I had travelled through a different part of Bangalore altogether just to buy items from here so you could imagine the kind of products they have. Very supportive staff and variety is amazing. Must Read it’s my very own Experience I received my product a while ago (10/8/2021) and I couldn’t stop myself writing a review on priority..! Only one Word for their business Ethics “Master class” “Outstanding” “Brilliant 💯” I know I told I would justify in one word but it’s not possible for me to do so I’m very well impressed Let me share my story with Prachin This story began on 24 June 2021 I was looking for an Cow and calf made of bronze to present someone really special , One of my friend suggested me about Prachin Art And Crafts , then I called them on their number and deal was made with Mr. Vivek. I received my product on 29 July and unfortunately there was Some damages on the product due to bad handling at transformation. I was fainted and broken and I was not sure about what next Few things came across my mind 1) are they gonna look into this issue 2) I thought I couldn’t gift it to my special ones I was little and called Mr. Vivek and explained him about the situation & I was not sure how he would respond and I thought he would simply say it was transformation mistake we are not responsible and something like that.. But for my surprise after explaining him the situation he didn’t even took a second to reply, and his words were “ I’m sorry sir for what ever has happened, you don’t have to worry to about it sir I’ll arrange a new piece and I’ll put everything in it until you’re satisfied with our service and product “.! What a gentleman, I salute the way they are doing their business A special Shout-out to Mr. Vivek for being in contact tirelessly throughout the process..! Today I’ve received my product and I’m pretty sure it will delight the one who I’m presenting this! Amazing and unique collection of god's idols, decoratives, Puja related utensils, bronze utensils for eating, bells, unique antique collectibles like brass sand timer hour glass, compass, studded chirags, super pretty jewellery boxes (made of copper with silver coating), etc etc. My list won't stop. Not to forget their super amazing incense sticks(highly recommend). these stuff available in all shapes and sizes across 3 floors. Attaching pics of what all I got. I would call out the super polite and humble behavior of the owner and helping staff. Very kind to offer us water as we had travelled a long way. Price seemed okay, slightly on a higher side as compared to wholesale shops but on a lower side than online sites like Jaypore etc. But definitely affordable.

This is a great store and has a wonderful variety and selection. I love artisanal crafts, and a lot of their inventory is of high quality. I plan to go back when I'm visiting again. Only downside was some items did not have prices. That said, everything seemed reasonably priced.

Very Bad experience, Highly recommend to never visit this shop, 50+ years person looks like owner is very rude and does not respect customer and even use very abusive language, I am thinking how he will be treating his own staff. Very very disappointing service! People from Asia pacific plz do NOT buy anything from here. As promised they cannot ship your items. I paid a looot of money to ship through recommended courier by owner of Prachin. After 2.5 months I got half my stuff most of them broken .. owner of the shop never called no matter how many times I called. Courier guy is another story.. they happily opened my boxes, took whatever they felt like & sent broken stuff after 2.5 months!!
