Approximate loss due to fautly service- Rs. 35000. My father ordered dry cleaning for 2 suits and 1 blazer. The team has damaged 1 suit and 1 blazer entirely, by washing them instead. When confronted they did admit their mistake but subsequently resorted to a blame game, behaved extremely rudely with him and said that he has washed the suit and blazer (not them). He is aged 75 years and am putting the review after he told me about his experience. Sorry state of affairs. P.s. for the owner who after the review wants to make amends, invoice no. is A9576

Charge too much, it was said to me that I'll be let know if the clothes r ready to be recieved but didnt got any message even after 3 days of due date, my jacket looks fade and also i could see the stains on the neck of the jacket🙁. Also the location provided in the google map is not correct, took me half an hour to find

Worst service I have experienced. I gave 2 carpet for cleaning and the delivered carpet with all stain and full of sand . They are not professional they took 2500 . Completely waste of money and time

I got blankets, quilts and coats dry cleaned from Dry Green. The service was excellent. They smell clean and nice. They were packed very well. The prices are reasonable. We are happy and content with the service.😊

I first got my engagement lehanga the another anarkali dry cleaned from them. Both the times the garments got shrunk in size. I’m sure they’ve been using soap and water. My lehanga was made on pure raw silk that cost me Rs.2 lakhs, it lost its sheen on dry cleaning and got tight as well. Pathetic quality, won’t ever use their service again

Overcharging for shoes that I gave them for cleaning. Have not provided a proper bill which shoes the charges for each item of clothing and did not follow their delivery policy of 3 days. Further, there has been no response after multiple calls.

Had given them shirt for dry cleaning with cufflinks on which they kept in their possesion that they were to return at time of delivery. When i went to collect them, they said they had misplaced them. They was no sign of apology coming from.them. For a brand that promises customer satisfaction, they lack basic courtesy of proffessionalism. Highly dissapointed in the service provided by them.

Poor dry cleaning I gave them three blankets for dry cleaning but they didn’t clean them properly Prices are high n they don’t listen to client at all. At time of delivery they said isse yaada clean nahi hoga jo marzi kar lo 😟 Total waste of money no need to try once. Infact wash at ur home

I gave them 6 suits for drycleaning. At the time of giving they cross checked the suits two times whether there is any defect or not and they found all ok. But next day they called us informed that your 3 suits are defected. I also checked the suits before giving them for dry cleaning there is no such defect as my wife and daughter wore them day before at party. pathetic service and behaviour of staff as they are not willing to accept there mistake. And we are regular customer of them and still they had done this with us

Very pethatic service I have called to know the price of my outfits I have near about 20 plus clothes for pickup the person name sarju attend my call and said we don't have any rate Card and we can't pickup your clothes you have to drop your clothes by yourself we don't have any vichel free right now his behaviour is very rude he don't know how to talk with customer then I will give my clothes to blue box I just one called and they guys collect my clothes with in half n hour giving one star ⭐ only.very bad experience with drygreen
