Completed 2 years of stay here. Excellent upkeep, like minded neighbors and decent facilities. No one to step on your toes, not crowded, people give space to each other and helpful when needed.

Like nearly 1500 families. all basic facilities, a good environment, plenty of space for kids' playgrounds, a garden, and training instructors for outdoor games. Flats are 3BHK and 4BHK decent quality materials used by builder & sufficient ventilation and fire alarms. 2 parking car spaces, Security is next level. Maintenance is excellent, of water, electricity, hospitality neat & clearance corridor and generator zero compromise in quality...

This place is one of the many communities in neighborhood with AIR POLLUTION issues (strong chemical smell). Please checkout news articles and video coverage report about the pollution in nearby Aparna ventures in Nallagandla area available in youtube. The pollution is due to the nearby IDA(Industrial areas). Living here would be like self inviting various pollution linked illness and also will cut down your lifespan. Please consider this and choose wisely.

Aparna's first and best till date. Sarovar is such a vibrant community with so many amenities which you'll never get over with. I came here in Nov'18 and loved every day since then! Gym, swimming, basket ball, tennis, walking path to mame a few, Sarovar is 70% greenery and the best place for people of any ages.. I strongly recommend to come see it to believe it.

One of the oldest and a complete gated housing community in West Hyderabad.

I've never seen such a poor planning housing complex with inappropriate placement of columns and exposed beams. But the overall planning with lush landscaping was good, apart from interior planning

Good and well maintained community.... When this was initially built , this was the only big committee 8 years ago... But now many other societies are built around. This is a well developed area and more and more people are shifting here. The building is constructed by a reputed company in Hyderabad. Well designed and you can find all the amenities. All in all a good place.

This is one of best layout and facilities i have seen in a gated society. Very thoughtfully designed. Constitution looks solid. I did not come across seepage. Every house has two parkings, and there is separate visitors parking - not many gated communities have this feature. Facilities for children are excellent - swimming pool, lawn tennis court, basketball court, gym and even a library. Complete gated society. Security can be better.

Huge flats, plenty of options , gym swimming pool , club , cycling tracks etc. But got disappointed when ratio of owners and undivided land for flat owner. Maintenance huge, flat rent with Maintenance almost comes 50k its very huge and middle class family will survive.

Aparna Sarovar is one of the largest co loving community. 1120 flats. All 3BHK. Huge open space.

A great apartment complex located in western Hyderabad. Location is awesome and flats here are well designed. Even though it has been over 10 years since sarovar came to being, it is still like brand new. Community here is very lively with a few events hosted every once or twice a month. Facilities like tennis courts and swimming pools are at the top of their level. The restaurant in the clubhouse here named Proxima can improve their food a bit more, but nonetheless, this is probably one of the best communities to live in west Hyderabad.
