First
of
all
the
company
is
not
an
IT
industry
it's
just
a
BPO
sector
and
their
main
focus
is
on
Sales.
Secondly
work
culture
is
almost
good
but
I
would
like
share
my
reviews
on
the
mismanagement
and
incautious
behavior
of
the
managers
towards
employees.
I
have
been
working
for
this
company
since
6
months
and
its
a
great
experience
in
accordance
with
the
work
as
I
was
enjoying
and
regularly
fulfilling
my
target's
but
the
only
problem
with
the
company
is
that
some
managers
especially
(Mr.
Balwinder)
not
having
proper
knowledge
of
the
process
and
they
are
getting
paid
just
because
they
are
tenured.
I
just
asked
him
to
change
my
team
because
I
was
not
getting
proper
support
from
him
and
from
his
team
leader.
I
told
him
that
I
don't
want
to
compromise
on
my
scores
because
that
matters
for
me.
This
is
the
simple
concern
that
I
have.
Below
is
the
way
he
helped
me
to
resolve
this
concern.
His
way
was
really
amazing.
He
informed
the
same
concern
to
the
Process
Manager
Mr.
Rajender.
Then
this
man
Mr.
Rajender
asked
me
the
reason
why
you
want
to
change
the
team
and
I
explained
him
everything.
He
said
it's
not
a
big
issue
and
we'll
change
your
team
soon.
On
the
next
day
he
called
me
and
said
that
you
were
hired
as
an
apprentice
for
6
months
and
after
that
spam
of
time
we
will
decide
with
your
performance
and
behavior
whether
you're
eligible
to
continue
with
the
company
or
not.
I
asked
him
to
check
my
overall
performance
and
then
he
replied
that
we
also
have
to
check
the
behaviour
and
my
only
mistake
is
that
I'm
not
comfortable
with
the
team
and
team
support
due
to
their
lack
of
knowledge
and
way
of
talking.
Going
forward
I
got
a
call
from
the
HR
on
the
next
day
and
he
said
I'm
not
eligible
to
continue
with
the
company
because
my
apprentice
period
is
completed.
This
is
not
my
explanation
however
this
is
a
review
from
my
side
for
Eclerx
and
their
management.
I
would
like
to
conclude
this
with
only
one
suggestion
for
you
guys
and
that
is
"you
can
join
this
company
only
if
you
are
comfortable
to
compromise
on
your
Learnings
and
growth".

OPTION
TO
