Highly Not Recommend. Especially for Varmala. Highly unprofessional services. Instead of pre-booking and advance payment, they expect the customer to remind them for the order. Would definitely opt for some local vendors. Atleast the local vendors respect the time and understand the importance of someone's event.

I like how the person in charge communicate so well. the delivery was quick... and i like how they agreed to even provide midnight delivery....though my location was far.... i ordered the cake for someone dear to me ....it would have been incomplete without the cake.....the delivery person is well behaved and delivered it properly without any damaged in the cake...... thank you so much ferns & petals....

Very bad experience please do not order from the FNP very bad service they provide old flowers with broken leaves in very poor condition and do not order the card they just type the message on blank paper thats it very much disappointed

Ordered a bunch for my father's bday.. they put all the dead flowers that they were about to throw out, in our bunch.. above all the shopkeeper is the most irresponsible person, when complained about dead flowers he said "dekh k le jaate naa" and when we told him that there is no fragrance in these flowers as they are dead "he sprayed perfume over the flowers" this was his solution.. our fault is, we paid him in advance when he was preparing the bunch... DON'T BUY FROM THEM... Reckless behavior and worst service ever experienced...
