I was having 2 nos Samsonite suitcases purchased around 4 years back from Shimla. The zip were out of order and not working. I have approached this store with the reference of HO. They treated me very well and given excellent service also charged me nothing. I recommend all to approach this Samsonite store.

I purchased my trolley bag American Tourrister from Reliance Mall Kharar unfortunately it was broken and damaged. I went to Chandigarh Samsonite repair store they treat me well and Replace my trolley bag with New one with minimum charges. It was a great experience. I visited on March 18th to get my laptop bag zipper replaced as it had started opening under slight pressure. Mr Dan Singh Thakur listened patiently and checked the bag and the zipper . He took some time and handed over the bag rectifying the problem. He was extremely kind to explain the problem and how it got corrected. I asked for how much the repair costs and I was surprised that nothing was charged. Mr Thakur requested a revisit for any further purchase committing the best price. Highly recommend this place for the pure pleasure of being served right.

Best after sales service I have purchased a luggage from Canada. There was some problem while travelling. I showed it to Samsonite service sector 19-C. They put a mail to the company and replaced with new one same day. I have also purchased one new black lable suitcase. So I recommend all to visit this store. They are having all premium luggage

I have had occasion to deal with the Samsonite Repair Centre, sector 19, Chandigarh on three separate occasions during the last one year. Two were minor, involving a zip and a lock respectively and were dealt with promptly within a few minutes. The most recent was a suitcase under guarantee, the shell of which had broken during international travel. The matter was dealt with efficiently and a new suitcase was provided as a replacement within a few days, after completing internal processes. The staff were cooperative and helpful. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.
