Immediately after power failure there phone stop responding. Then why do you have a landline connection and an electric office???

Not answering when we call for reporting any problems. If you can't process customer requests or answer customer calls, why you people are working there. Simply spoiling tax payers money as salary. Useless KSEB section I have ever seen. Intermittent power failures most of the days. The Engineers are not capable of scheduling a planned maintenance window I guess...Everyday same song... Maintenance. Maintenance.. When we can use an outage free power supply here??

It's not responding or doing work properly .. their is no electricity more than 1 day they won't do anything......

Good atmosphere The staff was very nice & had a good character

Always the phone is busy,even if there is a slight drizzle the voltage will go down or there will be no electricity, don't know what kind of work they are doing .There is no permanent fix always partial work.

Today I called KSEB for voltage problems in our place, within 10 minutes the team has come and fixed It. Thank you so much KSEB team in Dharmadam 😊
