which number is your. No numbering system. Step 3: Assigned representative is not so communicative. He is not updating that when the service is completed. Step 4: After finishing the service, no one came for gave you final inspection. Even there are lots of issues on there service. If there were an option of 0 rating , I do give 0. Zero for cooperation and minus for staff behaviour specially for their work shop General manger who behave rudely with costumers. They dont value time . I would suggest if you have plenty of time for wasting then visit here .

Went to hundai moradabad first no salseman came to attend then i called a guy inwish to see creta,i took keys entered in demo car i tried to start but agaent said batry down, wil change i waited for 45 min but no one came to start the vehicle. Then i asked i need verna test drive ageent said sorry its not available.i asked when can i see vehicle answer was i dont know sir. So this was the review of vasu hundai moradabad.
