I recently purchased lingerie in this store and that was my first ever purchase in brand's. I guess the staff name SHRAVANTHI she guided really very well and supportive inspired by their service she clarified my doubts and helps be to choose the wise one. The shop located in 3rd floor sarath city mall such a wonderful staffs and nice collections and quality best shop for women and girls worth for lleach penny. 🥰

Vijaylakshmi in the store was super helpful and made sure...i got everything I wanted in the correct sizes. Very pleasant service... reasonable price... And good offers.. They had slips for knee length dresses which were not available in jockey or enamor too. Their range is better. Good Job.

Discounts in zivame is a great steal.Shravanti helped us a lot in choosing the right sizes and also in getting good discounts.

Store owner added extra items in the bill, I was in a hurry and didn’t check the items in the bill. Actual bill amount was 6k but she made it 9k. When I came back to the store there was another person and she said that she’s not responsible for wrong bill.

I'm not satisfied with the range of items which were available here yesterday. Average level collection when compared to the collection available online on the Zivame website and app. Very limited stock was on display and it felt a bit disappointing.
