This is the worst company that i have ever worked in. In the starting they will tell you all the perks of the company but within in 1 month you realise the true colours of the management. They literally consider you as robots and doesn’t even give you any kind of peace while working. They force you for sale even though you’re not in the sales department. I would never suggest anyone to join this horrible company. They are so selfish. I have worked here for 7 months and i have served proper resignation period but still i didn’t get my full salary of last month and resign period. Moreover it’s been 4 months and i haven’t got my experience letter yet. When i contacted the HR and manager then they said that nothing can happen now. After that on contacting the helpline number they said that they have created a ticket but still i didn’t get any response from them. I have contacted them for so many times but didn’t get any response. “A BIG NO” NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY.

If you are applying in eclerx than make sure HR is your good known otherwise they will try to reject you because they want to select only those candidates who are good known of HR. My final round going good and than the manager asked me what's your favourite colour I answered him purple and than he told me to speak on purple for 2 min fluently. What's the logic in that how can I elaborate purple color and I accept my rejection but when I see some other candidates selecting without any proper interview I feel too lonely that time. Those candidates well known of HR are selected in just couple of seconds. Manager asking there name, where are you from and done they got selected. And because I came from a requirement agency they take 15 min interview and still reject me just because I am not able to explain the purple color😅😅now if you read all this than you decide is there any thing wrong in my vocabulary still I got rejected by the manager 👨‍💼👨‍💼 so I give my worst experience with you guys. The management of this company is so poor and unprofessional, they don't care about you, they will pay you very less amount and want your 200% in return rather you are sick or not. Your whole day will go handling your toxic manager, which will keep asking you what are you working on and try to interfere your personal life. I can’t tell the manager name here. Probably the worst experience i ever had in the organisation, Worked here for 3 months in chat repair department which you can also called Sales department because they force you to do more sales with no incentives at all and forced to handle triple chat I would never recommend this company to anyone 🙏 So my suggestion would be to do Paranthas thela bhsiness near the company instead of working for eclerx

They deserve negative rating if option available. Please don't go with 4/5star fake reviews. This company (entire management) is a graveyard, they don't care about you, they will pay few pennies and want 1000% in return. Your whole day will go handling your toxic manager, which will keep asking you what are you working on. Rampant micromanagement and employee concerns are treated as a joke. Just like the company name, employees are simply clerks who work purely on excel, doesn't matter which technology you are in. So my suggestion would be sit idle at home and prepare for good opportunity better than join this company.

My interview experience was worst i wasted my time in this, they just pressurise you at the time of final round... pressurise for to be perfect....that kind of behaviour makes us think that we are lacking somewhere with oneself... But that's not true if we go for an international opportunity we all know we have something that's why we apply but the behaviour was unacceptable ..i wanna do negetive ratings for them

I wish there was an option for negative marking, the worst company i ever came across. They don't pay you well third class management, seniors behaviour is very rude not at all healthy working environment. They gave me a second hand third class assets to work from home and because of an issue with assets they charged me huge amount in FnF. Worst company don't even think of joining it. I wished I never joined this company.

Such a irritating company, I left this company after working for 4 months and did an instant resign. I also informed my managers through mail and still after that too I was marked absent for almost 2 months without any reason. Now after 3 months they are claiming that I need to pay them as a full settlement instead of paying me 15 days salary they are asking me to pay approx 27k as a full payment settlement. What a joke this company. After being informed through mail also they don't get that I have left the company for good sake.

I have worked here for 2 years and 7 months. Amazing experience working here, The work atmosphere is so good that if someone joins the eclerx it's so hard to leave this company. It feels like a second home to me. When the covid hits all over the world person losses there jobs 😔 However in eclecx they gave us a salary for 4 months without doing a work. After that they send us laptop for work from home. It's feel so good when I work there and soon join the eclerx again in a new post.

Worst Management, I was here with my friend for her interview. Interview was scheduled at 12:00 pm. It's been more than 6 hours we are just waiting for the interview to get started. The person who is going to take the interview is doing WFH and now they are taking the telephonic interview. #no_proper_management #no_proper_process

I joined this organisation on 2nd July. In August one thier trainer revealed a about a false complaint about me just before my mock call test, before that every person kept that complaint secret from me. Due to this I put up resignation on 18th August and left the organisation on 28th and worked properly till 28th. Even then they didn't pay me single penny. Even if the salary till 15th September is deducted according to notice period there is considerable amount left to be paid which they did not. Losers.

Worst company ever first they will call you for the interview and then when you go for interview they will make you sit for almost 10 hours only for interview. They think they are like big companies but they are the worst company. Cammon for interview only when you people can make someone sit for 10 hours then what will happen if a person joins you you will make him/her sit for more than 12 hours a day which is against Indian law. If you people cannot handle interview then why the hell you are hiring close this company. One of my friend went there for interview and HR didn’t even took interview. Took her to cafeteria asked her about food recipes and rejected her what kind of an interview was that cause the work was not even related to her cooking skills.

Good organization to start your carrier, salaries are always on time. However shifts timings and multiple chats together and all the KPO are too difficult to cope up.

I worked there for a while and had a terrible experience. They treated employees like students in school. There was no sales training provided, but once on the floor, they expected you to make sales. If you didn't, they would give a long speech and share their own examples. If you're seeking a long-term opportunity, I recommend avoiding this place.

I would like share one thing that I used to work their tie up company Visual Info Manpower consultancy they have delayed mine salary they had a work three months 13 days and gave me salary just one and half month only I asked eClerx to provide that sandeep sir address they didn't provided me mine salary should come 15 Dec and half month salary in Nov month only but didn't provide they daily say say today tommrow after four days your salary they are giving me harassment from inside and outside in every way and eClerx don't help me when I asked for Sandeep sir address so that I can complain about him labour court now he is saying your salary will come on 15 to 20 Jan but every body know he is doing fake dates every time I need now Maine kaam kiya hai lekin this man is just the harrasment and don't know how to talk

First of all the company is not an IT industry it's just a BPO sector and their main focus is on Sales. Secondly work culture is almost good but I would like share my reviews on the mismanagement and incautious behavior of the managers towards employees. I have been working for this company since 6 months and its a great experience in accordance with the work as I was enjoying and regularly fulfilling my target's but the only problem with the company is that some managers especially (Mr. Balwinder) not having proper knowledge of the process and they are getting paid just because they are tenured. I just asked him to change my team because I was not getting proper support from him and from his team leader. I told him that I don't want to compromise on my scores because that matters for me. This is the simple concern that I have. Below is the way he helped me to resolve this concern. His way was really amazing. He informed the same concern to the Process Manager Mr. Rajender. Then this man Mr. Rajender asked me the reason why you want to change the team and I explained him everything. He said it's not a big issue and we'll change your team soon. On the next day he called me and said that you were hired as an apprentice for 6 months and after that spam of time we will decide with your performance and behavior whether you're eligible to continue with the company or not. I asked him to check my overall performance and then he replied that we also have to check the behaviour and my only mistake is that I'm not comfortable with the team and team support due to their lack of knowledge and way of talking. Going forward I got a call from the HR on the next day and he said I'm not eligible to continue with the company because my apprentice period is completed. This is not my explanation however this is a review from my side for Eclerx and their management. I would like to conclude this with only one suggestion for you guys and that is "you can join this company only if you are comfortable to compromise on your Learnings and growth". REVIEW FOR MANAGEMENT ESPECIALLY MR. BALWINDER AND MR. RAJENDER IS ZERO BECAUSE I DON'T FIND OPTION TO GIVE LESS THAN THAT. Thanks and Regards, Aamir

Not good in terms of salary they cut our salary every month without any reason after working for 9 hours…during there working they just asking you for work work work but when it’s time for the salary they just ignore that…….. pls don’t join… now it’s ur choice… And cutting your salary on the day in which you work…. If you mentioned them the same they will just say don’t worry it will be given next month and when you check the salary slip of next month still you will not get paid because of there negligence….

This is the biggest bad company till date, all their laptops are bad and on the contrary, the employees are blamed when the laptop gets damaged. Company earning lakhs of crores but they don't provide good laptops to its employees.Worst company for employees.

Fake 4 star ratings, HR and trainers ask employees to submit ratings with in 5_7 days of joining, If you wish to join Eclerx good luck my friends you are going to play with your health, peace and positivity, Its after sale service company, pretending to be IT company. And its major domain is SALE SALE and SALE. If you put same efforts and dedication in other company or domain you will get 10× income as compared to Eclerx, Think 100× times before joining Eclerx, you will regret on the time you are going to waste and got mentally stressed and unstable. Once you post resign and required your experience letter they eill ignore your calls and make 100 of excuses. Shift and weekoff They keep changing your shift after every month (only night).
