I'm a resident here since 2018. Drawback 1. The chemical industries nearby emit lots of pollutants at night time. 2. A dirty drainage going parallel to the society smells very bad. 3. Train track nearby which create lots of noise. The track is hardly 10 feet away from the boundary wall of the society on the backside. So, In short you will get a 3 -In -1 pollution package here in this society. Air Pollution, Water Pollution & Noise Pollution. You will feel the SLUM type feeling here. Cheers !! Welcome to Hell !!

Hi everyone be careful when you buying SBP property also below listed few issues at SBP society (we have 2 property and the issues notice after 4 month) 🚫🚫🚫 1. Poor and very bad bad construction work. 2. All days Electricity issues because SBP paid agriculture/Rural charges to PB government (6hrs government electricity 18hrs power backup from generator). 3. Power backup very high price 25rs per unit. 4. Maintenance issues and many more.. 5. after hand over the Flat more issues observe ( pillar wall cracked, tile has not filled properly and many more) My suggestion don't buy any property from SBP Group they have this kind of work entire try city. 🧟‍♂️🧟‍♂️🧟‍♂️🧟‍♂️🧟‍♂️ Lot of fake account created for publicity and put rating 5 stars🤔 (SBP Team sponsor it).

Incredible services received by SBP group. Am very delightful that I've chosen SBP for my dream home. I was planning to buy a flat for so long time, but i couldn't find any perfect one. So then i visit SBP and i met with a great guy Mr. Ravi. he guided me so professionally and also he is a generous and kind human being, and also i had a conversation with his senior executive Mr. Pawan yadav, he guide me with insurance and also with alot of things. So it was my best decision to choose SBP. So now am happily living in SBP. Thank you very much.

Company maintainance and facilities is not up to the mark . Already resident of this society.. Theft looting , and zero service No cctv camera in my tower.. Still i am giving all charges to them..

Budget society. Builders are jacking price every 2 months. 2bhk at the most worth only 30L, not more. Property dealers are at root of increasing prices. 8k-10k houses are being given at 15k-16k. The main factor is the industrial smell that permeates the entire society from the Dera Bassi industrial area. The Fertiliser plant and Coulson moors factory are to be blamed for that. A good place to stay but the builders are ruining it now.

Services received by sbp housing group are very nice. I meet Mr.ravi nd Mr. pawan yadav they guieded my so professionally and they are very well mannared people nd generous kind of human being. Mr. Pawan yadav guided me for insurance. And it was very helpful for me. And at last i decide to choose SBP. And now I m happily living in this society. Thank you😄

Worst ever buliders experience. False promises is the only thing they do. Sales people do false commitment. CRM people do not know what to do or how to talk. This is real time review as im resident here and it not like wrong or paid review. Now some random employee will say if you have any inconveniences plz contact such and such number. Customer Satisfaction and Conflict Resolution is not in SBP values.

This society not deserve even a single star rating. I bought a flat in SBP Housing Park in 2019. After buying a flat in this Sociaty the kind of stress I had gone through can't be explained. I have paid all the money to SBP & got the possision letter after that I invited my relatives for Grah Pravesh, the arrogant lady in staff Ritu (who even don't know how to behave with customers) did not hand over my flat key & telling me to do property registration first. I felt lot of pressure due to this. Finally I entered in my flat, in a few days i realised that whatever the dreams their sales team shown to us, all were fake. This society is having poor construction quality & support from staff is very pathetic. Every 1 or 2 week, I have to call the maintenance staff, for paint chipping issue, floor tile, issue seepage etc etc. Electric supply is major issue & gen set charges are very High. There is no quality control on construction. This society is located near to industrial Nala & some of the liquor industry you will always feel bad smell and polluted air which is not good for health. Railway line & high tension electric line is also very near. All of sudden new tower construction started in the Sociaty which was not part of the original plan. Which actually congested the overall sociaty. On a Navaratri festival we need some children for sharing the food & SBP staff did not allow them stating that these are poor people & if they stole something who will be responsible. ( as per SBP thought process, poor people are thief. Same on you people) After gone through lot of stress & torture I sale of my flat with 3 lac of loss but now am I completely in peace of mind and living happy life. Life lession learnt, before buying a flat for personal living in any Sociaty, first take it on rent, you will know all pros & cons of the society within a month. Never trust any of the sales guy, they all are fake. Always take feedback from residents. I ignored the feedback of some of SBP residents and due to this I beard lot of pain. Never trust on 5 star reviews, those reviews all are sponsored or written by their close circle group. Always concern & act on negative reviews first. Validate the things whatever written in the negative reviews first. Don't loose your hard earned money & stay away from such fraudsters.

'L' Shaped, Heart of SBP HOUSING PARK

A pathetic place to live, below are the reasons.. 1. Electricity meters, registries and mutation are abondaned due to stay from Pollution BOARD. 2. Inadequate maintenance and services. 3. Pendency as per the RERA bye laws.

Almost a year ago, I booked a plot in an upcoming SBP park. I paid a handsome amount in advance. They kept on asking for more money, but I wanted to get agreement first. They kept on delaying on pretext or the other, and instead pressurizing me to pay more and more. I did not do this. Meanwhile, I came to know that SBP has a dispute over the land rights, as they have not paid an amount of more than FIVE crores to the landowners, the later sued them. Now, I asked to return my initial amount but they refused. Instead, they are requesting to book flats either in their Zeerakpur or Mohali projects. I don't want to pay more. I paid them cash, so I am not in a position to prove it. I can buy a good STUDIO or 2BHK with the amount stuck with SBP. 1BHK they don't have. I don't want to pour more money. I have no idea of their projects... Can anybody provide firsthand feedback regarding SBP's Zeerakpur and Kharar-Mohali projects? I want really independent feedback from real dwellers, that's why posting it here. Please do write the nam/location of SBP project with your comment.

Great experience offcrs for winters otherwise rest 9 months are like hell wheather you live in society or any other place.

The tower is good but the smell in night and so bad...

SBP Housing Park is a residential society. The atmosphere is good. A big park and a play zone for kids. Jim, Swimming pool and a party hall facility is available here. Construction is ok not too good. Good people are living there. The maintenance facility is not too good just ok.

74th Independence day celebration in our society & Honor to all our Ex Army personal residents. Good gesture by team SBP.
