Coming to Cool Joint is an experience of a lifetime. This cult status outlet is located on the edge of Jayanagar and attracts students and office goers alike. There are no seats but you can stand and eat here. The outlet sells Sandwiches, pizza and desserts. Famous of its sandwiches n ice creams, we went here to try that. I must say it is heaven for dessert lovers. Be it the freshly prepared thick fruit shakes or Icecreams,or the snacks...U fall in love with all . The cheese sandwich and Death by chocolate are my favourite and mandatory ones to order each time i visit.

It is perplexing why they have not embraced modern payment methods that provide convenience and security to their customers. Moreover, their misleading claim of UPI payments not working is both untruthful and deceptive. To compound matters, the quality of the milkshakes and ice cream at the Cool Joint has suffered a noticeable decline. Once known for their delicious treats, they now opt for inferior ingredients that greatly compromise the taste and overall experience. It is disheartening to witness such a stark contrast from the high standards they were known for in the past. Considering the combination of high prices, limited payment options, and a decline in the quality of milkshakes and ice cream, I strongly recommend exploring alternative dining establishments. There are numerous other places in the area that offer better value for your money and a more enjoyable dining experience. In conclusion, the Cool Joint's decline from its former glory in the 2012s is undeniable. The unnecessary expense, refusal to accept card payments, and dishonesty regarding UPI payments, coupled with the disappointing quality of their milkshakes and ice cream, make it difficult to recommend this establishment. It is advisable to look elsewhere for dining options that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver a more fulfilling experience.

A landmark place for a quick bite known for its grilled sandwiches, shakes, falooda etc. The prices are moderate and the dishes are made to order. One can enjoy the food while standing and enjoying the hustle and bustle of Jayanagar. The location is near to the bus stand

When you come down to shop in jayanagar 4th Block we have a refreshing cool fresh fruit juices and snacks... They ll pack the juice in bottle and snacks in box ,you can either choose to have it there or take away. Orders needs to prebilled..

Went to this Ice cream, Juice and Sandwich shop by looking at reviews. Trust me, the place is not that good when it comes to ice creams and falooda. We had Gudbud icecream, Choco Sunade icecream and falooda. They mix random things and sell it to you by saying its falooda. Moreover, they charge extra ₹2/- for each extra spoon. My overall experience was very average.

The first thing I would say is take cash to this place. They don't have card or upi options. The ice creams were fresh and tasty. There are many varieties in ice creams and sandwiches. They are quite expensive since the quantity they provide is less compared to the cost. I would recommend only the Minimistic cost varieties since there is not much difference in other costlier varieties.

Amazing fresh juice and icecream. If you're around Jayanagar and looking for fresh juice and ice-creams then you should definitely consider visiting this place. We tried Watermelon Juice- 4/5 Pineapple Juice- 4/5 Dry fruit with softy- 4.5/5

I tasted Jungle Book, Nut Sundae, Hot Chocolate Fudge. Jungle Book (4/5) ⭐ : the desert had two/three scoops of ice cream with a lot of fruits like lychee, kiwi etc. the quantity was good too. The price, quantity and the quality was excellent. Totally worth it. Nut Sundae (4.5/5) ⭐: if you're a chocolate fan then this is an easy go option for you. Chocolate rich flavour with nuts just drives you crazy. True taste of nuts and two scoops of ice cream. Hot Chocolate Fudge (4.5/5) ⭐: I experienced that taste which I felt while tasting one of the corner house desert. Overall it was a complete win I feel. Overall I would rate the place (5/5) ⭐ The crowd was dense, reception was quite cool and service was good but the feel and taste is something else. Everyone should try this place at least once.

Hotspot of jayanagar.. plenty of snack and cold drink beverage options are available.tried the cold coffee and it was definitely good but at the pricier side. 195rs! This outlet is usually crowded throughout the day. The food quality is well maintained and has good service too.

The og place to have ice creams In Jaynagar 4th block. After having tiring and awesomeeee day at shopping we would always come here to have ice creams and sandwiches. Tried their very famous gudbud at ₹100.Was very disappointed seeing the quantity, it was very less the ice cream and also the fruits what they put. I liked the taste always the best and the jelly was damm yummmm. But quantity was what made me sad

Visited the place this summer and took the Gadbad Ice creams and Falooda. Gadbad was good however Falooda that I took could have been a lot better or rather let me say it is not one of the best Falooda I had at many different places. This place is always buzzing with people and they serve grilled sandwiches as well ( along with other eateries) which is quite famous. Self service counters and you can see the preparation of your order as well. Recommend to visit one of the famous meeting points in Jayanagar

We can easily identify this place. It's near to jayanagar 4th block bus dipo. They are having variety of sandwiches, icecream, and milkshake. Ambience is good. They are having party hall also. I went in ngt and it's a raining time. So not able to take more images. It will be alwz crowded. Their packing method also good.taste is also good. We tried paneer, chilli chees sandwich. It was good. I have attached the menu card as well for reference..it's a affordable place to hangout👍

I have never seen so much rush in front of a ice cream shop. The gudbud icream was a disappointment.I have never seen juice being served in disposable plastic bottles. Mango juice was good. A must visit just to experience the crowd.

1. Doesn't accept UPI 2. Extra 2 rupees for a spoon 3. Produces huge amount plastic waste through giving in box (pandemic but still tender in currency what logic). 4. Taste is just average Just running by name and place. Sorry vegetables vendor on that street accepts UPi and you guys don't , which era you live in.

Love their veg cheese grill sandwich and it's our go to place for sandwiches when we are in that area. The place is usually crowded but service is relatively quick. Finding a parking spot nearby is difficult as this is right next to a traffic signal.

Usually very crowded which leads to no place for eating but the cost is very reasonable and there's a lot of variety for ice-creams and sundaes. The Service is very quick but the dishes are given in reusable containers and not the glass one.

Always a loved place to all youngsters. I think cool joint was the one who introduced sandwiches in Benglur at low prices. Beautiful Adda for college students.

The food is decent. But the cashier is extremely rude. He did not have UPI based payment. So I told him that even the smaller shops have it so he could consider accepting online payment so that it's convenient for customers. He rudely replied "We will not accept it. It's our wish". I asked him why, is it because of taxes. He said "Yes, may be we are evading taxes. It's our wish". Also, they serve all juices in disposable plastic bottles. Not just take away, all orders are served in plastic bottles. This is a deal breaker for me. So, with this visit, I am permanently done with Cool Joint!

We went there on Sunday and it was jam packed, there are also many other food shops around it . It is quite busy area and it's also famous for shopping. We ate 'gudbud' icecream there for 100 rupees it's 7.5 out of 10 , a veg grilled sandwich with extra cheese for 90 rupees and it was 8 out of 10 and a badam milkshake for 120 rupees and it was not too good 5 out of 10

Tried Vanilla Sundae at Cool Joint. It is reasonably priced and so darn delicious. The chocolate syrup on the ice cream made me nostalgic. Was surprised and delighted by how good it tasted. All of their ice creams range between 50 and 100. A must try spot!

The place is usually always crowded. You need to pay in cash, upi’s or cards are not accepted. The waiting time is less and you will get your order done quickly. Dine in and take away options are available. The sandwiches are okay, the milkshakes are good. Could be as a quick stop over to grab and go, not a must visit.

Worst experience ever in cool joint. Taste is worst. Housekeeping guys don’t know how to behave with the customers, they are very rude. Never again to this place

The service is fast and the food is yummy. I love the sandwiches and the milkshakes. Have gone there 3-4 times and never felt disappointed. It is close to many clothing stores and the best place for a quick snack.

This is nice place for eatery especially for Sandwiches. Other drinks like milkshakes and juices and icecreams really good options too. I personally do not recommend this place. The price is average but the taste is not worth the amount. And they literally charge 2rs extra for spoon!! 😑😑 Veg grill sandwich 70rs( okay okay) Gudbud 100rs(not that good) Gudbud has only 2 and half scoops of icecream and rest all it was just jelly and tutty fruity. Not worth 100rs. Please dont order this. Instead try Gudbud from lassi shop they serve the best gudbud. Only "CASH" no online/UPI payments accepted here, which is big disadvantage for this online era. They serve juice in plastic bottle, which any customer will not recommend.

A hidden gem in the centre of Jayanagar, Jayanagar Cool Joint is well-known for its lively atmosphere and exceptional customizability. Even though the cost is a little more, the experience's quality and uniqueness make it worthwhile Upi is now accepted and is usally less crowd during evening tried Spiderman icream combination ,grilled sandwich. Hygiene is priorotized and sandwich comes in proper packing . Self service is entertained

2 stars because they are using a lot of plastic to give out parcels. Plastic bottles, tumblers, cups etc. I would give 5 stars for the taste and quality of food but since cool joint caters to bulk walk in customers, I think they should think about the harm they are doing to the environment as well. Covid shouldn't be an excuse to such things
