We have to work to improve our skills to suit for higher profiles. One of my known ones joined here as mechanical design engineer and then had to change to technical authoring. Basically the employee doesn't have an option to select the role of their choice. The company would be telling what roles are available and not, from time to time and change the roles of people abruptly.

Cyient is 26 years old company. Mechanical and VLSI departments are here.

It is a nice campus. Entry restricted by the ID card. New joiners can enter by showing the offer letter. The first office left to the main gate is the adminstrative office where people can get the temporary ID card. There are main two buildings Tower-1 and Tower-2. Straight farthest form the mail gate there is a square building where the common cafeteria located on the fist floor. Ground floor of the same building is for the IT department.

Good place to start your career, as a fresher, in IT field. I am currently working as an intern here. Pretty good and friendly work environment. I really like the cafeteria over there. One might face a bit struggle reaching the location.

Please don't join the CAE FEA teams in this company, they will treat you like cookie labourers esp BT FEA team. Worst managers, worst team ethics, worst team overall to have worked and to work with and to work at all. Never seen such worse teams throughput my professional career !!!!

This is a company which deals with 3rd grade manpower consultancies like CAREER AXES ENGEERING SERVICES. In this industry maximum companies knows that this consultancy is a fraud & waste consultancy, even though Cyient is dealing with them…..!. As I personally experienced that Career Axes will cheat us in such a professional way, that we have selected for Cyient and the joining date is so and so xx, after crossing that date xx they will provide another date and keep on do the same and waste our valuable time, if we try to contact Cyient HR, at least they will not provide min. info that we are selected or not. As a last hope I mailed to Head of HR (Cyient) showing all the mail references of Career Axes, even he not responded to that mail, that means it is clear that they are getting some benefit with that consultancy so they are Entertaining them....

Don't join as a fresher in cyient. It's a waste of time as a fresher in cyient. My experience with cyient is that they hired me for embedded developer engineers and given work non technical which is not related to the carrier also.

Comfortable and pleasant environment. The amenities in cyient helps the employees go stress-free.

Called me for interview but they didn't interviewed me. Felt very disappointed. But infrastructure is good.
