Sanghi Jain temple Sanganer is 10th century temple dedicated to Lord Adinath, first thirthankar of current Jain cosmology. It is said that main idol is 4,000 years old. The temple is main seat of terapanti Jain sect. This sacred temple has seven underground floors which are closed due to religious beliefs. This temple has eight pinnacles. I need temple has ornate carving of marble stone, which is very similar to Dilawara temples Mount Abu. How ever this temple was built 300 years before Dilawar. On the first floor you have statues of twenty four Jain thirthankar. Temple complex has a mess which serves delicious Jain food at very nominal cost. This has bookshop selling books related to Jain philosophy. This temple is closed every Tuesday afternoon for cleaning. This temple is at a walking distance from Sanganer bus stand. One can busy Sanganer Print bed sheets and dress material from nearby shops at a very reasonable cost.

The inner temple has three pinnacles. In the centre is an idol of Parshwanath with seven serpent hoods. All around it are carvings of lotuses, creepers and elephants pouring water from pitchers held in their trunks. The main idol is that of Adinath, installed in the shrine behind this. In 1999, Muni Sudhasagar Ji Maharaj visited the temple and brought thirty-nine valuable Jain idols. He claimed that he brought the idols from the forth underground floor and encountered many yakshas (in the form of snakes) protecting the treasure.

The temple is very auspicious and divine. It is made of red stone and contains many jain pratima(idols) within the temple. If we talk about the facilities, In the campus we have the facility of staying for jain devotees with normal rooms as well as AC rooms. They also have a bhojnalaya(cafeteria) for having food which has fixed timings. If you are planning a trip to Rajasthan or Jaipur, put this place in the list I know you'll enjoy it.

The temple is constructed using red marble. Its a beautiful sight to behold. There are many mysterious stories about the miracles that happened here. The main idol is the statur of Lord Rishabhmath (also known as Lord Adinatha), the first tirthankara of jains. The statue is considered to be about 4000 years old. The temple itself is very ancient which is evidenced by the carvings and contruction style. There is also a beautiful chaubeesi on the terrace. The living facilities are really good. I had no complaints regarding basic amenities and the luxury.

It is one of the most magnificent Jain temple in the state of Rajasthan. The age old architecture and idols depict the historical roots of Jainism. You can smell history everywhere. The best part of the place is the main Idol of Lord Adinath/Rishabdeva which attracts you like a magnet and one doesn’t want to leave the place unless and until baba wants. Really there is something magical about this place and one can feel the rush of happiness and positivity inside the mind. A must visit place for Jains. And, the temple authorities have maintained the temple quite well by preserving the historical importance and not substituting it with modern infra.

One of the major temples of prominence for the Jain community. It also holds a mystery story of how, some God idols are kept in the basement 5-6 stories down, and are being protected by gods themselves. They are allowed to be displayed for the general public for a few days only once every decade. And a saint who is pure of heart, can only go down to bring them back. Must visit temple if you are in the vicinity.

What a spectacular place. I felt like staying there for the entire day and entire night, just sitting and absorbing the vibes. It's beautifully built. The architecture has so many stories to tell. The idols have been excavated from under the earth years back. It's a magnanimous temple. Must visit in Sanganer.

Beautiful old temple. Old atone temple is retained and newly some red colour buildings are built around. . There's a security guard to help with parking. No parking fee taken. . Peaceful place inside. Again no entry fee. Statues of different thirthankaras are there. At center bhagwan parshvanath ji's statue is there. . Beautiful carvings around. Must visit place. 👍 . Some offices and stays are there inside the temple area.

A mysterious jain temple with lots of treasure stories. There is a history and science behind all of it. Overall a great architecture with a unique darshan of jain teenthankaras. Taking photos are prohibited inside the temple premises so I have not taken any pics. I request all to follow and respect the culture. It's not a tourist place, it's a religious site for everyone. Located outskirts of Jaipur (in a small village), the nearby streets always crowed but car goes till the temple and there is a parking space inside it.
